The Walmart in Sanger CA. is a lot better than all the others I have visited in the past, not only that, but they have security cameras in their parking lot not like Costco Wholesale. This place is huge and very clean with many many items stocked. I was really surprised how much merchandise they carry here .The service is friendly and courteous with cashier openings so you don’t have to wait in line to check out.This Walmart is only open until 11:00 .There is plenty of parking space. Handicap stalls are close to entrance.

The door host name Alondra had amazing customer service, she needs to be recognised! as I walked in with my kids and baby she greeted us with a smile, gave us a heart friendly compliments as we exit the building. This is what customers service is all about. Please take care of this associate. It’ll definitely bring in back customers.

Customer Service Center is so horrible, Dusty, and another team member at counter were unprofessional, a lack of people skills laughing at customer's very inappropriate behavior. Just get a cost card, which is a way better place to shop for all your needs. 0 star's

Workers are great at help.Attitude is beyond any other store with good customer service .Great prices.good customer care except on the returns this worker was so absurd .She asked me to get a product out of the returning bag with a bad face .I put the product on the counter top and she gave me a look that was very mean .So I ask we d her why she gave me that look she said " cause it was loud.For starters her job was to get the product out of the back And she didn't have the right to keep people I mean look she could be respectful.

New policy from management that you have to pay for deodorant at the cashier in the same department. Another reason not to shop at this hell hole. Go on and keep punishing normal customers. If you can go shop somewhere else.

I go to this Walmart a lot as it is close to home. It also tends to have items I could not find in the Clovis one. The drive up is usually very quick in & out for pick up. Haven’t had many issues here to complain about.

Do not sign up for the membership deal! Offers free home delivery, but cannot deliver in a timely manner. Told I could have delivery that evening(5-6pm) but didn't get order till 2 days later. Ended up having to go to grocery store to buy cat food that I needed. Couldn't wait 2 days! Takes your money instantly when ordering, but lags behind in delivering orders. Did this 2 times and got the same result.

All restrooms closed. Absolutely nothing available, no locations at all to change an infant and a toddler’s diaper.Basic human needs cannot be met.The store should be shut down until this is remedied.

This is the cleanest, most friendly Walmart in the valley. Also mostly weirdo-free. Empty shelves today, reminiscent of the start of the pandemic!

Not impressed. Couldn't find assistance. The store is dirty. They don't clean the self checkout registers after customer use. Was looking for batteries and they are not in electronics section. Instead, there is a display of batteries near the front registers. The batteries I needed were on the wrong hook and it rang up about $5 higher. Had to prove the batteries I needed were all on the wrong hook in order to get the price on the sign.

I'm not paying double the taxes on my cosmetics and other miscellaneous items that I need when I go in and shop for my items. I hate that when I go to the cosmetics area, the worker asks me to pay for items there, or I can't get that item. I will not be buying cosmetics at Walmart anymore. So, I guess I will be paying double the taxes on my cosmetics somewhere else 🙄

I like Walmart because they have a lot of good things. They use to have rootbeer hard candy. But now they don't. Do you know all the stores I've been you can not find it anywhere. People go. Regular stores convenient stores. I don't understand why they don't have it?

The customer service/return’s department is the worst I have ever experienced, showing a lack of common sense, accountability, and doing the right things for their customers. While on vacation out of state, I bought a box of expensive golf balls, and when I got home, I found that somebody had swapped the expensive golf balls with an inexpensive internal box of golf balls. I tried to return them to the Sanger store and they would not accept them “because this occurred at a different store” six hours away and they said I have to go back to that store to return them. Anybody with common sense would understand that somebody is not going to drive six hours to return a box of golf balls. overly frustrated I went to the Walmart store on Kings Canyon and they happily accepted them stating that we would do this because it is unreasonable for you to have to drive six hours to return this product. i’m glad the Kings Canyon location can operate the return department with common sense and empathy for their customers.

I went to Walmart to get dog food but they didn't have any other than the $50 small bags and I'm not a baller, this is the second time I went a few weeks ago and was the same. The employee told me they were going to get a delivery but I guess he lied.

I visited Sanger Walmart recently and needed assistance for some items that were located at the top of a shelf. When I asked several associates for help, they told me to wait but never showed up. I was able to ask another associate by the name of Liz, and she was so kind and polite and helped me right away. It was so nice to see a young person be so helpful and respectful. Honestly, I love Sanger Walmart. It's very clean, organized and over all the staff is friendly. Thank you, Liz for going above and beyond to be so helpful.

They're all going downhill my personal opinionI worked for Walmart for 5 years and sadly I severely disliked the company but I loved my job and what I did. They unfortunately didn't care bc they could get someone else to take my spot for less. . THEY ARE TRULY NOT A FAMILY PLACE IN AND ON ANY (NO NONE ZERO) LEVELS!

Wow! Amazed at how neat and organized this store was . I was so astounded that I spoke with The Store Manager and told her what an excellent job she has done.i have been familiar with Walmart set up for over 16 yrs and have NEVER seen or have had such a shopping experience that today , I will definitely be a returning customer although I live closer to Dinuba Walmart. Feeling good and impressed,thank you for that I've needed it .
