Shout out to Velma and Brenda of the Pharmacy! They are patient, attentive and always friendly. They're even kind to friends I have sent to pick up my meds while I've been stuck in bed!

I give one star because this CVS is the most worthless CVS in the United States. The staff there is great and this review has nothing to do with the service or help. This review is mainly about the stores hours and stocking of items. I understand that COVID has made supply chains difficult (so they say) but this location looks like a kindergarten glass on sugar ransacked the place every time I go in. Now the main reason for such a low star review is the hours. The website will say open until midnight but then are closed at 10, other times 8-9 and they don't update holiday weekend hours. I can't count the number of times I have come to this location and they are randomly closed. It has gotten to the point where I had to burn 5 minutes of my time to write this review in hopes that management pulls it together and starts implementing some form of consistency here.

Unable to get prescription refilled because no one picked up the phone. Waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. Very disappointing.

Love the CVS store in Terra Linda, San Rafael. The store is always clean and well stocked. Very helpful and friendly employees.
