The store was short staffed today and only had 2 people working but they were real friendly and made sure i had a clean tub and plenty of treats, they also provided a water proof collar. Usually the vanilla shampoo is out at other locations but there was plenty here. Got her looking nice and clean. Thank you staff!

Been coming here for quite some time. Nice selection and great customer service. My favorite is the dog grooming area. It's always well kept & super clean. You'll know I'm there cause my dog sings the whole time and makes it a show for everyone lolHighly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to wash your dogs. Quality selection of food and treats as well. They are so nice here! Love it

5/5 staff. 5/5 facilities. It was my first time bathing my dog here and the instructions were clear cut. I like that they have towels and treats prepared for you and you can use a disposable apron as well! I also forgot a waterproof collar for my dog, but they have some to loan while you bathe your dog. That was much appreciated! And to top it off, they let my pup have an additional free treat. Excited to come back here. They also have a deal going which is buy 3 get one free. Each individual bath is $18. So I ended up paying $54 for 4 baths. And if I remember correctly, each bath session is about 20 minutes. They give you tokens to put in the bath machine and from there it basically operates like a DIY car wash station. You have 3 different shampoo modes, rinse mode, and then the air blower mode.

Very accessible with plenty of parking, restrooms, merchandise for their yappy clientelle and helpful staff. Plentiful and spacious is parking for the Disabled. Very brightly lit is the parking lot as the store is physically separate from the shopping centre but within the property of the shopping area.

Good service and greets every customer as you walk in. VIP PET CARE is here every Sunday from 3-5pm. Make sure you to scan the QR code to reserve your vaccination visit, or ask the PFE staff to reach out to the VIP TEAM if you do not have a smartphone device. This location also offers bathing dog stations which I found very convenient. Store was clean, staff was very helpful and overall experience was very pleasant.

I entered here looking for something to help some stray kittens that I found and was immediately struck by the friendly service the free kitten weaning kit and their ability to answer my questions about how to care for the kittens and resources in the community.I think it's super cool and generous for them to provide these kits for kittens for free and would definitely patronize them again because of this.

We recently adopted a dog from a rescue and started to look for places with dog wash stations. The closest one to our home was this one.We chose to arrive around 11:30am, good thing too. By noon, all 5 stations were booked. So my first recommendation is plan to arrive early.The stations are fully tiled and not height adjustable. I'm 5'8" and it is about right height. It is about 24" deep and was a reach when my dog decided to hug the wall to avoid getting washed.There are splash resistant aprons to use and recommended. I didn't use one at my first visit and my dog wasn't the only one getting a bath! Hahaha!Towels are also included.You have 25 mins total, this includes dry time. So plan accordingly, especially if your dog has long or matted hair.The water, choice of shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer are all controlled by the token drop panel. The water temp was cool for the first minute or so and may shock your pet. So maybe rinse their feet first. The water will reach a comfortable temp and stay there the whole time.There are water proof collars available to borrow. There are also several short cable wall leashes to provide a secure environment while in the wash basin and later the drying platform.The dryer isn't too loud, but very breezy. Not too hot either, so drying time took longer than I expected but I got about 90% done.For less than a couple of frozen coffee drinks, you can avoid the hassle and mess of washing at home.

Recently I adopted a kitten who was not litter box trained enstead she was going on my bed. So i went to a pet food express and they suggested a litter that would draw my kitten to it!5 stars!!!never had a problem since.very helpful and informative

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE:The customer service specialist, Joshua, was exceptional! He was extremely personable, passionate, professional, and patient. He was incredibly knowledgeable; a true pet food & nutrition subject matter expert — able AND willing to answer all 99+ of my questions (smiles).THE STORE:The location is perfectly positioned just two blocks from my job, which is super convenient.The shelves were neat & tidy (organized) and well stocked. I found the store to be inviting, in spite of staff having to manage a high rate of loitering (assumingly unstably housed and/or mentally ill persons from the nearby hospital).In short, today’s visit exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return to this store location.

Very friendly staff and affordable self wash stations. If you buy 3 you get one free.They provide a really nice elevated tub with hooks to secure your dog, shampoo packs, and a dryer for each tub so you can wash and dry in the same place.

Just had the most wonderful experience with Marta the store manager. I walked in for a Kong toy & left with an education on dog food. I ended up purchasing several items and will now make this my go-to store. Their pet food is all high end with quality ingredients and sourced in the good ol' USA.

It's pretty much a gas station, but for pet food.It's the equivalent of candy and chips for animals sold at higher prices.The employees have a beaten down, gas station-style look/attitude to them as well.Emergency pit stops only. Regular shoppers should go anywhere else to get a better selection and lower prices.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They also spoil my dog when I bring him in, which makes it one of his favorite places to go. The bath options are great. I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes and they provide waterproof collars and treats.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, customer service is definitely 5 star here can't say enough I've definitely switched stores recently I've been having problems with my picky eater they say of she doesn't like it bring it back they even give me small items for free to try out on her to see if she likes them and so far so good . I won't keep on but really you should try them .

So to make a long story short. I usually by 8 bags of Natural Balance Chicken Flavor at a time. I called from El Cerrito to Alameda. No, one had 8 bags. The San Leandro location had 4 so I went there first and then planning to go to the Alameda location next to grab the 3 they had. So I get to the San Leandro location and they tell me one of there employees went to the Alameda location for me to get the remaining bags even though they only had 2. That was not expected. They wanted to get me to my 8 bags that I needed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The employee Dan thank you so much for going out of your way to try to get me to my 8 bags. There staff at this location is phenomenal ❤👍💯
