Viridiana cashier is rude, you ask her something and she answers you with an attitude there are some old Hispanic cashier really nice but her is like I am force to be here no customer service skills at all. And the only white person there I didnt see his name but he acts like he is charged he treats the nice cashiers really bad in front of customers telling them to hurry up like I don’t see them sitting down they are working there are ways to talk to your workers not in front of customers really unprofessional.

Great food 4 Less with some of the best deals around Santa Ana. When I live nearby I would come here once a week for my shopping. Pretty much a 1 stop shop. Always has amazing deals for dog/cat foods. Daily low prices and the staff is super helpful with anything you need. Most associates speak both Spanish and English so you shouldn't have any problems conversing with anyone. Would for sure recommend to family/friends.

They always offer the best low prices on all the products, having the app is a plus (clip-on) additional discounts link to your account using your phone number; the reason why I rate them with 2 stars only is because the line to pay is ridiculously long!! Not enough cashiers and they don’t have a self checkout system…

While shopping here I found peanuts that expired in January 2021 and milk that was 5 days past it’s expiration date. Prices are actually slightly higher than Wal-Mart for most items. This experience is just another example of the challenges faced in underserved and low income areas—higher prices for worse products that are accepted due to the lack of accessible alternatives.Shout out to the associates for immediately taking the expired food off the shelves when I pointed it out.

We shop here regularly. Get ready for the long lines. Especially during busy times. They don't place enough checkers. Also, most people won't figure out the digital coupon. I scanned the code and entered all the info. When I got to the checker, she told me I needed to download the app. It was not instructed when I entered the info. I said forget it. With a long line behind me. This happened to another shopper last time and we waited like 15 min behind her.

The food is garbage.. I went to buy some meat and the meat literally was over expired to the point the package was inflated with air. Smh the meat was sooo horrible. I don't know how the staff could have missed it. It just shows that no one is actually observing the meat on a daily basis as needed. I walked rt out the store with pure disgust. I beg of anyone not to shop here of you want to ensure you eat healthy

This store does have a good selection of food but the lines are awful. They have like 3 registers open which make the lines very long. I know Covid is still a thing but it’s been almost three years since that was a big problem. Overall they do have good items, but they need to open more registers because the lines are too long which makes the experience of going to the store worse.

I cannot lie 1 hour making line to pay that’s insane this store is crazy!! they see the long lines and the employees including managers don’t do nothing and they keep only 3 lines open. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give ZERO STARS for everything that's wrong with this store, I would...... But anyways, Since NOTHING cost less anymore at Food 4 Less and that Northgate Market PERMANENTLY CLOSED their store on 4th Street...... This Food 4 Less should be shut down and allow Northgate Market to take over the old Food 4 Less along with improving the security in the parking lot to curb the homeless issue at the shopping center. I miss 😢 the old Northgate Market, good times in that store.

Stopped in on Halloween because I needed about 25 pumpkins last minute for a free children's program I was running. The produce manager was very helpful, and pumpkins were priced well below anywhere else I checked. They even loaded the pumpkins in carts with me, and loaded them in my car. Great, fast, friendly service at this store!

This store is going down hill so fast. 2 check out lines, people lined up to the back of the store. They started locking up laundry detergent and deodorant. So inconvenient and makes lines way longer. Who's making these decisions? It doesn't work for customers.

Why they have 1 checkout at night with a line of 50 customers is just unacceptable. Also they have no baskets. There new bags are terrible if you have bad hands.They should have self checkout if they force you to bag your own food anyway.

Found everything I went for at this store. Very seldom am I disappointed when I visit a Food 4 Less store. They have a wide selection, fresh fruits and vegetables, good prices on cold cuts and butcher Meats and the people are always extremely friendly.I ended up in Food 4 Less today because the Walmart I visited was not a full-fledged Market and they didn't have 90% of the items I went into purchase.This Food 4 Less always seems to have what I need. The only thing missing today was the big gallon jugs of diet tea. I go there specifically for that item and I was disappointed it wasn't there today. I have noticed that for the last 6 months I have not been able to find the diet in the gallon size. That is actually extremely disappointing.Note! If you're looking for ice cream, they are almost always having a special on one of the brands. Today their brand is 2 for $5. Everything was great until check out. Due to the pandemic stores no longer accept your own grocery bags and as such should no longer be charging for their bags. Not only did we get charged for bags but they were the old, thin, flimsy onesi and had to bag my own groceries. When I mentioned it the cashier completely blew me off. Smh ... Like u aren't already making a profit due to the increased panic buying everyone is doing.

I am very happy with my local market. Great prices, wonderful staff, and an ever expanding range of goods. Dried seaweed for sushi, organic coffee beans, and the best prices on avocados, celery and bananas I have found. The Santa Ana Food 4 Less is much more than you might expect!

This place allows you to get cash back on your General Relief card up to $200 per transaction. They also will allow you to do back-2-back transactions that way you can get over 200. There's no surcharge like at an ATM. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they're not as good as Hy-Vee. And I'll admit I haven't really looked at their meat too see the quality. It appears to be a regular grocery store the same as any of them and prices are reasonable and competitive.

If you have pets . You can buy their food here ,great sales every week.I'm a regular customer and I positively love shopping here , chocolate, cereal, yogurt, frozen, fruits ,veggies.. awesome.I have an injury, so having four electric scooters at Food4Less is a big deal. . Shopping is definitely made easier and more enjoyable. It shows they care. Come shop for less, and buy what's on sale for the week and save.!

Clean good and fresh. Magnament can benefit from customer service training, store has 8 lines, now 3 open, aprox 12 to 20 customers waiting to pay per line,customers walking out leaving shopping carts cause they can't wait for more cashiers to show and care.

This is my favorite family grocery shopping store. I don't shop anywhere else. The cashiers most of them of Mexican blood w their accents. Always have a Big smile on their faces and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Thanks you for making me feel part of your family Food4Less 😀😀😀

Still a good place to buy cheap food. Not everything but enough to make the trip. Carts were cleared in parking lot and line were short. Restroom was out of order but I'm sure it is not stores fault.

Under went renovation, looks good. They sell wine, spirits, beer, and liquor like tequila, whiskey, and vodka. They also sell cigarettes, tide pods and infant formula, you must tell the cashier though since they are behind glass.Good prices and good range of items. Lot bigger than Northgate supermarket nearby. However, be cautious with any panhandlers or homeless. They tend to hang out here or sleep nearby.

Came to the store at just before 11p.m., as it's supposed to be open until 12. Not only me, but NUMEROUS people were walking up, trying to get food and the security guard at the door (older black man) was EXTREMELY RUDE and told us they were working in the back and the store closed early. I was upset, but the security guard told us he "didn't care that the hours were wrong and told me and another guy to "get our asses out of here." There is no reason to be rude to customer's. I wouldn't be giving a 1 star if it wasn't for the extremely rude security guard
