I love this store, the owner was on the sales floor and personally helped me pick out food for my dog. I also like to contribute to local small business’s when possible. They have a wide selection of product for whatever pets you have at home.

I loved coming here when I lived in San Pedro. I don't live too far now and I will still make the drive. All the workers there have always been really helpful!! They have everything you need for your pets and more. Plus, they support the community and do adoptions.

I went to try to get things for my pet, at first the lady attending us was very nice and helpful but while we were shopping another older lady came and started being very rude along with her husband. They did not let us buy what we were trying to buy so we just left. Not returning here and i dont recommend it for anyone either. Customers should be treated with respect and be able to buy what they want. It's out money and we decide how we want to spend it. It's okay though they're the ones not making money.

I know they do a lot of good for animals here, I just wish they were more friendly.I went in after work to look at dogs for my mom who's service animal passed a while back. They acted like I wasn't fit to even clean their kennels. Maybe it's my tattoos 🤔

i love this pet shop. they open for adoption every Saturday. they are the only store around that carries Evanger's canned dog food. it is the best dog food ever! the cans i buy have real chicken with the eatable bones still attached. they also carry many toys and supplies for dogs and other animals too. the store is an open warehouse full of animals the store has rescued over the years, i.e. rabbits, turtles, birds, guinea pigs...

Disappointed, firstly i thought i had erred as i was sent an email stating postage prices which had not been received earlier, then the product still did not arrive and a got a "copy" of one the manager sent to "Cathy" to get it off the desk and post the item - never received, not at all. Trust paypal will sort. I'm in Australia and liked this store for something I couldn't find at a reasonable price here, and I also like the page. Sadly I would not trust. perhaps for people in the States, but not for sending OS.

Such great variety! Especially for small mammals and reptiles. be sure to double check the expiration dates on products! my husband and I went in to find a new water bowl and also got a great piece of driftwood but we were mistaken in buying water conditioner for our corn snake as we realized the bottle was expired since 2017.... AFTER we had arrived home. guess we'll be sticking to centinela and petco

Stephanie Crawford,I find it quite interesting that Stephanie didn’t feel we were the right match for Beans. Is it that we are not the right match or not the right color. My husband and I have raise a dog together for many years, (18 years for him and 6 for me) and its surprising in her eyes we are not the right match. Over the phone before she met us we were the right match as she insisted we come down and meet Beans. It was not until she met us that we were no longer a match. We also explain that we have very flexible schedules (working from home, enough space and time , etc.) and would be available to take care of Beans. I am very disappointed in her actions along with the many excuses she gave. It appears Stephanie is very attached to Beans and don’t want to release him. You stated several remarks that was opposite her thoughts of Beans. I don’t think she’s looking out for the best interest of Beans but the interest of herself. We are two loving people who wanted to share our home with a loving animal. I have never had to explain myself to pay my money to adopt an animal. I personally believe she is not a good match for this job.Monique & Victor Prince
