Terrible for app users. I used to come here near daily, because I lived nearby. However, even after receiving notifications that my mobile orders were ready for pickup, no matter how busy or slow, they often were not.The last straw was when they tried to charge me for items I had redeemed for points because “their machine that can scan them was broken.” The guy behind the counter just started helping people behind me, and then the younger manager stepped in and quickly snatched the items back from me since I “refused” to pay for them.Never coming back; I would suggest, if you’re able, to go to the one a half mile or so away on Hacienda.

I usually love all 7/Elevens. I stopped here for the first time a couple of nights ago to find a restroom and they don't have one for the public. I thought that was odd because it's in a low traffic area so it's not a lot of homeless people or something to cause them to not have it open. Call me bitter!! Because I squeezed between the gate, got behind a trash can and literally "popped a squat" on the side of the building. Lmao I had to go!!

Clean and well stocked. Glad Slurpee machine was working since it was hot. Bummed the CA Lottery machine was out of service.

False advertisement. My kids and I went there today to refill our silver cups. The 1st refill is free but the cashier charged us $1.50 for each one & $2.00 for one. Want be going there anymore.
