Damn this place is amazing! Megans has literally everything you could ever need and more! It has the biggest selection I have ever seen in a dispensary, it's one of if not the best dispensary I have ever been to. The prices are slightly high, but I think for the selection and the way everything is laid out so neatly it's worth it. You definitely need to stop at this one. Also the way the store is laid out is incredible it's almost like a cannabis grocery store, just grab everything you need and check out. The staff are really friendly and welcoming too! The BEST place to stop by when you're in SLO. Just off the 101 at the Marsh Street exit, and easy parking with a secondary lot as well for those busy times!Pre-rolls, concentrate, edibles, drinks, and flower at great prices. My Miss Molly loves all the associates as well, they're all so friendly and helpful (and she loves the attention, lol)

Been here 3 times and 2 of them were bad experiences. 1st time did curbside pickup and they brought the wrong items. I went inside and they berated me for not accepting the wrong items, stating that they would have to destroy it. A rude manager "helped" me by telling me I was wrong despite having a receipt. 2nd time I placed an order for the daily sale and went to pick it up the next day and they wouldn't honor the price on my order. I have an order, order number, and total, which they reverted back to full price.Despite this being the closest dispensary I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place! The staff is awesome, especially Grace and Tatiana. It can be a little pricey but everything they have is top tier product. I'll be heading there today.

This shop is one of a kind. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Selection rotates, but they always have new products that keep it exciting. Never know what I’ll find to try next. I also enjoy the tactile experience of being able to select product myself by being able to look at the labels at my own pace. Love this shop!

I have heard a bunch of negative stories thinking they weren’t true about this place from friends and family members, i decided to give this spot a go. I bought a half gram disposable cartridge for $60, out the door $80 all together. Started leaking on me the first day. I brought it back that same day to tell them if I could get a refund. They gave me shady stare like I was trynna scam them for an another disposable cartridge.Didn’t end up getting my money or another disposable. All in all horrible experience for HIGH END dispensary.

I drive about 65 miles to this store. It's the closest dispensary. They have reasonable prices and the staff is quite willing to help. I wish they could expand to north slo county!

I been going here for 1 year and it's not to bad but over priced a little but it is what it is and I always get broken carts usually prolly get my return and it's like my 10th broken cart - I fixed it by jamming a paper clip in it sorry just gets annoying driving back and forth and I know it outta there hands but if anyone has issues just jam a paper clip down the mouth piece cause 1 or 2 things happen its clogged or the coil flooded and that's kinda how to get fix it

Because their website had an error on the product page in terms of THC strength, the incorrect item was ordered online and I was given that incorrect item when picking up in store. Once I immediately determined my product was not the dosage I'd ordered, I brought it to attention of staff. We both looked on the site and he confirmed that the website was wrong. I was told that it would be easier for me to cut them in half and it would take too long to exchange it. The staff member then said he could get his lead/manager to do the exchange but then a minute later just said I should take home and cut gummies in half, and that he would inform his manager of the website inaccuracy. This was definitely subpar customer service from such a reputable place.

Super inconsistent with product, and the "daily specials" (which are posted) jump from week to week, I saw a "special for Fridays" buy 2 get one free deal, but when I went to pay, the special didnt apply to the products I chose just one week prior, so too bad, we changed things without notice so you're out of luck guy. The staff don't care because they are selling weed and know there are only 2 shops in town, so take it or leave it was the attitude I got. I just read 2 different reviews that stated 2 different return policies. 1. "We are highly regulated and can only return defective products", 2cnd said "we have a 14 day satisfaction guarantee". So which is it? Neither of these folks were able to return their product.Too hit or miss for me, I'm taking my business elsewhere and unless you don't mind product inconsistency and don't GAF policies, I would highly suggest doing the same. The other place is small, but the staff and products are more constant and the products are generally priced better.

Just spent my day trying to return a product that Megan’s sold me with a guarantee that they apparently do not honor. $60 half gram cartridges of “live resin”, that doesn’t have a taste and doesn’t even get you high. And in a cartridge that barely gives you a hit, no matter how hard you try. This place is just a cash grab. Definitely do not shop here, especially if you’re unfamiliar with cannabis and need help from knowledgeable staff, there’s no knowledgeable staff. Or if you’re looking for top shelf cannabis and extracts, definitely stay away from this place.

It's really unfortunate that I wouldn't feel the need to make this review. Because I really love To shop here. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide me with a promo code in order to reduce my total by a dollar so that I would be able to make the order. I was hoping for a student discount or something. Very surprised that they were unable to accommodate. a very regular customer here lost over one dollar!! There is no reason in the world that they could not have used the senior discount or the veterans discount in place of a student discount. Because I am a student with student. ID everywhere gives a discount to students..

Went in to buy a disposable vape . It was priced 26 plus a ten percent discount for first time buyer. I ended up paying close to 50 bucks ?? How the hell does that make any sense?

Super cute dispensary, drove right past it the first time it blends in so well. Greeted by security and ID at the door. Store is laid out well. Grab a basket and load up with all your favorites. Helpful staff on floor and a really easy shopping experience

Visiting Megan’s Is always a good experience. All of their staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I have arthritis and use edibles to ease my pain at night when trying to sleep. When I went in to ask what the best choice was to help with my arthritis they were very knowledgeable on which direction to go.

MOM is the best dispensary in SLO County that I've been to. Outstanding selection of quality products, great employees, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I wish they offered a senior discount every day instead of just on Tuesdays, but their Sunday Brunch and Monday Gap Night specials are excellent. Best cannabis dispensary by far.

I was in town and I really liked Megan’s. It’s quite unique as there are no “dispensaries” in LA like this. The staff was very courteous and recommended some edibles, which turned out to be just what I needed. I’m sure I’ll be back whenever I’m in SLO. Thank you!
