Met up with Ardi after messaging him in an effort to bolster my vitamin intake and also potentially address my allergies. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vitamins the body needs to remain healthy along with the doses required daily. I was trying to find healthier alternatives to reinforcing my body against illness. He was a gentleman and my wife and I ended up staying and chatting for 30min. I went in to get a protein supplement and Arde was very helpful showed me from Isolate Protein to Plant Based Protein reviewed the pros of each one and helped me pick the best one for me based in what I am trying to accomplish. No matter what stage you are in, beginner or advance, its always nice to talk to someone who knows what they sell, and thats AM vitamins. No bs advertisements for a quick sell, no sugarcoating, they let you know how it is and take the time to go into detail with you about what you need and what you’re about to purchase. Why go to some other vitamin store that wants to sell you unnecessary things like a mass gainer with wayyyy to many unnecessary calories, when here they teach you there are so many different ways to reach every goal you need to reach, plus they have a long array of organic products which is amazing! I feel safe knowing at least that my personal health future is in good hands because i I know what I’m putting into my body.
