I've been coming here many times to pick up my medication. For some reason, every time i asked for the bathrooms, they always told me they were " out of service."I got to a point where I started to wonder who the store manager was? who can't keep up with it?I met with Elijah today around 5:35 PM. And he said he's been the store manager for only 2 weeks. They said they had a plumber coming a week ago, but for an unknown reason, they keep being "clogged." He said Jose is the one who's been responsible for the store.I don't understand if the employees here, they don't want to take turns cleaning the bathrooms because they're being lazy or what the problem is. But I know there is definitely a major issue in this branch. I expressed to Elijah that this is unacceptable. And I'm hoping that next time I'm coming here. This issue would not be occurring.Elijah seems to be high on something

This place is always packed because of its location. This place has plenty of parking. The outside is dirty because its right in front of a bus stop. The inside is clean. It has a lottery machine and is always being used,it also has a citi bank atm and a large selection of perfumes and wine. This place has a pharmacy. They have a large variety of things

I went in looking for a certain object. There were a few people in line. I wanted to be in and out. I walked towards where I thought it would be. As I was getting to the middle of the store I saw an employee. He looked like he was leaving. I was pressed on time so I decided to ask anyway. He kindly said what aisle, left side in the middle of the aisle.

I was at this location the past weekend and needed help so I asked an employee. You could tell the employee was somewhat new herself and asked her manager. The manager was a bald male and was rude towards her and wouldn’t even let her talk/explain the situation.I just thought that was really unprofessional and rude, customers and employees alike beware. I’m thankful my kids don’t work for someone like that, no one should be talked down to Bc they are new 👍🏻

I wanted to leave a good review to a worker in the pharmacy department name Manuel. Last time I went to check if my mom had any medicine for pick up and any refill for myself and he took the time to figure it out even if I asked at the wrong window. I know if it was another employee they would have sent me to the other window and make me line up again. That was very sweet he took the time to help me out. I just had to leave a good review for him 😊.

Excellent service from the two girls working there at around 1:47pm. Friday 7-14-2023. They helped us with some questions that we had about the perfumes section. It was the first time that we visited this store and received a great experience and found some items different from other stores. That is why it is called CVS and more.

Well, guy in charge of bringing us to our room was talking loud. I thought it was because he was working on Sunday, didn’t appreciate his tone. Then the doctor physician tells my son I saw you walk in here just fine. To my surprise I answer I carry him in my arms and after getting his weight he hop in one leg to room number two. I told her if you call hopping in one leg is walking then one legged people can walk just fine without any disabilities. From there she started talking loud and I was talking loud. She then suggested I do the exam. At this point I knew I was for a doctor visit one of a kind. Basically force my son to one in one hurt leg, not big deal but her tone was bossy and rude. My son is now all scare. Moving forward to the X-ray they were like carry him to the room so I requested a wheel chair and they were just beyond surprised and were pretty much waiting on me to leave in a bad temper. At the X-ray room they didn’t quite cover his price parts to X-ray his knee. That created a conflict/argument. Doctor comes back tells me I didn’t see what happened I can’t say anything. After X-ray waiting in room for quite some time and Iknow is the waiting game. They are in the click I’m on my own time. No surprise there. Just because you have a degree does not mean you have manners. Looking forward to speaking to their management. I already know they will say, we will talk to them. Over all bad service, very unprofessional, rude and know how to make you wait once you piss them off for asking them to do the little things that will keep me from tripping and dropping my son in their fasciitis. A wheel chair is what piss them off.

Staff told me pill dividers weren't in stock, it turned out they were. Bad merchandising made it impossible to take advantage of buy one, get one free. Paying customers not allowed to use the bathroom.

I go to cvs most every day . They are a convenient store so it's a bit more expensive but they are 24 hrs as well . The people are nice and helpful and they all know Nicolas my pup . He loves rolling on the carpet and pretends he's digging a hole to China. He's finally kicked the habit of buying a stuffed animal everytime we go there . They know exactly where to market those for your pet, and that's down low, if you know what I mean. We always leave with a smile .

