Lily, the owner, is an amazing groomer! My 7 year old 35lb terrier mix absolutely loves Lily and that says a lot. My dog wasn't well socialized when I got her as a rescue when she was 2yrs old (she had been dropped off twice at the humane society before we adopted her). Lily really knows pets and treats every one like her own. She does full service cuts, bath, nails, teeth, ears, and even expresses the glands!The store is super clean and nice. They even have complimentary coffee!We've been taking our dog to Lily for grooming for many years before she opened up Hana Snowy (we met her when she was working at Petsmart in Pasadena). Hana Snowy is the best and I won't take my dog anywhere else!

So rude to her customers, I asked her a simple question as to how many dogs were in front of mine just to have an estimate on time and she instantly started raising her voice at me saying that if i wanted ‘express’ it’s 11$ more. She also made me and my mom to put a mask on when there was two other ladies with no mask on and she didn’t say a thing to them. We confronted her about it and she laughed saying she didn’t even notice. So unprofessional and rude.

I have been seeing Lily for the past 3 years with my bearded collie, Lollie. Lily has taken extraordinary care of my dog. She's spoiled her so rotten that any time I say her name my dog's ears perk up and she starts whining because she gets so excited to go visit Lily. Lily isn't just a groomer, she's a dog lover, and it shows in the quality of her work and relationship with your pup.

Lily is the best when it comes to grooming. She knows her breeds and how they should be cut. Our 3 dogs love going and are always happy pups when they come home.

My dogs both love going there! The owner gives them plenty of treats, the facility is always super clean, and she is always done on time. She isn’t cheap but the quality and professionalism you get is worth the price.

I took my 17 year old yorkiepoo for a grooming and ended up with a traatized dog with his face cut and bleeding. A vet visit of course was needed. Not even an apology. The excuse from Lily was, "he had an eye booger." She also told me that "the vet would agree" with her. WELL NO THEY DIDNT!!! In reviews I see my dog is not the first victim of their carelessness! Shame on Lily!

Very disappointing!!!IHad such high hopes with this place but on the second visit my dog came back with cuts in more than one places around his legs. So angry with her careless service. Never going back again.
