The bakery here is Amazing! Not only did I get my wedding cake done here I have had them also do birthday cakes for my youngest daughter my grandson twice and now it's my oldest daughters turn! The lady head baker is by far the BEST in the whole area! Love her! She is my reason for returning time and time again! So thank you for keeping her year after year.

Be careful coming to this Luckys to get what is on sale as advertised in their weekly ad. I believe they use a bait n switch tactic. Several times I’ve came here for their sales, and every time they claim to run out of sales items, even tho I came on Wednesday, the first day of the sale! Anyway, last week I tried to get some chicken breast .99 cent per lb, St. Louis ribs 1.99 per lb, and shrimp 4.99 a lb as advertised! When I got there, there were none of these items! All I seen was ribs that cost 3.99 per lb. Mind you, these ribs were all over the place with the sign “these ribs are not the sale ribs” or something like that. Ok, so where’s all the ribs on sale!! They ran out they said!🤡🤡 Wait, that’s not the best part! They have this guy working at the meat department that appears to be really racist against Asians. He’s a pretty big guy. Dark hair, over 6ft, maybe a mustache. But this guy was giving all the Asians dirty looks cuz u assumed they were gonna start asking him about the ribs and other things that suppose to be on sale. He seems very uptight and looks like he would explode if any Asian asked him a question. Later I seen some asians looking around in the meat section. Then the racist guys comes out and starts screaming at them saying, “those are not the ribs on sale! We are sold out!” and gives a motion of his finger across his neck like no more!!!For one thing, these Asian ladies didn’t say or ask this guy anything. He just assumed all Asians there are after sale products and started screaming at them. He’s a real jerk and as long as he’s there, I will not be shopping there. I have already told all my Asian friends what happened and they all said they will boycott that store until that man is no longer working there. Luckys, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I really like this supermarket in California. As a former Bay Area resident I shop Lucky's for their best in class meats such as steaks. I also enjoy their seafood choices like their crab legs, both snow and dungeness are priced at good prices. I highly recommend Lucky!

I like the vegan selection and variety but the checkout man was rude and the bagger walked up to me as I was bugging my own groceries looked at me and walked away without even offering to help. Safeway people are always helpful and kind.

I'm not sure why but it's not too busy in the morning to afternoon. It's always well stocked. Has a good bakery and cooked items. Has a good sandwich Deli. Fresh items to be cooked at work or home.

I had the worst customer experience today. I went there to use the moneygram machine and I had to wait for someone at the lobby who could help me. After 10 min, nobody showed up to help me and when I talked to one of the cashiers, he told me nobody was available at the lobby, I was so mad because I wasted time for nothing. Bad customer service at this lucky store.

Our neighborhood store was looted. Lucky was able to re-open very fast.With the plywood over the windows it still looks like a war zone but that is not their fault. You can only enter and exit through the left side. Lucky is well stocked. We did not have any issues with finding the products we needed.

Went here today on the commute home for some sourdough and french bread...As i walked in i hear "Hot fresh bread" shouted out the store Manager Nitty...👨🏽‍🎤"Hot Fresh bread".Like if I was in a scene from a movie where things just make sense. AWESOME STAFF AND great pricing even during these inflated times.SMILE ARE passed around as a normal greeting.Masked (cause of the VID)or not you could tell everyone was smiling.FOUND A CASE OF WATERMELON REDBULLS ¡¡ 😈

So disappointed. I arrived at 6:40 but the young employee did not let me in. I told him I need just one item but he didn't let me in. I drove to safe way and baught the item and it still wasn't 7:00 pm. I have to add that they did not put any wipe hand sanitizer next to the self checking. Thee is not any bag next to the self checking, so you have to ask an employee to give you a bag when you pay for the bag.

Better figure out what door to use. You can go in one door and then they lock that door and you have to walk a half mile to the other door to get out and back to your car. They should indicate that when you're parking. Otherwise, great selection and clean store with a good selection.

The employees are very nice and professional. The people shopping here during my last visit seem to forget what social distance means. Maybe they think that wearing a mask makes it okay to be in my personal space. I think ill stick to instacart and prime 🤔

They recently remodeled and it's beautiful. The vegetarian options are pretty impressive tooI do however wish they had an option to just bag things yourself, I've never once had them bag things in a logical way, and I usually end up with fruit getting smashed underneath heavy things, do they not train their baggers at all?? I just got through dumping my bag into my trunk so I could rescue my oranges from the bottom of a bag of heavy items with sharp corners

I've been shopping here for over 20 year's, what happened? The guy's at night are rude and real treat you like your a bother if you ask them anything. The store always looks dirty, they are sanitizing the carts or anything else for that matter oh and since the remodel and the virus situation the prices have skyrocketed!

Really bad times I got a bunch of stuff going to do a party. And all the other stuff that I have been going bad. It’s really no good. I went to get cake and it was so much bad. The deli was also a smelly. The meat was the opposite of a treat. The Bakery was a fakery. The grocery isle was a lie. I couldn’t believe anything. It was a mess. I couldn’t handle it. The fruit was not güt. The veggie stink. This flower was no stranger. It was bad. No recommendations from anyone on my side.

Newly remodeled location Lucky's Supermarket can always be very pricey there are nice employees that work here at least. The only thing I don't like about Lucky Supermarket is all their fried stuff like fried chicken the potato wedges wings corn dogs over by the deli. Go for a salad or sandwhich those are VERY yummy. do not eat or buy the fried stuff the oil is old that they use and it tastes disgusting & you can get sick.

They make you feel like one of the family if you cant find certain things on the shelves they take the time to go in the back and check to see if its there. Meat market cuts the meat the way you like it and package it as well. Produce is always healthy looking and fresh

Always very helpful and nice customer service. Always shop at Lucky over Safeway. The Lucky staff are so much nicer. Why is the Safeway staff always so rude? Lucky has my vote and this location is awesome! They always go above and beyond.

Lucky's,I always* get excellent low price good quality food,friendly service over there. NY steak with bones will go as low as $3.99 a pound. I love their blueberry bagel.

Enjoyed that it was full displays pricing was reasonable but I really enjoyed their deli department where they make enchiladas for a very good price the used rotisserie chicken and a whole bunch of cheese the sauce is mild, I go back because of that and their produce is better than a lot of other Lucky stores...

I just tried out the hot meal per pound today. $7 and some change for a pound of food. There are no scales around to booth area and boy was I surprised to find that I had way over a pound, almost 2 lbs for 2 pieces of chicken and a spoon full of mac n cheese. The reason for the 1 star is that the chicken I purchased was not fully cooked. Smh. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Parking lot is annoying and food is not the greatest. Produce is consistently average and don't expect to find good quality meat here. We have stopped buying steak and most cuts of beef here because even when paying the higher price for the higher grade, the meat was tough and lacking in flavor. If it weren't the closest grocery store I would not shop here.

Great experience both times I've visited. The store is clean and well stocked: well organized. The staff are consistently very helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely go to this store whenever I'm in the area.