The staff is great. CVS has some of the Worst pharmacy policies. They have to Card you for your stimulants. Have used them for years. Bring a form of identification just in case. I know it's not the staff's fault it's the company. Nice little selection of snacks if you're hungry during your lunch break.

I love this pharmacy, they always have the stuff I need even if they are out of stock ,they already reload on the next day. I wished that their coupons would last at least up-to 15 days ,not fair that they expire in a week like we won't need anything since we already bought whatever we needed . Please make the coupons that come out when we get our receipts to last longer . The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is bc sometimes there's open products and who knows what the person who opened it put inside, including make-up who knows who used it and if they had clean skin or something, but they didn't purchase it,they just opened it and placed it back on the shelf. Also I know this place is clean but please please check the place before opening or do a deep cleaning bc when I came with my sister we saw roaches just walking around some soap container that is near the register. Who knows where else are the roaches located. That's why I'm giving it a 4 star, open/mid used products and the roaches. In the photo there's only one roach since the rest got deeper inside the container box thingy and as for the open products including make-up, I didn't take a picture since a staff was looking at me. Also please throw away the expire make-up it could make someone sick.

Well I was in today with my mom. She had gotten her first Covid shot and I was just walking around looking at make up. I purchased a few items and went to the back where she was sitting waiting for a few mins. I was followed by the security guard there and he followed my mom out. It was highly uncomfortable: and I understand him doing his job but how it was done was not unacceptable.

If you can try to avoid getting your prescription here. The pharmacy is understaffed and should expect a 30 min wait minimum for any prescription. Also as the other reviewers state the staff here has some extremely rude pharmacist that have no quarrels on angrily shouting at you over the counter. It maybe that since the area is not the most affluent they can get away with talking to customers like unwelcome pest that should be grateful they are even being attended to. Not the most comforting feeling when picking up your prescription.

Worst location ever the manager JESUS is a joke very unprofessional and not customer friendly I go to CVS all of the time but you have lost my service.Hope In the future you could be more consistent with your policies. I came here to let everyone know how I felt but apparently I'm not the only one who received 1 star service. Do yourself a favor and go to the CVS right up the street and save yourself the headache.They are awesome. Jesus won't be there long I will be calling corporate and they will hopefully see all of negative reviews about his service. It's only a matter of time before managers like him are replaced with new management and everything is better. Give me a call then.

Cvs on first and main no longer accepts walk ins. For Covid vaccine. You have to get an appointment. Which makes it hard for those who don't have the time to schedule an appointment. Also they only give the vaccine from 11:am to 4:PM. That also makes it's it hard for people who don't drive. Who have to take the bus, or have to walk. Imagine if you get the side effects and have to walk of take a bus in the heat. These shots should be given in the morning, easy for elderly and disabled people to get. These vaccines are so necessary why is Cvs making it so hard to get these shots. I was told to go to another CVS when I walked in for my second shot. I almost didn't get it. And made me want too not get the second shot at all.

Typical CVS with usual necessities, although a tad smaller than most (making for longer wait times in the pharmacy area, but not too bad). Cashiers/employees are all friendly and helpful, and can usually find what I'm looking for. I would, although, suggest checking online first if you're looking for specific brands or non-everyday items before visiting.

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited.I tried to open a CVS card, they didn’t have any. So I wasn’t able to. And they wouldn’t give me the discount until I absolutely demanded it due to the unfairness of not being able to get a card. Secondly, their chip reader was broken. None of my cards would work. Then to top it off, they wouldn’t let us access bathroom as its out of order. Absolutely dis. Had to pay in cash. Frustrating.

I will NEVER use this pharmacy. Called to transfer prescriptions and was assure they’ll take care. Went to pickup and was told to register at the window, did it TWICE and still they manage to NOT transfer the medications in full..and the actitud of the women at front just peachy
