After 3 years and multiple pet salons.. I have finally found my beloved dog a place!!From start to finish everything was flawless!! The groomer, who I don’t want to mention because then they will get filled up, I just knew what they knew what to do. It truly was the absolute BEST EXPERIENCE! I was able to get skeeter in within the week. I’m beyond grateful that it was affordable. I was so tired of paying so much money for his groom to be “off”. Finally. I can’t wait for skeeter to return in 6 weeks!Parking can be a mess because of Costco so time yourself accordingly… and Petsmart, as a whole, was a great experience. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share this experience with google reviews.

Came in to get a hamster and Kyle was super helpful. He was showing me around as to what hamsters need and giving me alternative recommendations and it all worked out! Didnt really appreciate the other worker there who was being all negative and taking it personally about the idea of me putting him in a fish tank (a very generous size one too even with him being a Fancy Bear) but my hamster likes it. Got him all the necessities a hamster needs and he loves his new home :) thanks again Kyle!

Good spot for grooming appointments! Books about 3 weeks out because they're in such high demand. Great selection of pet supplies, clean store with easy parking...super bonus that they're next to Costco!

Have been a frequent shopper here. Everyone has always been very friendly, however, today I had a not so great experience. I was carrying my puppy and the man who was checking me out started to pet my puppy without asking. As the interactioncontinued he then tried to take my puppy out of my arms again without asking. I will definitely be back at the store, but I hope they can have more conversations with their associates about asking to pet other people's animals.

Can’t believe the grooming department is still riding the COVID coat tails and not taking walk ins for nail trimming. Even the medical field has lifted all COVID restrictions. It’s ridiculous that a nail trim appointment is 3 weeks out for a 5 minute task.

The most nastiest place ever seen, charged us an arm and leg with extra tips but service is outrageous. Our pet’s nail trimming was awful. Unprofessional hair cut.DON’T recommend to friends and family.

I was charged $72.00 for a small 14lb terrier mix haircut.He is a sweet easy to handle pup, so no extra charges for bad behavior. I have frequented this location for years and generally it is just ok.They only cut him on his paw once. I won’t be back, this is too much money for a quick shave down. I have clippers at home.

It is good when you need something you can get cheaper online, but need today. The service is good, not great. I like some of the local, but smaller stores better. My dog does love getting treats at the checkout lane though, at least then the cashier is not grumpy.

Wow. Pretty disheartening. Went in to possibly purchase a butterfly Koi for my pond. In that tank there was one dead, and one close to death. In another tank of standard Koi, there was another fish really suffering and will probably be dead before too long. So if you’re koi shopping, I suggest you go elsewhere.

Petsmart employees were beyond rude and people in line were walking out of the store since they were taking so long. They must have new management, because they have no customer service. The worst Petsmart!!!!! Incompetent employees!!!!!!They deserve zero stars!!!!!

Used to love the convenience of petsmart but their prices are too high now. Went in there for a 15lb bag of food and it was $46 so checked on amazon. Same bag, same brand, same everything....$24 next day delivery. I mean...I don't want stores to go down due to amazon but I'm also not going to pay an extra $20 if I don't have to.They price match amazon BUT only if it's "a few dollars difference."

They have products for all types of animals. There's a large selection for pretty much anything you're looking for. They have an attached vet clinic, and they do cat adoptions on most weekends. They offer training classes for dogs and grooming. They have birds, rodents, freshwater fish, and some reptiles for sale. The employees are friendly and helpful. The few times I've needed to exchange something or get a refund it was very easy to do.

The staff was very helpful and actually I'm fostering a 12 year old diabetic dog that is currently on Hill's prescription diet. The girl at the register helped me with this whole process on changing the prescription into a card. One of my rescue dogs gets to go to the store and walk around it's her little special time and she absolutely loves it. She loves all the smells and browsing up and down all the Isles and of course smelling all the cat products!

I went to get my puppy her first bath and made an appointment. When I got there they checked her in and told me it would take an hour. I came back an hour later and they hadn’t even started!!! They said they had a walk-in and for some reason walk ins get priority!!? This makes no sense! Why even make an appointment! They had no answer for me! They then said they had another walk-in and so it would be awhile before they could start! This is stupidest policy. They said sorry, but did not explain why they do this! I will never go there for anything ever again!

My Grandaughter and I went in to find a hamster that she could comfort her. She lost an aunt and uncle five days within each other. The man that was at the register would not sell it to them. They said she would have to do research on it before she bought it. My Grandaughter told him that it was going to my house and I was very knowledgeable about them. They said in there words “ I don’t care” my Grandaughter was so upset crying. They were very rude. Hope it wasn’t cuz they were going to feed that one to there snakes. The reason why she wanted that one is because it was all by itself and so lonely. We told them we shop there all the time and that we wouldn’t be going there anymore and the guy said “ good I hope I don’t see your face in here again” so shocked at there customer service.

HORRIBLE service, some of the woman who work here are rude and they always smells like marijuana. I took my dogs here at 10am thinking that was enough time for them to finish by 2pm since one of them had a vet appointment. The lady who took my dog, Mango, told me they would be done by 2pm and I call them and she tells me they won't be done until 3:30-4pm and says its not her fault because I didn't tell her that one of them had an appointment. I do not understand why it takes 6hrs to cut and shampoo dogs. She probably smoked a lot of marijuana and wasn’t able to function enough at work. They need to start taking drug test from their employees here. Last time I had an appointment at 8AM and she was the only one there when I brought my dog. The smell of marijuana was so heavy in there. The health of my dog is being affected by their groomer being high on drugs at work. I am not against marijuana but if you do a job that affects the health of others, you should not be high at work. I do not recommend this place. Although the deals are great the service is bad. It’s a clean store.

Got what you need, when you need it. Feels a bit expensive, but I think most pet store products are expensive because there are three things in life people will gladly spend enormous sums on: weddings, babies, and pets. But I digress. This store is large and well-lit. I only buy cat stuff and the selection of cat toys, food, scratchers, and beds is good. As of this writing, The Ark of San Juan cat rescue shows cats here in this store. My family has adopted two rescue cats here, both fully vaccinated, neutered, and chipped. This business relationship for PetSmart and The Ark is truly symbiotic, because one can adopt a cat (if approved) and then turn around and buy stuff from the store. This store also has a busy grooming department, and it's fun to watch the animals get groomed. They also do dog training in the store. Lots of fish and a few reptiles. Saw a chinchilla, I think, the other day. Only reason for 4 stars, rather than 5, is that often, it seems, the checkout line takes longer than it should (and I'd rate my overall patience an 9 out of 10).

Everything about this PetSmart store is exceptional - product selection, great price value and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Specifically, the store manager has assisted me with getting pet supplies for a dog I recently adopted from a rescue. There are 2 other PetSmart stores closer to me but the service and quality of this store is why I prefer this store. KUDOs to everyone who works at this store!

Nice store. Tried adopting a cat from there and unfortunately they make you fill out an application and then the shelter makes the determination as to wether or not you are worthy to own the animal. So we went to the humane society and got a beautiful loving cat for $25 and took her home same day.

I am so tired of this drive thru. It is always backed up to the street and there is nowhere to go. They must be short on employees. If you can make it inside, avoid the drive thru.
