Friendly staff. Dog washing stations. Bath and dry your pups. My pup enjoyed but hates the dryer she takes forever to dry so we usually air dry later. This time we got half way. Lots of in store products or they give you some to use,towels,and a scrubber.

This is a very clean and nice store. The employees are also very kind and helpful. One of the employees name is Jess. She helped me a lot with finding some cat food. Id recommend if you’re looking for pet food to ask her. Thank you very much Jess for helping me out. I am looking forward to shop here again.

I came in to return a gift at the Amazon desk. Super easy and fast.Afterwards I picked up a couple things for my cat. Prices were reasonable and they did have most of what I needed. Two chores in one stop!! Great idea!

I came to inquire about dog treats for senior dogs I rescued, I have never met many workers like this young lady named Mikayla. She has the best personality and genuine compassion, understood my worries caring for two dogs, one old and sick, and one blind and deaf; she recommends the ideal food that my dogs need, she has that super kind treatment to customers that you would normally remember for life, not to mention knowledgeable of the store’s products. She even mentioned it’s return and exchange policy, to rest assure we are getting excellent products from them. An amazing People person that she is, she will definitely go very far. I brought this online and picked up in store. I have been buying this brand since 2015. Now they put one good quality which is light bright yellow one and mixed with two bad quality treats inside. You will know I'm right when you follow the instruction to put it into microwave in a little piece. The good quality which is the light color one will smells like chese, but the bad quality which are the dark brown colors will smell awful after microwave them.

I loved Unleashed, super clean, the baths were amazing. I dont think my Snoppy Dogg liked it lol but I sure did!! Hes passed out so he had a great bath 😍😍

We can bathe our pet ourselves. They supply towels, brushes soap & conditioner. A dryer is also there for you. All for the great price of $10.00. We really have fun.

Have not been to the dog wash in the store for a long time- Price has gone up now $20.00 still nice to have a raised tub shampoo and conditioner and towels to dry.

I have been having trouble with exchanging products at Petco these past few years. I buy the PureBites chicken breast dog treats at a discount online. Sometimes the bags are in very small pieces. My dog is very picky and like big treat pieces. I tried to exchange for a different bag at store. I always get asked to pay a difference for the exact product. The Alameda petco staff always give me a hard time to price match the exchange so I don’t need to pay extra. The San Leandro team are excellent to helping me out. I really hate your exchange system.

This is my to go shop for everything with my cat. Had my first clinic appointment with this location. The door is locked when I got there and the little guy who gave vaccinations was super rude, he feels like knows everything but he can’t even give the dewormer correctly. Wasted my money, the clinic people in alameda is so much better.

I wish I can give this place 5 but no.The pet wash station. It's dirty all the floor it's full of hair and every time I blowdry my black dog I'm leaving with somebody's dog hair all over me on my hair and everywhere because. Looks like they don't vacuum during the day or maybe couple of days in the road.Dirty felty full of Dog hairs.

I signed up for a new pet free exam online and was told at the appointment it would 90$. The rude girl working there had 0 clue about any free new pet exam so we just left. I went back to the website to see if I was insane and nope they offer a free new pet exam but in teeny tiny letters it says you have to enter a promo code but there is no where to enter said code and the girl who worked there had no idea about a promo code since she said they didn't offer free new pet exams. I'm so confused and truly don't understand why this company offers free new pet exams but then doesn't I guess?

The lady behind the counter came and assisted me with finding everything that I needed, and gave me some info about the pet bath ,🛁 about the vet services. Also we had great conversation about animals, can't wait to bring my puppies to the wash.

Like their location & plenty of parking. Clean & fairly organized inside. The employees working there seem to be friendly & helpful when I've gone there! Alot of good pet supplies. Pet bathing area is separated from the area of pet supplies. People seem to like to take their dogs there to bath them!

This place was not a place for my dog, my dog went in for a vaccine today and a staff asked if my dog bites, we replied with no, I never seen her bite anyone before, and suddenly the staff said bring her off the table or else we’re kicking you, I was confused?? Not good service, and not a good attitude, Didn’t explain what happened at all.

This store is doing a turnover on the cat food--getting rid of foods with artificial ingredients and preservatives. It's good to see a store care so much for the animals. The service here is always great. The staff is knowledgeable and forthcoming with information. They also keep the bathing station very clean and in great shape--it never smells of wet animals, sinks are washed down, and the drains are cleaned of animal hair after every bath.

Awesome service and value. Nothing beats nice smelling doggies . The staff was courteous, helpful and mostly cheerful. This is the way to go! BTW they have tropical fruit smelling conditioner. Reminds me the only better option would be Unleashed at the beach sipping a mojito.

I really used to love this store when they 1st opened. It was very boutique like, small store with lots of cute clothes and accessories for my small dog. The original manager was amazing and had a great team. He was very personable new all his regulars dog's names, always scheduled fun events and his team seemed to follow suit. When the new management came in the atmosphere and the store changed. No more fun! The cute boutique feel disappeared, along wit the accessories. The manager is not upbeat or as friendly and neither is his new team....I only recognize 1 employee from the original team and he's the only one I look forward to seeing. He's the only one who knows my dog's name. I only come in once a month to purchase my dog's food.

This is the only place we take our dog for a bath. There are 3 tubs of different sizes to accommodate your dog. The staff is always helpful. They give you a carrier with dog wash, towels and if you loan them your drivers license you can get a rubberized hair brush. Affordable and convenient.

I've gone to this location a few times now. The staff was kind and helpful to answer all my questions. Loved taking my Giant Schnauzer in for a bath. They clean and sterilize the tub after every dog wash.

Great place to bathe your dog. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Store is kept clean and stocked with all items. Veterinarians come in on certain days of the week, for vaccines and well check for cats, and dogs. Handicap accessible, plenty of parking space. Short wait times to bathe your dog.

The store is bigger on the inside than it looks from the parking lot. I went in looking for a 20 ft lead to aid in leash training my dog. They had several options to choose from in length, which surprised me because I was having a hard time finding just the 20 ft lead. I was impressed with the variety of products stocked.There was only 1 cashier who was very busy trying to not only help other customers but ring purchases too. They definitely could have used another employee on the floor on a Monday morning.

Great displays of products for all pet needs. Has bathing stations puppy training. Free treats for your doggies. Very helpful knowledgeable professional staff. Clean. Prices of course are higher as retail vs other online options . But they have rewards program and coupons that helps to offset your bill. Great local supply store for my furbaby. 27lb Maine Coon cat!

Prices are are bit high, but that is to pay for convenience. They don't open till 10 so that is kind of inconvient, but if you need to pop in and get a couple can of cat food, then it's convient. The self serve pet baths are nice. They even show you how to use them.

Overall nice experience I brought My Brindle Kojack in to bathe him. The wash stations close at 8pm but the associate let me proceede with minutes to go very nice of her. It was just $12 bucks including shampoo , conditioner and 2 towels. The only slight issue i have is the shampoo was slightly to watered down. Overall nice place to bring your furry friend. I will bring my own shampoo next time. 😉
