This is the second time I’ve come to this establishment seeking a gift card, and it’s the second time that I’ve been told they haven’t had them in months. In this case, since Christmas. Pretty sure it was “since Christmas” last time, too. You’re cheating yourself out of hundreds of dollars in business and the manager should get a serious disciplinary action from corporate for this failure.

At the SLO BevMo store, I was able to find a good selection of Kosher wine for Passover. Friendly staff, very helpful, Eric even carried my box to my car. Wonderful business. (xoxo)

I went there for Pisco. No Pisco, only two bottles of Pinga/ cachaça from Brazil. Where are the other brands? They need to import more variety to get a 5 from me. Otherwise, clean and organized, good customer experience. Some good Tequilas, where is Fortaleza brand? No bottles of it!

Great customer service; I'm keeping my rating at 4 stars due to Costco prices being cheaper. At the same time, BevMo has a huge selection in alcohol. And my shopping experience has always been great.

Shout-out to assistant manager, Moises Alvarez! He hooked us up with the alcohol for our 2022 wedding. He was super nice and easy to work with. He made a lot of great wine and beer recommendations and gave us some really good deals, which saved us a bunch of money. He delivered everything on time and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He helped make our wedding weekend smooth and stress-free! I have been going to BevMo! for years and I've always had a good experience. I really like their selection. They don't have as many options as Total Wine, but the customer service is always great.

This is an incredible location. I've been to this store three times and each visit I was supported by the most amazing customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find each item and even went as far as to walk me to the exact shelf for the product I needed. Best in class, I'll definately return. Keep up the great work!

Store is nice. Employees are super friendly.But,,,...... there was some misleading advertising for cash back on some alcohol. Wear your glasses, read the fine print. The prices are a bit high. Beer is cheaper at food 4 less. But of course Bevmo has a better selection.

Was a little disappointed in this BevMo. Beer selection was small (relative to other BevMos I've been in) and in a little bit of disarray. I guess BevMo is changing strategy and offering groceries now, but I wish this floor space was used for better beer/liquor selections.

Great sales, however my cashier... I do have a baby face and always willing to show ID when buying alcohol, however after rudely asking to see ID (which he forgot he was holding already) went onto bending it back and fourth telling me that it looks fake. After tossing it back my drivers license still has a slight bend to it. Besides him the rest of the customer service employs where delightful.

Easy access from LOVR & Froom Ranch Rd. into a large, shared parking lot. Have a huge inventory of everything beverage, except eggnog & milk products. Employees are helpful & will walk you to what you are looking for. Prices are reasonable and if you sign up for member rewards, they mail you a coupon for $10 off purchase of $75 or more, (was $65 beginning of 2017), every so often especially after you make a purchase. Checkout is quick and they have plenty of empty boxes to put your purchases in.

Was greeted when entering store, easy to find wines, and the cashier Ben even told me about how port is from a place called Porto in Portugal. Overall very nice shopping experience.

Went to check if they had any bottles left of a brand that was recently discontinued, as the Santa Maria store told me to check in case they has any left from the last time they received a shipment.The girl that I had to go.up to after aimlessly searching for 15 min was a bit snappy and told me "were the same system as Santa Maria, yup it's still discontinued"Said thanks and didn't bother buying anything else.

First time there. I was disappointed that there were no six packs of water except flavored Perrier for big $s. Found 8oz crystal geyser 8 pack and had to settle for that. Otherwise if I were shopping for alcohol it would be a great place to shop. Many selections.

I like the wide selection but I have to say, prices are a bit higher than Vons or Trader Joe's. I guess to really get the benefit of shopping here, you need to be a member and look out for deals. On the plus side, it's the only place in the area to have lots of French and Italian wines.

BevMo is consistently overpriced by 20% or more on common spirits and will not price match their larger competitor, Total Wine. We'll use them in a pinch, but typically have friends pick up orders from Total Wine when they are coming up to visit. Some of the small local bottle shops can even beat price and selection, such as Third Base.Staff is friendly and understanding, but they clearly have their hands tied by corporate.

BevMo offers a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ranging from Ramuné to rare spirits. I especially liked the selection between local and imported beers. Averagely priced with a slight discount for members with free sign-up.
