Open 24 hours my a$$. a Sign on the door says they are understaffed and will open at 6:00 a.m. Maybe the employees would stick around if you cleared out the homeless out of the side of your parking lot while making this review I have watched at least 20 people walk up to the door. this used to be a great Walgreens I'm sure it can be again with some new management we need this 24-hour Walgreens it's only 24-hour store around other than 7-Eleven please keep the store open just fix the current problems

This store is chronically understaffed and dirty. The parking lot always has trash in it and the interior is dingy. Pharmacy wait is usually 30-40 minutes for phone or pick up. They are often out of my medications and cancel my order. When I call they tell me to call other pharmacies and see if they have the medicine. Absolutely zero customer service. It takes several phone calls to reach a person. They put you on hold for 20 minutes, then hang up. I hate using this pharmacy.

I was here at 9pm after leaving the ER who's said this was a 24 hr pharmacy. When I drive up to the window. The guy says he can't give me my son's inhailer because the pharmacist had clocked out already and was not able to process my RX because the pharmacy was closed. How do you have a huge sign that says 24nhour pharmacy and yet have no pharmacist on staff.....I was told to come back tomorrow morning. I will definitely not be going back. I will have my RX transferred to my regular pharmacy.

It’s just a normal Walgreens, but from the front it looks like it used to be a movie theater in the 1950s. It has super neat art deco(?) architecture in the front, and even still has the marquee, now advertising deals and specials rather than the latest flick.If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

They are so bad here. From the front counter to the managers to the pharmacy. It's sickening walking into this place. The trash that's just piled up outside is mind blowing. Walking inside it literally feels like you're walking on sticky gum everywhere. It's just gross. They have horrible customer service. There's this short Caucasian/mexican lady who wears glasses, she is by far the worst walgreens employee I've ever seen. She curses and yells, I'm not sure if that's just how she is because she's yelling at a 80 year elderly man who obviously is telling her he has no hard time with hearing.It's sickening. I really hope they do something with this place. It's really really bad.It doesn't make it any better when they have their security getting high outside. Wow.

Thursday early morning (Dec 14, around 1a.m.) I visited the store to make purchases. My card was rejected twice - I had used the card twice previously mere minutes before visiting the Walgreens, knew my credit available, so knew I had more than ample credit to cover the Walgreens' purchases. (I later learned my card issuer had sent a precaution block inquiry text to my phone, which because I didn't have my phone with me I only learned of when returning to my car and reading the text message.)When the clerk suggested I might want to return some(?) of my order from my purchase...my initial impulse was to feel annoyed, as I felt this "suggestion" was inappropriate. (How could the clerk, for instance, presume I might not have a different form of payment I could use...which so happens I had SEVERAL in my wallet, one of which I produced to complete the purchase.)Having had a few hours now to ruminate about the earlier encounter - I have become increasingly TICKED OFF by what I regard was rude, unprofessional, and offensive treatment I had earlier received. It was not the clerk's place to implicitly insinuate I might not have means to pay for my purchases - certainly, at the very least, before inquiring if I might want to try a different form of payment (which, as I have earlier stated...I WAS CARRYING SEVERAL FORMS OF PAYMENT AT MY DISPOSAL FROM WHICH I COULD HAVE PRODUCED IN THE ALTERNATIVE.)

This Walgreens is so inconsistent this is the third time I came here and they were closed from 3: 00 am to 4: 14 am the last time they were closed it was from 1:30 am to 3:00 a.m. and the time before that was 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I mean how are they making money so inconsistent I'm surprised nobody from corporate notices all these bad reviews

Trying to get a prescription from this place is stupid difficult. They also tell you one thing and then do another. They don't fill prescriptions like before. It's been a daily struggle trying to get my mom's medicine she needs for 2 autoimmune diseases. 4 days and counting. These people are the worst and will say anything to make you go away one more day so they can jerk you around for the next day.Highly disappointed dissatisfied and changing her pharmacy.

IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS DESPITE WHAT GOOGLE SAYS!! SEE PHOTO! The correct open hours are 6:30 AM to 10:00PM Everyday. They constantly change their hours without hardly any notice and the company never updates it's listing on Google to reflect that. THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! I have submitted multiple times edits to Google showing the correct hours yet I'm Ignored! Walgreens do better and correct the hours on your store listing!!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. you can barely reach them by phone. they put you on hold anytime someone answers and i’ve stayed on the lines for more than 45 mins at a time, without any help. They always get my prescriptions messed up and ALWAYS have an issue with my insurance anytime we go, even though it has never changed. Horrible pharmacy which is why we are switching from this pharmacy. ADVICE: don’t have this place as your main pharmacy.

Terrible people working here, was here at 11 am and the young guy working in pharmacy is playing phone while keep customer waiting in a long line. You just ask him a simple question and he don’t even take care your problem but keep you waiting for 5 minutes and he doing something that is not the right business. Also the old lady cashier are super rude and not willing to to her job. In the past I suffering terrible service in the pharmacy also. So I decide to leave a review today. I will rather drive to another walgreen, really waste your time here

Worst customer service, waited for to get helped at the fedex drop off and then a rude woman asked me where my box and shipping label was. With no context, turns out they don’t have a printer or boxes to ship packages. You are supposed to have everything ready for them. Completely useless. I could have dealt with the inconvenience but the people that work there are rude and have no manners.

I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes trying to find out the status of my prescription, they pick up for about 2 seconds, then proceed to put me on hold again without saying a word. I just want to get my meds!!

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a pharmacy, places on hold for 30 minutes and when my call was answered I was placed on hold mid conversation, absolutely terrible patient service, I know they are busy and understaffed but when staff are talking to customers/ patients in this instance they should not be cutoff mid sentence and placed on hold, do better Walgreens this is ridiculous

I have no idea why pharmacy employees didn’t pick phone even night time between 9pm-11pm Walgreens online system show there are refills left on my all medication but they denied my 80% medication when I called them they said oh okay you need this medication too I already send online massage one day earlier then I called same night and remind please refill these medication today again denied my some medication then I called again problem is When phone rigging someone drop your call like phone hang up after 10-15 rings really hard to contact with pharmacy employees

They have the worst pharmacy and store service. You always have to wait in line forever at the pharmaxy even though the line is short. There are times when you go in the cashier area to pay and there’s no one there. An employee will be walking by and just ignore you and would not call for assistance. Terrible store service in general.

Not actually 24 hours. Front doors close 1-3am for maintenance. But that’s not the issue. Pharmacy say they’re closed between 1:30am-2am but staff were not back until after 2:30am!!! The staff even told us my dad’s medication will be ready at 2am… but we waited until 3am and ended up leaving, even though my dad just came from the ER and needed his medicine asap.How come you don’t update the pharmacy sign if your break time is 1 hour instead of 30 minutes?!?! Waste of our time!! Don’t come to this pharmacy!!!The second star is for the photo printing. Not the greatest quality but it does the job and it’s cheap. I got my photos on time on another occasion.

My wife went through surgery today and right away, i gave prescriptions to Walgreens. After nearly 4 hours of not getting status, i called them and they said 10 more minutes. Then i headed to the store but the employee named AARON said it will take 4 hours more. I asked him to get the manager or their number but he said he can’t do it. Instead, he gave the store phone number which they never answer. It’s shameful. Should a person wait more than 8 hours to get medications after going through the surgery? Someone is in pain right now and they are refilling prescriptions fromDays before. Great job walgreens! 👏👏

I'm a MA for a WC clinic. I had the worst experience with this pharmacy. These people lack communication. Instead of owning up that they dropped the ball they will lie and mislead to the end. They had me and my patient going in circles for a week! The fact that I had to call from my personal phone because they choose to ignore my calls from my office after I informed them who I was calling in regards. NCM was already on them about the meds too before I got involved. After an hour of being placed in hold I had to request for the supervisor. To who finally out of the blue confirm me that my patients meds where in fact in stock, approved, and ready. Unbelievable!

