I’ve been going to Claudia for the last 7 months (since my puppy was 2 months old) and she is really wonderful. I’ve been to both locations although the San Leandro location does have more parking accessibility. I have a Bernese and a husky so LOTS of hair. They always come back sparking clean and smelling so good lol I’m always watching to see how my dogs feel when they go to the groomer and when they come back and they’re always happy, never afraid so I know Claudia is taking care of my pups. She’s super flexible with scheduling and even when she’s not around her staff have been very accommodating. Our puppy does have some special needs and they’ve done more than accommodate to us to make sure he’s comfortable. With all that in mind her prices are more than reasonable and she goes above and beyond to make both dogs look great. I’ve used other groomers in the past and none have been as down to earth as Claudia. I highly recommend her.

I have been taking my small dogs for grooming to Claudia since 2010. She's great with them. Dogs go in knowing they don't like being groomed but they come out absolutely cheery and happy from there knowing they look good. They get this attitude of now that I'm ready, where we going? Cuts are always great.

Took my two corgi's here they loved it they look so cute after there bath and trim staff was helpful and the price was so cheap definitely bringing them here monthly

If you put your dog health as your highest concern do not come here. I brought my dog here and they scraped his cheeks. The wound was infected and cost me $1,800 for his surgery. They refused to pay saying it was an “accident”. Please do not come here.

I used to bring my dog Gino here when I lived in San Leandro and loved the way they groomed him, then I moved to Richmond and had not been for a while. When I took him back years later, they remembered Gino and said they missed us. I still come back because of this wonderful customer service and Gino always looks so handsome afterward. Gino gets compliments all the time. Thank you!!

AMAZING!!! My dog sky, Which is a 5- year old male Japanese Spitz HATES WATER, but loves being groomed here! it's one of his favorite things!!!! The picture attached was him in the snow in 2017!

I took the time to post this review because I was slightly upset. This lady lied about her knowledge of the continental Poodle clip. When I spoke on the phone with them, they acted like they knew the haircut I wanted for my dog. Then she texted me two pictures to figure out what style was the correct cut two hours after leaving my dog with them, lol, and I knew something would go wrong. she placed the pom poms on the wrong part of the dog; she didn't clean his face or paws, ears, cut his nails, and she didn't shave well his legs.She had him for fourth and half hours, which shocked me then. She wanted more time! Like, are you doing a bear?!?!?She wasn't very polite either. So, the lesson here is; that if you have a dog that only needs to be shaved down or needs a bath, she's suitable for it, but if you want something more high-end or a specific haircut style, find someone where else to do it because she lacks grooming knowledge.I will never come back here again.

Had a great experience here. I’m not from San Leandro but great service and they surprised me by giving him a matching Mohawk to mine. Great people, friendly staff and fast. I definitely would recommend them.

Very kind techs with patience of saints! It was my Kobe's first time having a puppy groomed and I was beyond happy with how he came home! They trimmed his overgrown fur, gave him a flea bath, and trimmed his nails. I am a happy customer and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Claudia's!

I have a very large dog who is a drama queen and a scaredy cat. Claudias was so good with her, gentle and caring. She came out smelling so good. I was very pleased with the service we received and their care if my princess.

The staff and owner are very caring and loving towards your pet. I have a Bichon Friche, and the first visit was inexpensive based on what was done. My dog got her nails clipped, hair removal from her ears, bath and haircut. They also do their best to custom the cut to the owner client's preference. They're always willing to accommodate.

We have been taking our little boy Maxx to Claudia's for years. Maxx is a Yorkie and his hair tends to get long quickly. At Claudia's they always fit us in to their schedule. Maxx comes out looking very handsome every time. They are sweet and patient with him. I trust them with my baby and that's a big thing to me.

You got a low Claudius especially the owner Claudia she great with the animals she's great personality and believe me she does a fantastic job I don't let it going to her for about 4 years plus and I highly recommend her if you have a pet.. She's fair she's honest and she's price
