Ryan didn't an excellent job installing the door in a non-standard frame, and Shumari held my hand through the scheduling process. All three of them are delightful and skilled.

Their customer service could be better. Although I understand that they are busy, they do not even acknowledge their customers when they enter the store. I’ve been here multiple times for duplicate keys and every time it’s the same atmosphere. They will look and see you but never acknowledge you. A simple “good morning be with you in a second” would go a long way.

My 83 year old neighbor George got locked out from his house yesterday Sunday 9/24/2022 so I went to help him. I was so thankful to find Reed Brothers way way way down on Google’s list of 24 hour locksmiths. Andre from Reed Bros was available and he arrived within 30 minutes as promised. He quickly opened the door (and Voila!) George entered his house! Andre is a life saver! Better yet, Andre was professional, courteous well dressed and patient. Andre patiently waited while my neighbor George shakily wrote his check as a payment. Thank you Andre and Thank you Reed Brothers.-In addition, before we called Reed Brothers, George called the another so called 24 hour locksmiths on Google (which came up first on the Google’s list). This so called called 24 hour locksmith took my neighbor’s credit card but never called him back to tell him they could not find a locksmith to service him. Thank you Reed Brothers and Andre again for being professional and truly a 24 hour locksmith to help my neighbor George!!

I had originally given them 2 stars due to the rudeness of the rep that I had spoken to when I called on 12/29/18. Long story short, we needed some commercial work done and the rep was rude for no reason and seemed as if she was overwhelmed or just didn't want to be at work. We're old fashion here and so we stick to what we know, and since we've always been pleased with the work and workers that have come down, we decided to give them another try.One of the owners responded to me immediately and I really appreciate the swift response in wanting to know why I was displeased. I called back today to get our work done and still not the best customer service, but much better than what I encountered on 12/29/18. Our work is finally completed and we're very pleased.

Deadbolt on our front door was frozen in locked position today. Juss #T37A from Reed Brothers came in a couple hours on New Year's Eve and replaced it. Courteous, quick, professional service.

NEVER RECOMMENDED. DON'T FIX ANYTHING WITH THEM. I have requested for a work on my door because it was not closing properly. They have came in the replaced the door closer back in January and took about 500$ for the cost. The door was doing the same thing, so I called for a fix again, they came in and told me that we need a new frame and new doors after they took apart the door and try to fix it. He said what he do will be only temporary. We agreed, understood paid him for the temporary work. IT ONLY LASTED FOR 1 DAY AND HE CALLS ME LEAVING ME A VOICEMAIL SAYING THAT HE COULDN'T DO IT BY HIMSELF SO HE WANTS TO COME IN WITH HIS ASSISTANCE EXPLAINING WITH A COST FOR THAT. ARE YOU SERIOUS? They knew that they didn't do a good job so they called me to come in again, yet they still ask me for another labor fee? I even asked why they are calling me if they have already told me that we need a new door and trying to come in again, the technician was speaking into his own flawed speech. I would never recommend them ever. Even the dispatcher was so rude. When I was trying to explain what's going on, they just said you'll get a call from technician and just hung up on me even before I answered. I warn you. Don't get services from them they will just try to rip you off.

Reed Brothers has taken care of installing and monitoring our home alarm system for almost 28 years, along with new lock installs, re-keying, and spare keys. They have always been professional, and a great company to work with. Especially Kathy P in Electronics, for monitored alarms. Her level of customer service is rarely found in today's business world, and she is an absolute gem. Such a happy and positive experience with Juss (#T37A) at Reed Brothers Security. I called Reed Bros at the recommendation of our design build Team and could not be more pleased! Juss was scheduled to arrive the day after I called.My key was no longer working in our 100 yr+ old front door. Juss took a look at it and explained to me what mechanical parts were not longer working and our options for repair. Not only did he replace the cylinder in our primary lock, he rekeyed the deadbolt to match, tightened the hinges on our door and showed me how the door drooped in the middle, and used power tools to file down the door on both sides.I asked Juss to please repair my door like it was the door on his Mom's house and he did a terrific job. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what he was working on. Juss is friendly, courteous, very good natured and polite. THANK YOU so much to the guy with the brown beard that helped me this morning!!! My anti theft single kept blinking and it stopped me from turning my car on. I had been struggling all night to turn the car on. The next day I went early morning to Reeds Brothers thinking that maybe it was the chip in my key. I explained my situation to the guy at the counter and he quickly said he would check the battery in my key. I was waiting on him hoping for the best, I really didn’t want to spend $150 on a key 😩 The guy returned shortly after and said one of the connectors was loose and to try my key again and that it should hopefully work. If it didn’t to return and they would make another key for me. I asked him how much do I owe you?? He said nothing ☺️ I was so thankful to him for helping me! He could have easily lied and ripped me off. I wish nothing but the best karma to him! Thank you!

