Having done price comparisons at 3 stores, I found CVS to be budget conscious, the staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. They also explained how to combine the sales prices with the coupons I had accumulated. In addition, they were quite informed about reading the ingredients when comparing store brands to the big brands, and how to know the difference. I was very impressed and left a delighted and satisfied customer.

I can't believe the rudeness and negligence of these people. They didn't even know that they were participants in the bridge access program, essentially turning me and probably many others away from getting their vaccines. These people are a disgrace to healthcare providers. You are supposed to be serving the community! I can't believe the state of healthcare in this country, and these people are absolutely complicit. Whoever just hung up on me after i told them to stop speaking over me, deserves to be written up by their superiors. I just cant believe it.

I moved to Marin county for work recently, and this is my favorite CVS. Mainly for the friendly staff & pharmacist. The store itself is a standard CVS. They could keep the ice pop flavor of PRIME drinks in stock a bit more.

Well I don't think they have to do anything as long as the shelves are well stocked up. The store is kept clean, and from what I could tell they gotten it to where the items are where they are suppose to be! But the employees are always busy doing things either checking people out or stocking when they can. And they are always very friendly to me with their greeting me, and polite conversation, and says good bye!

Worst pharmacy experience ever! I placed the order for 8 covid testing kits online for my husband so my insurance would cover it. Got an email confirmation that it was approved and ready to be picked up. The 3rd day I went to pick it up, thinking it's gonna take me 5 min. It took me 40 min! After waiting for my turn at the pick up line, Vilma the pharmacy tech greeted me. I told her what I was there for. She seems to got the hang of it. While She was still working on the computer, I asked if she can check if my daughter is also eligible for the testing kits each month since CVS.com told me our insurance was 'ineligible'. She told me I have to get the testing kit from the front and come back line up again. I was not happy about it but did when she said. After getting the kits and waiting for my turn again, she told me it's gonna be another 15 min of wait. She was going to keep my insurance card but I was afraid it'd be lost so I said I'd come back for it another test. I asked her where is my husband's kits since that's the reason I am here for. She seemed to have forgotten about it and started to check her computer again. She couldn't find the kits and kept asking me if I had picked them up. After I told her I haven't, she kept saying the call you got may have been late, after you have picked up the kits. I told her again that I have not picked them up and that's why I was here today. She looked everywhere and told me they don't have it. Eventually the front desk manager scanned 8 new kits we got from the front and he was able to ring 2 bottles of rubbing alcohol as well. When I asked Vilma, she had told me that I had to check them out at the front. Overall I feel Vilma is unkind and incompetent. It took me 40 min to pick up free kits that has been approved by the system. That's why they are 'backed up' she has claimed. I suggest everyone to be aware of this place!

Consistently rude pharmacy staff. Recently I was told my medication was out of stock and would be restocked within 24 hours. When I followed up I was told it would take a week to be delivered. When pressed on it, the staff member was short with me and pushed me off the phone.Additionally, their shelves are always empty. I also had a cashier pester me to get him a job at my employer.It's wild how poorly run this CVS is. Trust me, go somewhere else

Came 10 minutes earlier and the representative allowed me to get into the store realizing my urgency to buy papertoner. That to me meant a lot and give you the idea of great customer service. Thank you!

They have no sign with the correct store hours on the doors, and the online add hours that were “confirmed” a week ago are wrong. I’m at the store, and it’s 10:54 pm on a Saturday, and the doors are locked, and the lot is empty? It's annoying that the correct hours aren't posted on the doors or in the Google ad. The store staff has always been great, and the manager is fantastic. I understand everywhere is short-staffed but you need to let people know the real hours and stick to them.

Worst CVS EVERThis place has always had the rudest pharmacists and techs. I always regret having my prescriptions filled here. The tech who helped me today had all kinds of attitude, made me walk to a different register, then when I got there, changed her mind again. She acted like it was all my fault. Big scowl on her face. Very unprofessional. Rite Aide is across the street. Walgreens isn’t too far away. Go there instead.

I was waiting in line for a good 15 minutes. One of the pharmacy technicians just glanced at me and totally ignored me. Then some older gentleman walked up to the front instead of waiting in line and that pharmacy technician took care of him instantly. I then was helped and the technician taking care of my needs could not explain why I was texted by cvs with the wrong amount of prescriptions and the fact that the text message said I have eligible prescriptions to refill. I asked her what the definition of eligible meant and she totally ignored me and did not seem to care at all. In all honesty this place has always been a difficult and care free experience with crass employees who don't seem to care about you much. The actual store employees not in the pharmacy are decent workers, but those pharmacy people are a bit smug.

Come here quite often to pick up meds. Taty definitely made me consider going to another CVS for medications.. She was extremely stand offish and had an attitude for I don't know why. Not sure because I am of color or not, but there was a huge difference in her mannerisms towards me than the Caucasian customers before me.

Overall not bad and convenient if you are shopping in the Northgate area. I was using the pharmacy on this trip. The pharmacy seems to be a bit slow and understaffed. There was chatter among customers in line on how long it always takes to get scripts at this location.

The absolute worse cvs store and drug store I have ever been to in my entire life. The cashier was so incredibly rude. Please write your complaints directly to headquarters. In the meantime steer clear of this store.

In the twenty years leaving in Terra Linda I have seen many different people working in this pharmacy as today July 29/20 this new pharmacist has the highest standards of being a bit...especially in these hard times of coronavirus that getting around is difficult and no understanding of customers care.

It really gets its stars for being so convenient in a part of town that is hard to find anything selling the essentials in a somewhat ordered environment. I recently visited and asked one of the store clerks for help and he was obliging which was appreciated.

Horrible customer service and pharmacists are incredibly rude. They don’t have your prescriptions on time and when they say they will. Pretty dangerous for people who depend on certain medications. Don’t choose this location as your pharmacy.

This was an average CVS store. Although they had the electronic payment system installed it didn't work. They had what I needed in stock, I bought it, and I left.
