I Came to this particular store and they had locked the doors an hour earlier then stated on website and also on front door of the entrance, i looked at one of the employees inside and they just glanced over while they were just all talking, not coming back here

I went to Rite Aid in CA where I was visiting. Enjoy going there but they made a mistake when they were checking me out & overcharged me. I had to go back. No apologies. I would go to Rite Aid again though!

They used to be great but now you can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. They aren’t reliable at all anymore. It’s a shame but you’re better off somewhere else.

Place has gone downhill bad! Used to be best pharmacy in area, drive thru and quick friendly service... Now... No drive thru, customer service is worst in area, rude employees, and the store is never stocked properly. I would urge you to go to Walgreens or Safeway for your needs. You won't feel like your the problem and might actually get some customer service. If I could give no stars I would for Rite Aid Terra Linda!!

My local pharmacy just closed and I was transferred here. Honestly dreaded switching back to large chain pharmacy but I was assisted by Tiffany who was amazing. She handled my refills on the spot as a one-time courtesy and, as I’m new, let me know how and when to handle Rx refills going forward. She was honest about how busy the pharmacy is and different than Marin Medical & I really appreciated her candor. I know most ppl only take the time to leave negative reviews but Tiffany was helpful, courteous, informative and overall professional. Hopefully her supervisor sees this-I vote employee of the month + extra holiday bonus.

Pharmacists and counter people work hard and are helpful. Recently staffing has been lighter and thus the phones are less frequently answered. I understand that. But what I don’t understand and REALLY wish would change is the terribly aggravating automated phone system. It’s this that’s compelling my first-ever review. Really, Rite Aid, PLEASE redo this. Specifically: 1) horrible static-laden hold music that hurts my brain—as if it were designed to do so. It’s bad enough to be on hold but OMG, ouch!! 2) menus that lead nowhere (“push 3 to speak to a pharmacist” only to be told “that option is not available”: you actually have to wait for the 2nd instance of this for it to work—and then only if they are there to pick up), 3) some message about former Marin medical pharmacy that mispronounces Marin as if it were the last name of Cheech from Cheech and Chong. They should pronounce our County name correctly. Instead it gives the impression Corporate couldn’t be bothered to get the localization right. Not good for the Rite Aid brand.

If I could I'd give zero stars! No drive through open anymore, they don't pick up the phone, you have to go to ask any questions, refill or order any prescriptions. It's very frustrating to deal with the people there. They are nice, they just don't have enough help.

The pharmacists here are extremely rude and do not bother to actually help if something is wrong. There was an issue and I called every day for a week and everyday I got a different answer each time until they finally told me i had to fix the issue through my doctor. I've been off my meds for 2 weeks now because they wouldnt tell me the right course of action in the first place. One of them actually just straight up hung up on me. Do not send your prescriptions here. They do not care.Update I sent my prescription to another pharmacy and they filled it within a matter of minutes. So these pharmacists had me off my meds for two weeks when my prescription could have been filled even though they told me it couldn't be.

There is something wrong with your website information and drastically wrong with your phone telling information. It would help if you were accurate with your information instead of misleading and absent. This morning I consulted the website for Rite Aid Northgate in San Rafael CA and followed all the prompts on the voicemail and was switched to hold for the pharmacy with music. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I drove the mile and a half to the ride aid found the pharmacists talking with one another and watching their cell phones while I waited at the window. Thinking they did not see me, I knocked on the window, and eventually one of them came to e=tell me that there were no appointments available all week. There is something wrong with your website information and drastically wrong with your phone telling information. It would help if you were accurate with your information instead of misleading and absent.

The pharmacy staff are so rude, unhelpful and inconsistent. I've filed a complaint with customer care. I suggest going elsewhere.

If Jackie is working the register, turn around and go across the street to CVS. I've never seen a more rude cashier! She called one of the customers "uneducated" because she didn't immediately remove her credit card while the reader still said "processing." I'm sure Rite Aid's hiring bar must be truly exceptional to attract such horrible people. There is no reason to ever come to this location.
