My experience with placing an online order at this location was disappointing. Despite having a designated pick-up area, there was no staff present to assist customers. This resulted in standing in line at the checkout counter, negating the convenience of online ordering. I believe if employees notice customers waiting for online pick-ups, they should acknowledge them and provide assistance. Or have a button that customers can push when they are waiting in the pick up line to alert staff. Furthermore, my order was not ready even after waiting for more than two hours for the order to be completed, with no confirmation email to indicate its readiness. This lack of communication and delayed fulfillment defeated the purpose of using the online pick-up service, which is meant to save time and effort for customers. Although the staff member who eventually helped me was polite and apologized, the overall experience was unsatisfactory.

Grooming salon lacks communication and professionalism. Literally came in for my SCHEDULED grooming appointment and was immediately told they are closing for "various reasons". I never received any notification or call. After reading the reviews from others about their grooming experience here, I'm assuming one of the reasons is they don't want to do the work

I took my dog to be groomed. He's been here before, but today he didn't allow anyone to wash him. He's a 99lb., 11yr old German Shepherd who's starting to have hip issues. So, he didn't feel like it...so he didn't. It's not like a small dog you can just pick up & do what you want. But, the groomer was extremely understanding about it and rescheduled his appointment.

My cousin and I took my dog and daughter Abigail, often refered to and better known as "Abby" for short, anyway we took Abby to this PetSmart once my cousin made an appointment online for a care treatment which included grooming, bathing, ear cleaning and teeth brushing, and nail treatment I think. We were surprised that the workers finished kinda fast within 10 or 15 minutes I believe, so soon but Abby looked and smell like she was well taken care of by the nice workers, despite the impressive time and speed it took it was still expensive for the service between $45-$48 almost but it was still worth it, afterwards we did some shopping, bought her a dog sweater and bed. But unfortunately Abby ended up destroying her new dog bed soon after, the next day I came home from work and noticed brown cotton stuffing around her dog house...long story short my cousin and I should take her to PetSmart again for another care treatment. It's been 2 months and a week since last time. I should have posted this review more sooner that night or days after.

I enjoy going to Petsmart. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. When I go there I always ask for Patrick or Joseph. They really care about Mochas needs. They make me feel better about the choices I make for my furbaby.

They always say " hi" when you enter the store. Everyone brings their pets inside to "shop" with them. The weekends are the most social times to go and chat with other fur baby's parents, just plan to spend a little longer in the store!

This is the second time my dog’s hair cut appointment gets cancel. Is like they don’t want to do the work and look for ever small reason to cancel the appointment and last minute. Very inconvenient because I have to schedule myself.

Took my son to buy gold fish and the worker went to get her manager to tell us that we can’t buy more than 2 Gold fish ….She went on to say it’s the law… Talk about a Karen! She the fish police for sure!

Love this location. Excellent care at vet's, doggie hotel and grooming salon. I have been a customer for at least 10 yrs and would not take my pet anywhere else. People here truly do love animals, they even greet my little pom by name.

I truly like PetSmart for shopping visits and the dog salon. My big boy goes there regularly 4 baths and nail trims. Very nice staff. Weekends can be booked early and near holidays. Give them 4 hours and your furbabies will love it.

Bought my little Duck here. He's a cute little betta fish, got a nice five gallon aquarium with assorted decorations. With the water treatment and the food we spent about 70 bucks but we are really happy with him and he loves his new home! The employees were really helpful in helping us decide what kind of tank and which type of food to get him. He loves hanging out in that little heart thing btw.

I will never ever go to this place for grooming needs. That whole staff has no concept of customer service. Gossiping, cussing, bashing other employees in front of customers. My dog threw up and the lady got upset and acted as though he purposely did it. That was the final straw. The manager was great refunding my money. Find a better groomer. That place is GHETTO!!!!

I accompanied my furbaby for a nail trimming only. Upon my return I witnessed my baby being hurried along to the medical hospital. Only to discover blood all over her face. Apparently she experienced a nose bleed. Thankfully I returned the moment I did bc no one ever contacted me. Dawna (manager ) claimed she'd review the cameras. One week later... NOTHING! Very disheartening experience! No starts only daggers!

Went to have our 2 dogs nails cut. And they couldn't do one of the pups at all. The other they only were able to do 3 paws..We've taken them to other locations and they at least were able to cut them down a little bit.. their suggestions was buy a Dremel and do it ourselves..I truly believe it's the technique they use in handling them.

Went to Petsmart for our 1st puppy training class. Areala is great. Very knowledgeable, attentive and hands on. She makes training easy. There's plenty of parking. Scheduling is flexible. Our dog loved the class and new friends. Price for 6 weeks was the most affordable I found locally. Can't wait until the next classes.

Love the groomers here! So helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of different breeds. Our dog has a very particular set of cut and bath needs, and they always deliver quality service. We have had rough experiences with some of the higher end groomers in the area, and ended up really loving this pet salon based on their consistent results.

I purchased my 29 gallon fish tank from Petsmart after researching and pricing tanks at multiple online retailers. I got it on sale with an extra 5% discount for purchasing online /picking up in store.Tank came with the filter and heater as well as a fish net.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING ! I almost have no words to describe how terrible these groomers did. Not only was he extremely nervous and anxious when I picked him up, but he looked like this! They had him for 1 hour and 30 minutes and didn’t get around to showering him either. All they had done in that time was cut his fur POORLY. He also had razor burn and some red bumps. I don’t know what they did, but they will never have the opportunity to try it again. My dog has been groomed before, I told them exactly how to handle him on the forms when I came in, and I asked them to call me if anything. Yet they waited an hour and a half to destroy his fur and send him home. They’re just plain BAD. NEVER again.

I was there looking to get some filters for my tank.l didn't see what was online that was on sale and asked an associate she helped me out and found it and said there was a packaging change and personally rang me up.Excellent customer service .l will definitely be back !!

The employees are condescending, make sour faces, and throw in little jabs when answering your questions. (“You mean the order you placed only 40 min ago?” when all I wanted was to know when to expect to be able to pick up)There are less rude pet stores in the area that don’t take out their own misery on you.
