They gave my cat a good nail cut aswell as a sanitary hair cut, but they seem ill prepared to take care of skittish creatures, they told me to go to a vet because they dont have the equipment to deal with it.

This place is amazing.. Great Price.Great Work ethics.But most of all great People. It’s a little hidden and you might drive right bye it but when u find it you will know. Definitely a diamond in the Rough. Highly Recommend. They gave my puppy his first cut. I was nervous he wouldn’t let himself but he was good for these amazing ladies.

After being on the road for a while and visiting every dog park on our way my dogs were a real mess.They did exactly what I wanted done which was extensive. My dogs walked out very white, fluffed and smelling clean. I’ve been a Pet Cuts customer for over 10 years for a reason.

They do a decent job grooming overall. Her cut is always nice and she smells great and is so soft. Ive only been to two other groomers in the area and I think the cost is a bit higher than what I've come across. I'm just annoyed that I got charged for daycare for dropping her off just an hour earlier than her appt and I picked her up shortly after they said she was ready.I've sent her there for daycare previously. They don't have too many dogs to play with in daycare, which is good and bad. I like my dog to go to daycare to play but since it's such a low volume of dogs, I dont know if she actually has someone to play with the entire time. I do like that there's not a lot of dogs so she stays pretty clean and doesn't get too stinky. Also, they hours are just 8-3:30, so I'd have to still pick her up in the middle of my work day which isn't ideal.

Bye bye Pet Cuts.I stayed loyal to Pet Cuts the last 5 years. The staffs are pleasant in general, Lisa does decent service, I always gave generous tip and pay with cash at the beginning, but its price has been climbing up from $45 to $80 for a 12 pounds well behaved little doggie. In addition, they started to charge $25 for the doggie to stay through the day if you can’t pick your doggie up. I am sorry but their work is not that decent for me, a working mom to stay and pay that kind of money for a pet cuts.

Been going here for years with dog grooming, cat grooming and overnight stays. Lisa has been awesome since day 1. I started going because of her no cage dog care. Kept going because we've always had great results. Recently had teeth cleaning (no anesthesia) and it came out beautiful! Thank you Lisa!

I've been taking my cat here for grooming and decided to board him with Lisa for a week while I was out of town. Excellent experience, with photos and updates on how he was during the week! Lisa was also very gracious when I had to extend his stay by an extra 2 days last minute due to my flight getting rescheduled. I'll definitely be boarding here again!

Very bad service! I had to cancel my appointment because they told me they would only take 2 to 3 hrs and if i did not pick up my dog when they called, they would charge me 25.00 more. So i cancelled my appointment because i did not want to be late! Instead they did not call after 3.5 hrs, i called them and they were not done and will need another hour and a half. They messed up my day!

I have been going to Pets Cuts for years, I have twoChihuahuas, one of them use to hate going to the groomers and when I use to use another groomer they would always find a way to tell me how my chihuahua was a handful, I hated going there, but when I stared going here, I was never told how my chihuahua was a handful. They always treated him good!!The service here is wonderful, they do amazing job, and they are always so friendly. For $22.00 they bath and trim their nails, and express the glands. Which is amazing price and they always do a perfect job!! I don't think I would take my dogs any where else.I also use to have a chow/golden retriever mix, he was a gentle giant, they use groom him as well. They always did an amazing job with him. I don't remember how much they charged for my large dog, but I remember still being pleased with the price and and he always came out looking like a million bucks.I always recommend this place to anyone. Their service is always amazing, they treat the dogs really well and I would follow them if they ever moved.The only con is that they only take cash or check, but to be fair they don't use credit cards to keep their prices low and affordable. Oh and they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so if you work Monday-Friday like me, the only day I can get my doggies are on Saturday, but I think in all the years I have been there, I think it was only once I couldn't get them in. Plus they have to have a day off too.Thank you Pet Cuts for all your years of service for my doggies. :)

I can’t say enough great things about Pet Cuts! My dogs always come home looking fantastic and happy. Today, they had their first “no anesthesia” teeth cleaning (plus grooming) and the results are AMAZING!I love the setup of this grooming salon The pups have plenty of space to move around in the large gated areas and are able to socialize as well if your dog gets along with others. One of our senior pups can be crabby so they are always good about making sure she has her own space.We moved to this area less than a year ago and I’m thrilled to have found Pet Cuts after using the same groomer in our home state for over 20 years. Lisa, the owner, made this transition so easy💗

We have been bringing our Yorkie here for almost two years. Lisa and the staff do a great job. They always take care of kiwi!! She comes out looking like a million dollars and they are not over priced. They are great with small doggies and have a great attitude and work ethic. Our little pup will be returning.Thanks for the great service

Lisa at Pet Cuts has been grooming my two dogs (Lhasa Apsos) for 10+ years. She does a fantastic job! The cut is even, the dogs smell wonderful and they strut out of the shop looking good. They never mind going. We all know what it is like when our pets don't want to go in.....all of a sudden they aren't walking on leash, like sitting and not moving. I never have that problem...they walk right into Lisa's shop. They even get there teeth brushed! Lisa offers boarding services and when I am on vacation, Lisa takes great care of them. I never worry about them. I know Lisa will give them excellent care. I highly recommend Pet Cuts for grooming, boarding and day care.