I was locked out of my house at night, when the deadbolt to my front door broke and I didn't have the keys to the back door with me. A locksmith responded to my call and was at my house within 10 minutes. He was very friendly and professional, and had the door open in a couple minutes. I could not have asked for better service. He turned what started out as a terrible night for me, into a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will call again if needed!

Unbelievable service from beginning to end. Had a break-in at my home, neighbors recommended I call Reed Brothers, and they came late evening to assess the broken window and door, secured everything for the night and came back the next day to put a security door in and repair everything. It was incredibly reassuring to have such professionalism in our corner after such a violating experience. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. They really go the extra mile to make things right and make you feel safe again.

These guys are great. They took the remote keyfob blank I got on Amazon for a Subaru Outback, and did the laser cut and programming for $25 and $55 respectively. I must have called over 10 dealers and locksmiths before I found them, none would take a 3rd party key, and all wanted about double what I ended up paying.They also rekeyed a deadbolt and another lock to the same key for $15.Service was awesome, the guys I was working with really knew their stuff and were friendly.

My grandma Victoria Conterill would like me to pass on a good review.Priscilla who took in the call was very helpful and knew exactly how to direct her . Reed brothers came out to my grandmas property to install a lock that was more secure than the one she had before and let me tell you my grandma has never felt so safe than she did before . I WAS really happy until one of my contacts needed replacing. The service rep came out and a job that could of been done in 30 minutes took an hour costing me extra labor fees. Additionally he was going to charge me $75.00 for a part that normally cost $55.00 until my husband questioned it. The final straw was overcharging the sales taxes. Can you say RIP OFF? The owner elected to lose a customer rather than satisfy one.PS Reed can put any kind of "spin" on this they want. Facts are facts. The service rep could have and should done this job in a half hour. He wasted a lot of time doing nothing in his truck. He would have charged us $75.00 for a $55.00 part until WE questioned it. THEN he called to check on the price. He DID over charge us on the tax. To refund me $.55 when the right thing to do was refund $62.00 is a slap in the face. BEWARE, if you use Reed double check your bill, if they overcharged me on time, parts, and tax they could be overcharging YOU!

Juss arrived at the given time frame. He removed our old front door knob, widened the opening to fit the new knob, cleaned up the wood shavings, installed the replacement knob, keyed the lock to match our keys and made two new keys for us. The day of my appointment happened to be busy for the lock techs at Reed Brothers, so a tech wan't able to arrive until 6PM. But even after a long hard day, Juss (#T37) was professional, pleasant, and efficient. He re-keyed 4 locks and additionally devised an impromtu remedy for a security door that was not latching properly. Also the schedulers I spoke with were helpful, courteous, and, today, apologetic for the delays.

I could not lock my back door. Before calling Reed brothers, I took the brass plates off, filed any rough edges on the opening for the dead bolt, put everything back together and still could not get the dead bold to seat. Night coming on, and not wanting to go to bed with the house not secure, I bit the bullet and called Reed Brothers, thinking, well here goes a couple hundred bucks.NO WAY! The answering service put me through to Reed Brothers on call technician, Randy or Dave I think, anyway, he had me describe the door, levers, etc and walked me through closing it and trying to lock it. He explained that I had to pull up on the handle in order for the dead bolt to be thrown. Voila! That worked and the door locked. Now, I have had that door for 14 years. I must have been unconsciously moving the lever up but on this occasion for some reason did not, repeatedly. I told the tech guy I must be getting addled. He said, no, he gets lots of calls like that. Thanks Reed Brothers. You are greatly appreciated!
