The staff is super friendly and very helpful. When I called to check on Bella, they knew exactly who she was and gave me an update of her stay, they have webcams and i love I could see her all the time. I could see the place was very clean and there were staff with the doggies all the time. They have affordable prices. I definitely recommend Zuri Pet Spa for daycare.

First off, My pet comes back clean and fine but I am unhappy about this business. The past three times I have had my Dog there for a grooming, I was not contacted when he was ready to come home. I had to call and as a result I am unsure how long he had to wait due to the lack of communication. I can understand one time, even two but this is the third time in a row. I feel for the amount charged and the image Zuri portrays, they should and need to do better.

This was Sadie’s first time getting groomed. Sadie was happy and clean when we picked her up. If she’s happy we’re happy!! I did hope for a little more furminator time but we will request that next time we come for a groom with Zuri. Great customer service as well!

Hector was very caring with our elderly, blind dog. He looks fabulous. Had to have a close haircut because of the mats. Very informative before and after the haircut. I’d highly recommend them.

My mini golden doodle, Jazz, loves day care at Zuri! She also loves her groomer, Ashley. The staff at Zuri are all wonderful with Jazz! Great facility and staff!

So happy we found this place for our pup, Gatsby, for boarding! We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new place to board our dog for the weekend. Found Zuri close by and the reviews made it undeniably the best option. We loved that everything was online for booking and loved the add-on features. The place was very clean when we went to drop her off and the staff was so friendly to us and our pup! Loved that we could access the live cams during playtime and check in. Our favorite was the report card daily with a picture and how Gatsby was doing. One of the best things was how great the communication was from the staff. When there was a health concern with Gatsby, they made sure to call and let us know right away. They gave us follow-up calls with updates and when she was better. Also loved the add-on bath option so that Gatsby was all clean and happy when we came to pick her up. So happy we found Zuri Pet Spa & Resort!

Love Hector, he does a fantastic job at grooming. But when you book an appt, take your dog in, they suddenly raise the prices and not tell you and not update it on the website? $75 in Aug, $80 in Nov and now $85 in Jan. I’m fine with an increase as long as its advertised, and not snuck in.

I just moved to CA a couple of months ago and needed a groomer for my dog. Zuri had great reviews, so I decided to try them out. I booked her bath on the day we were moving into a new house and decided to have her stay for doggie daycare as well. She had a great time and came out all shiny and soft. When I went to pay my bill, they told me that the daycare fee was waived since it was our first visit. What an awesome surprise! We will be back!

Fairly reasonably priced. They call when your pup is ready, but be flexible with regards to orginal pick up times as they often run a bit behind.

This was our first time at Zuri, getting a bath for our Otis…not a man eager to be bathed. He came out with a pep in his step that we don’t often see, obviously enjoying his experience at the hands of his groomer. Thank you for taking such good care of Otis and us. We’ll be back.

Horrible! I called a few times to ask how my dogs were doing and told they were doing great turns out that was a lie and they were having a very hard time. This has never happened before. They are the sweetest and gentlest. We told them to shave them but they left them completely uneven and horrific looking.

Can’t speak to the grooming but not a good place for boarding big dogs. The staff also do not listen and Zuri is overpriced.

They did a great job on my dog, Queen. I was so surprised how quickly they completed doing her nails, ears, teeth and shampoo. I've been recommending Zuri Pet Spa to all the people that I meet at the dog park as soon as they bring up the fact that the dog needs a bath or a haircut. Always have seen ZURI pet spa off the freeway and wondered about theirs services. So, we had the need for an overnight stay for our pups and it was amazing. Hector is a great groomer and on time. We talked prior to the groom- he said my medium dog would only need a $45 bath and face trim. I picked her up an hour later and was told $80 (bath only)The manager then told me prices went up, groomers get paid more than bathers and economy is hard on everyone! Had they given a pre groom $ estimate w/ the evaluation, this would appear more honest to the customer.
