Amazing staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. We called to buy a bale of straw for our Halloween display and they were getting ready to close. We had drive over an hour. The cashier took payment over the phone and had the receipt and straw placed right outside the gate. We will be back next year. Thank you again

I am giving a 5 because Modesto Milling Corn and Soy Free Laying hen feed and the Nutrena Feather Fixer for chickens are hard to find. Almost a year, I have been trying to find Feather Fixer so that when the birds are molting, they seem to come back even stronger and healthier. Silva has a massive selection of feeds in stock. They load the purchases. The loading is done quickly. The loaders were professional. Hay and straw are also available. The straw I purchased was of good quality, baling twine tightly strapped, and a heavy, full bale. It is giving me a lot of straw for my money i will be back.

Friendly staff. I actually went to buy local honey there. They carry a variety from The Honey Ladies. However, I did notice there's ample parking, the staff seem very friendly and helpful to everyone who was coming through. They seem to carry quite a variety of feeds.

I ordered an entire female lamb. I turned around to open my car and the lamb I thought I was toning to get was not what I got. They switched out a male lamb which had a stronger flavor that I didn’t want. I wanted the female which I tasted, but when I got home I found it was a male. This is very bad for customer service and I will not be going here again. Beware of shady people!

Great people. Fast polite service. Usually have what I want. For some time hen scratch was hard to get, but they got a second source and birds don't care what name is on the bag. I love these guys.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. At the last minute, my camper shelled truck was needed to pick up hay bales for a high school. The 2 gentlemen were so helpful to this old lady and 2 high school girls. One hopped in the back and stacked them while the other brought over on the forklift. They put cardboard down on the carpet so it wouldn't make as big of a mess and then wrapped the last one on plastic so I could put it in the backseat. They were so friendly and kind. Thank you for all of your help today!

Local people and excellent knowledge on livestock and service. Minutely higher than a chain store for supplies but worth the loading and expertise in addition to the expanded stock such as nutritional supplements and medicine.It is a one stop shop for livestock professionals and hobbyists.Highly recommended

Always has the best orchard grass hay. Friendly staff and good product selection. It's also nice they create an account for you so that come tax time, you can see a list of everything you've bought for the farm / your business.

For years I've been paying anywhere from $13 to $20 at the pet stores for a 40 lb. bag of pine pellets that I use for cat litter. Silva's sells a lb. bag of wood pellets for $7.49 plus their's is made better (larger, more compressed pellets so it lasts longer).There are no long lines to wait in, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even load it in your car. And they are open on Sundays (other feed stores in the area are not) until 5:00. So glad I checked them out. I'm never buying cat litter anywhere else.

Gals inside very very sweet always in up beat mood. Guys outside greet you when you get out of your truck load everything we need up and if your a regular they know what your getting before you even say it.

Silva has a wide variety of Animal feeds from chickens to horses.Always good to call if looking for a specific food or bedding however.

Quick to load the truck. Prices are good
