Beautiful, large, none cooperate pretty store. This place is huge and has a pretty good selection. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and will take care of what ever your needs are. If you found this shop, you are in the right place.

I found Pets Plus by chance as I was traveling to visit family and stopped to pick up my Starbucks order. I had my dog with me and she insisted on taking a stroll through the pet store next to Starbucks. Everyone said hello as we walked in! The store was nice and clean, well organized and I ended up buying some poop bags and some unique treats for the pups we were on our way to visit. The clerk at the counter helped me with my payment and gave me information about Pet Plus's other locations in So. CAL.I would highly recommend Pets Plus!!

I've never had anything less than great service here. Friendly staff and caring doctors. Listening to other customers talk today, you hear the words "Like family" a lot. I've taken dogs, cats and birds there. I feel safe and secure taking my animals here. It's a good feeling.

If you have Rottweilers I do NOT recommend bring them to the doctor or staff! Dr. Pilago treated my dog so poorly due to her breed. I was just getting a check up and flea medicine for my dog and the doctor was so scared to even touch her! I paid for a physical and they didn’t even finish it due to them being so scared of her! And when I was upset that they were treating her this way the DOCTOR and ASSISTANT were arguing with me and my husband. I don’t recommend going if you have any large breeds.

walked in to this store impromptu after being at Starbucks , picked up a couple of dog toys went to the register and shame on me for not paying attention to the price... Bought a stuffed hedgehog dog toy, realized after getting home it was $21.99, you can find the same dog toy on amazon for $4.79 same day delivery! I feel taken , I like to support local retail as they are closing as fast as opening but not at this mark up. I will not be going back.

Tom and Stephanie were so helpful and kind. They took time out to make sure my dog Charlie was taken care of. They were knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. Will definable return here because of these two! Charlie loved them too!
