They do have good food. However, the bathrooms are filthy really filthy, and it makes you wonder whether the employees are washing their hands or not! If you have any health issues I wouldn’t eat there. just not a clean place. in fact, the other bathroom had clogged toilets two of them really nobody cares about sanitation here!

Awesome grocery store with good customer service that has all your needs. The kids were hungry at 8am, they had to be at a football camp at 9. San Juan doesn’t have any fast food. They were able to get Carne Asada Burritos & PBJ Sandwiches at 8am. No Complaints! Of course the pieces have gone up, Being that your in San Juan & it’s not 1957.

I enjoy shopping here. Surprisingly, it has a good selection of organic food and other quality foods. I enjoy the deal their sandwiches are very good, especially at the price point. The only con is it's a bit pricey. But for convenience there is a fairly good selection for a small store with friendly staff.

We meet up here for motorcycle rides. Coffee & snacks available plus outdoor tables & chairs. Bathrooms are available in the store rear plus more & better next door by the doctors offices behind the roll up door.

Very rude manager when I was applying she yelled at me and I told HR and they said she would never do something like that , “that doesn’t sound like her” . Of course covering their own butts. Don’t work here , my friend worked here and he hated it.

Since it's the only store in SJB they over price everything like your shopping at Macy's or Nordstrom. Terrible they have no shame. I bought the 9.99 a pound hot meal in the deli and I paid 20.00 for 1 peice of rib a small piece of lasagna and a spoon full of vegetables. The cashier said it weighed 1.75 pounds I couldn't believe it so I came home and weighed it myself on my scale and it only weighed 1.25 so they charged me for the containers weight . I called the store and they said too bad but if that's what the scale in the store said then it is what it is. Such a rip off and I ended up finding a hair in my lasagna. So disgusting. The store owner should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage because it's the only store in town unless you want to drive 15 miles. They get richer while we get poorer. How do you feel good about yourself and rude employees to boot. Birds of a feather flock together. God is always watching

“Keep driving the place looks cute but the food is overpriced with low quality ingredients and bad texture as well as poor flavor”Pretty bad burritos, sandwiches and burgers.Stopped here a handful of times or more.My advice?Speed Trap“Hang tight till Santa Nella, Salinas, Hollister or Monterey”Positives-Good in a pinch-Takes EBT-Close to major highway connections

Expired Kinder Eggs were still sold to us. Looked again and rest of the eggs on the shelf were expired as well. Notified the cashier and she said no problem; let's check the new box. New box was expired too. I asked for a discount since my kid only wanted the toy. She said sorry, no can do. I'm like oh ok that's not cool, I'll buy it anyway (any store with a policy would not have let me buy this. Imagine if someone got sick). I went back to check the other candies and they were all expired too.The bottled water was great though!

This place should consider sunsetting some of it’s more costlier operations so that they can offer groceries at a competitive price. For example, if it costs me over $30 for a gallon of milk, 10oz of coffee, and a couple of cans of cat food… why would I buy anything from your deli? The deli and it’s garbage take up a third of the store. Maybe some opportunities there? Your store is a forsaken tourist trap - and it has been for years.

Great stuff, once a great deli, but as of lately they no longer make you a product worth the increased amount of money they want to charge you. First time I had a tri tip sandwich I was full off half. Over the years I won't even order it anymore because I know it'll be disappointing. Friendly staff though and great place when shopping for convenience.

I appreciate finding most everything I need in a pinch. Their produce has a great selection,, well priced and fresh. The deli and coffee area is super convenient on days you skip cooking a meal or need something on the run.

Absolute GEM of a market. Everything you could need at great prices. Lots of stuff you don't need also at great prices. Incredible wine, spirits and beer selection, hot food bar and salad bar. Made to order sandwiches, prepackaged sandwiches and desserts made in house. Super fresh local produce and a very friendly staff. This market is a great reflection of the amazing little town it's in.

We really enjoyed looking around this very old store. It was very welcoming and had a lot of choices in just about everything. The people inside were so very helpful.

Great clean place, enjoy the sandwiches there. Prices are a bit high if your not local. Guest service is the only reason I took a star off. They are really nice people don't get me wrong. There is just a lack of acknowledgement. I was within a few feet of two employees on they sales floor and was not asked if I was finding everything okay or anything at all, not even a hello. Worst part I was I was looking at product and associate kinda got in my way. Again, still friendly team, I just guess you have to make your presence know yourself.

🛒The Windmill Market is a local neighborhood staple. If you grew up in San Juan, that store is in your DNA by now. Grocery, necessities, hot food, tortas, burritos, and sandwiches.

If you want to learn how monopolies affect prices, go to Windmill. The cons of having only one grocery store in a 15 mile radius is that prices are high. Also, stock of stuff is low. They don't carry a large gamut of products.

A great little market. Good beer selection. Good deli. Prices are a bit high on some items, but that should be expected for a small-town store. They have a few general-items like batteries and some OTC medicine by the front counter.

Besides this store being outrageously over priced, they apparently have an “all sales are final” rule. I accidentally purchased the wrong flavor of an over priced 7.99 pint of ice cream. I had walked out to my car, realized my mistake, walked back inside (all within a 60 second time frame), asked if I could exchange for the flavor I wanted and was told no. I feel that if you are the only grocery store in town and you are going to exploit the people of that town by charging an arm and leg for your merchandise then you should at least be decent enough to make an exchange for those customers who spend a fortune in your store.

Most items are over priced. They do have a good selection of items. And employees are for the most part friendly. They also have great sandwiches at the deli area.

This is our little small town grocery store and I am glad it's here. They have a good wine selection at great prices, decent beer selection, good produce selection for a small town market, substantial deli and salad bar, some gourmet items, but they limited in some items. The only complaint is the cashier staff could use some customer service training!

The tourist stuff is expensive, but they have some cheap staples for people that live here too. The deli is great I love the BBQ ribs and they even have Menudo on Sundays!

Very easy access from the highway. I came back the next day to eat from the deli. Besides the regular fare of macaroni salads and prepared salads and sandwiches, they also have good sandwiches and burritos and combo plates. If you want any veggies on the combo you have to specifically ask them.

Okay this isn't a supermarket so they don't have everything, but the prices are fair. Mostly, the hot food at the counter is fantastic! Best burrito ever! Everything is around $5, too. Nice that is walking distance from the downtown area.