I've been looking for a new groomer for sometime now, after reading such good reviews on Pet Cuts and seeing cage free grooming I decided to take my Bassett Hound Otis there and give it a try. Lisa is so nice she truly loves what she does and loves our furry friends! My Otis looks absolutely great he is so shiny and soft and looks better then he ever has. it was so nice to pick up my dog and not see him locked up in a small cage crying! I love this place my search for that perfect groomer is over! Lisa Thanks again for doing such a great job on Otis! We look forward to coming back soon

We spent 85 dollars on our dog's grooming, we got back a dog that was completely shaved of all her fur when we could have bought a brand new shaving kit to do it ourselves for that price, had nails that didn't feel any less sharp, and had been bathed in lower quality soap than the one we bought at Walmart. They could have at least told us their plan ahead of time so we could have decided to do it ourselves. My dog has noticeable shave lines.

Sigh, I thought we had found our family pet groomer. First 2 experiences were great with both dogs 5 star groom. However the last 3 experiences weren't so great..our white mini doodle came home with bald spots behind his ears and short spots on his neck where we brought him back to be re-trimmed. Then on his latest groom yesterday, he came home with razor burn and a razor nick. My parents dog also came home with a razor nick a few weeks ago. :(

This place is great! My dog came out of here so clean and fresh! He has never been and stayed this clean. Bonus: this cost me HALF of what I paid across town at Sandy Pawz! I won’t be going anywhere else! Also the owner is so nice. I hear she is an angel and a saint and that she boards dogs at home!

This place is amazing. The service was great and all the other dogs seemed to get along very well. I went to take my Julian there to get her thick chow chow hair shaved, and when I came to get her, I was so happy on how her hair turned out. I'm sure they could have make a whole comforter out of her hair 😁. Iwould recommend this place to anyone who wants fast, great and affordable care for your furr babies.

Everyone we met were absolutely great!You can tell they love dog's. Moving here recently from Tennessee we needed a new groomer for our Scottish Terrier Josh. So glad we found Pet Cuts, they did a wonderful job.We have our new groomer.

I love puppy cuts , I recommend them to everyone. ! All my friends that have dogs now go to them. I will admit , once I did try another place., Only because puppy cuts had moved, and I didn't know where they were at. I was so unhappy , this other place cut my dogs whiskers off and put her collar back on to tight. Thank God I found puppy cuts again.I only want the very best for my little sweetpea, and at puppy cuts that's what she gets. The very best! Thank you puppy cuts!

We have been taking our 85lb Doodle here for almost 6 years. They do a great job with him and have always been consistent with his cuts, I have never been disappointed. I love that fact that he is not kept in a small cage while he is there. I highly recommend Pet Cuts!

Took my cat for bath and sanitary grooming last weekend and they did a phenomenal job! The last 5 yrs I've taken my cat to PetCo where it takes them at least 4 hours to groom her. When I pick her up she is panting and meows for hours...totally stressed out. Not the case here...it took them 2 hours, they did a much better job getting the dander off her and she wasn't stressed at all! The staff was friendly and they took really good care of my cat! I will never go to PetCo again and I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pet!

I've used pet cuts for my last two dogs and they always do a good job. They also don't put the dogs in cages, they have them in large kennels together. Where the dogs are groomed anybody can see how they are doing they're not hidden in a back room. The staff is great.

I took Roxie to be groomed for the first time and we had a wonderful experience at PetCuts! Roxie is super sensitive about anyone touching her fluffy ears and toes and she was dematted and trimmed up when I picked her up. Magic!? How they pulled it off I just don't know but she was clean and fresh and beautiful! Thanks James and the rest of the team. We'll be back!!

$400 Hair cut!! Warning do not let this happen to you or your pet!! Rust had a hair cut on 11/18/21. $800 for hair cut, $10 tip and $300 vet bill. Rusty was in such pain he had to be sedated. The vet's diagnosis razor burn. The owner, Lisa, diagnosis licking. Who do you believe?
