I recently visited Pacific Ranch Supermarket at 15833 Channel St, San Lorenzo, CA 94580, and it left a positive impression. This community market has a long-standing presence, providing excellent service to the locals. The selection of fresh food and seafood is impressive, making it a go-to for family essentials. I always come here for seafood, they prepare and fry to your specifications at no extra cost. Mask wearing is mandated with social distancing enforced. The store has resumed selling grocery bags for 10 cents each. The cashier informed me they resumed charging for the bags as customers abused it when it was free, asking for bags even for a canned item. I arrived at 0915 so there was basically any line/que. I departed the store within 30 minutes with my prepared sea food. The attendants and cashiers were very professional and courteous.

I give them 5 stars for having durian in stock when I went and for the durian being super fresh when I thawed it out. It was amazing! I cannot wait to get another one while they are in season. Staff was friendly. And they also had a nice variety if asian goods here. I definitely recommend this store and will be going back. This particular variety came from Vietnam according to the sticker that was attached.

They have fresh fruits and vegetables . Some Filipino products are available here and is very near my place. A wide variety of dumplings are also available and they come in different packaging sizes which i like. You can also buy freshly fried fish and cooked meals.

The place Is great for when u need milk juice or a quick run for fruit or vegetables . The customers on the other hand are sweet and stare at us . Lol ok I get. But when Asians shop at the Cardenas Latino markets I don't say much. Great u shop here too. Thank u. Pacific market has customer service.

Great prices, a fantastic meat and seafood counter and a wonderful, friendly staff that keeps us coming back several times a week.Make Pacific Ranch your corner grocery store, you won't regret it!

The managers (Vanni and team) are extremely helpful when you're looking for exotic items. They even helped me track down an item that the store didn't stock. The store is clean and organized they have a great selection of items for a smaller Asian grocery store. Above and beyond what I expected and I would be happy to give them my business again!

They didn’t have what I was looking for. I asked for help and was brushed off. The cashier asked me what the detergent said in Spanish because I am brown and I told her several times I didn’t know what it said. I would never go up to a person who is Asian and expect them to ready something I am unfamiliar with. Going into this establishment I was the only person of color and I felt like everyone kept staring at me. This isn’t the first time but I’m honestly getting tired of being treated This way.

I love coming here because it’s near but I’ve had multiple instances where I’ve purchased moldy items! That is unacceptable. Why do they think they can just cut off rotten or moldy parts and package it up??? I’m upset because I couldn’t see the rotten part since it was covered up. Be careful when buying their produce that is wrapped up and placed on a styrofoam tray. Also the fried tofu that they have… don’t buy it at all because every time I’ve purchased it, it went bad or was moldy. Outrageous. Please check your items!!!! That is not okay.

Good if your looking for hard to find veggies from Asia. They have items other Asian markets don't have....I never buy meat here unless it's fish, but otherwise good for veggies, fruit, sauces, pastes for cooking

Friendly staff, efficient and courteous. Fresh produce, butchers are awesome, competitive prices on meat also. Some dry foods aren't so reasonably priced. However, it is the only grocery store in the village, if you want to avoid traffic encountered when going to the larger chain stores.

How does this have sich good reviews? Poor selection. Dirty. Literal negative vibe; have ever seen so many signs telling customers what "not to do". They forgot " don't come back".

Clean. Meat and Fish counters are excellent. Far superior than all the Asian markets in the area which want to sell everything under the sun. Parking is also very easy. If you value your time and want fresh meats, seafood and produce, give this place a try.

Decent sized grocery, had items like Napa cabbage and enoki mushrooms that are a little harder to find at places like Safeway. Definitely my go to place for all the items needed for hotpot, Filipino food and other Asian styled cuisine.

Lots of fresh produce, including tropical fruits like coconuts, durian, sapodilla, jackfruit, Thai bananas, papaya etc. The cashier's are friendly. The store is a great size to get what u need and get out! Has been one of my go to stores during "the pandemic." Thanks y'all!

They are the only place that charge for bags while using an EBT card... it's a small fee and I don't really mind paying it but if they wanted to follow the rules they should look into that before they tell the wrong person that they have to pay for them knowing that it's actually against the law but otherwise the service is great!

A very ethnic supermarket. I did not find what I was looking for because the store carries a variety of items of Asian origin with no English translation, but was mesmerized by the diverse alternative choices for everyday foods.

Visited on 04/21/2020 during covid-19 pandemic when I reached the counter the belt was so filthy dirty I didn't put my stuff on the belt and asked the lady on the counter do u clean the belt she said "when we are bz we dont when we have time then we clean" I was shocked by her answer while they were not bz at all so be careful while shopping there

Great selection of different items, live fish & crabs ... And cheaper than everyone elsejust dont go around closing time because if it is the younger staff they will lock up 5 mins early and refuse to let you in to make a purchase !!! No way would the owner ever do that ....