If I could leave a lower review I would. This doesn’t even deserve one star. Wish I would have saw these reviews before getting my weekly test from this location.1. Had an appointment for 12:45 arrived at 12:30pm waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Once I got to the window, the fellow who was preparing the standard covid 19 test took about ten minutes just to hand me my test.Once I received the test, I checked DOB on the tube, instead of my DOB it had the current date which was May 5 2022. I said “hey this is not my birthday it’s todays date” he then said oh it’s ok we have your information on file. While I was placing my test back for him to receive he closed the door and dropped my test before receiving it, I then had to get out my car to pick the test up to hand to him.Part 2. It says you’ll receive your results within 1-2 days, it is now going on day 3 and I’m trying to contact the the pharmacy which is unresponsive. I’ve been placed on hold for 22 minutes and I’m over it. Poor customer service, need to get audit.

While the drive through sounds like a great idea, a line of only 5 cars can easily be an hour long wait. This place is horrendously slow. I timed it, one car took 15 minutes! 15 minutes for one car! Admittedly, another car was only 5 minutes of a wait, but the third car was 10 minutes, so the fact remains, it's a long wait no matter what.

This location is the slowest and least organized I have ever seen. I had an appointment for a drive up Covid test and waited behind 2 cars for 30 minutes then another 20 for them to “locate my information”. They even asked if i was at the correct Walgreens when I had the confirmation/reservation ready for them to begin with. There’s a line behind me all the way to the street! Their speaker is also so low in volume that they may have well been whispering.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER . I have already transferred my daughter's and will be transferring mines today. I have been calling since Monday ( today is Thursday) to see if my medicine was ready. I could never get anyone on the phone except once and it was an outside technician who was completely CLUELESS . She transferred me to the store where I remained on hold for 45 minutes with them picking up the phone several times putting me back on hold then eventually I was hung up on. I have experienced this everyday this week , this morning I go there at 6:45 to be told my medicine still wasn't authorized which is why I had been calling. I go to my doctor's office and they state that they too have been placed on hold and then hung up on. I get the issue finally resolved with my insurance and my insurance calls with me on the phone to try to have them process which they too were left on hold and put back on hold several times until they were eventually transferred to a Customer service survey without ever receiving any type of CUSTOMER SERVICE UNBELIEVABLE ! So now I'm FORCED to go after work today or before work tomorrow most likely because whenever I go after I wait nothing less than 30 minutes EVERYTIME ABSURD whether I do the drive thru or go inside. This store really needs to SHUTDOWN fire and rehire and train ALL EMPLOYEES Walgreens should be EMBARASSED . I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER TODAY

Worst experience ever!!!We made an appointment for 4:45pm to get drive through COVID test, and we arrived at 4:38pm. It was a queue for about 8 cars but they were very slow. When it was our turn, it was 5:58pm, then the staff just told us they are closed. They were willing to spend 20-30 mins to argue with us instead of taking the test. We showed them on the google map we arrived earlier than our appointment but they don’t care. I left work at 3:50pm and drove from South San Francisco to San Leonardo for this appointment. It turned out to be a waste of time. It’s very frustrating. No one was willing to help. Not sure how to think of Walgreen from now on! Worst experience ever!!!

Was on hold over a half hour because they kept picking up then just putting me back on hold. Finally had to give up. The script is “delayed” and needed to “be reviewed by the pharmacist” yet it’s been like that for five hours. I’m going to be switching my pharmacy to Target soon, as Walgreens has really gone downhill (my guess is Walgreens pays their pharma techs poorly, hence the high turnover and understaffing.)

Horrible customer service and super rude cashier. CVS way better customer service than Walgreen. This was my third times to Walgreens and all time experience horrible customer service and all cashiers were so rude. Never visit any Walgreens again
