Never seen an establishment deny access to the bathroom that is clearly functioning to a paying customerWould give 0 stars if possible.There’s only two employees in the entire store during rush hour.Over 10 people in line waiting to buy their items.Don’t waste your time coming here.

The nicest pharmacist, very nice and caring pharmacy staff. People below who felt the need to leave negative reviews because god forbid they had to wait 20 minutes or for other trivial issues, you need to understand there’s just one pharmacist and another pharmacy associate in most pharmacies and at this location they have to fill lots of prescriptions so be grateful because with all the workload they have they still manage to be very nice, caring and very respectful to customers unlikeSome other pharmacies and I appreciate them and you should too.

The pharmacy clerk decided it was her place to tell me I didn't need to wear a mask anymore, and that we "need to move on as a society." There is more Covid circulating in our area than there was 4 months ago, and I am 75. I thought it was extremely inappropriate for her to be dishing out her politically oriented bad science health advice. And, the store is out of just about everything. I realize they are in competition with Amazon, but they don't even have knee highs.

With 8 years experience in pharmacy, I understand that work can be really busy, which the pandemic has exacerbated by increasing vaccine demand and staffing shortages. However, service here has been subpar on multiple occassions--past what can reasonably be expected considering current circumstances. Busy work cannot excuse poor patient care. Despite the retail setting, don't forget that you are health care workers. Listen to your patients, be flexible, and put their concerns first.

I purchased a prepaid credit card and credit card and ended up having sues with using it. I had lost the receipt and needed to send in a copy of my credit card and the receipt and my ss card and my Id and I didn’t have the receipt. The maniger of this store wen way way out f her way to help me find the racist even though I didn’t know what day or time and had very little information. I am so greatful and really glad things worked out. I was very stressed out and she did everything in her power to help me and feel like I was getting taken care of. Thanks so much.

This review is for the pharmacist Bumsoo, who helped me fill a prescription on a tight timeline before I was leaving on a trip. Because of a miscommunication with my insurance, Rite Aid had given me the wrong quantity, and didn’t have enough in stock to fill the prescription. Bumsoo called my insurance to clarify the issue, then called other locations until he found one that had enough to fill my prescription. He gave detailed instructions to that pharmacist on how to avoid the insurance issue, and called me to give me instructions and updates. I really appreciate how Bumsoo went the extra mile to help me, especially on a weekend. Thanks!

Not the pride of the Rite Aid Fleet. Most of the shelves are picked bare. For example, candy selection, about 1/3 of the choices were there. Drove across the street to CVS. A much better experience.

Called in to check stock for prescription. Took over 1/2 hour to reach someone. The meds i was picking up were in stock. I let them know I was on my way. Showed up to pick up meds. It took another 1/2 hour to get prescription filled.This mite not seem like a long time. But when someone is in intense pain, it can seem like a lifetime.

I called for my prescription and they said it would be ready the next day. I went they did not have my pills so I held it off for another week STILL NOT ready. Went to Walgreens and everything went much better.

Denied me entry even though I was over 18. It It’s just wrong to assume anyone who is seemingly young is going to steal. Shows how poorly they’re handling their own situations. Don’t shop here unless you want to be denied based on your look. It’s disgusting a business is just discriminating against certain looks. I’ve been here before with a friend and they were accused of stealing even though they had not bought anything but rather were holding an item I HAD JUST BOUGHT. Ridiculous behavior from workers and management.
