Very nice grooming location. Been taking my dogs there for the last year and so far so good. Reasonable costs and they’re pretty quick ~4hrs for both dogs so I can drop off in morning pick up by lunch!

We actually switched to Kaycee’s from another dog groomers because we have a 15yo dog who had a bad nail trim experience at the other place.The staff at Kaycee’s had our furry family member smiling from ear to ear!So happy we switched groomers and I would highly recommend Kaycee’s to anyone!

My last dog had clear nails, no problem to trim myself. My new rescue puppy has jet black nails so I'm afraid to do it myself, plus she is pretty timid. I went to Kaycee's as a walk in for nail trimming. They got me in right away, and knew how to keep puppy calm during the experience. Super nice people who know how to deal with nervous pups!! We'll definitely be going back!

Kaylee's Pet & Groom was highly recommended by our dog-owning neighbors when we moved to San Leandro. Our 14+ year old dog is more than a little bit of a grouch about grooming. But the good folks at Kaycee's know how to relate to him. He leaves their shop looking great, with a nice cut, trimmed nails, and a doggy smile. Check them out.

I called this morning and they were able to fit me in at 2:30, same day. I ended up being late because I went to the wrong address in OAKLAND and they still took Sasha. Sasha came back smelling and looking amazing with a happy wagging tail. Friendly staff, recommend.

Not satisfied, took my little girl there, when I picked her up, she looked like a totally different breed. They cut off all her hair and when they brought her to me, she would not come to me, as if I was a stranger. I asked what happened to her, I found out they had two dogs, same breed and the same names, they put the wrong collars on them. They apologized, but that was it.

My dog (toy Applehead Chihuahua 4 yrs old) was severly traumatized 2 years ago at Pet Smart in Bayfair Mall in San Leandro by 3 teenaged girls who obviously had ZERO training and had ZERO insight and intuition with regards to animals. The 3 of them pinned him down without any sort of patience or calmness, he was literally screaming and so he bit one of them...then I was told I was no longer allowed in the store!! That place os HORRIBLE! THESE CHILDREN HAVE NO DAMNED IDEA HOW TO SOOTHE AN ANIMAL!!But today, I discovered Kaycee's. And they've made me a new EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! The gals that did his nails VERY OBVIOUSLY knew what they were doing. And I am SO VERY GRATEFUL!!! So we'll be back!! God Bless you and yours!!

I do not Recomemend this place👎 my poor fur baby was given back to me on saturday with 2 cuts an no one Informed me of what happen when I went to picker her up she woulnt let me pick her up when we got in the carI noticed the cuts right away and I call them today because they closed sundays and mondays and they only say I'm sorry we don't know what kind of answer its that they should check them before they give them to their owner Right
