Gorgeous property, completely exceeded our expectations - We just needed a reasonably priced place to crash near Pinnacles National Park and ended up falling in love with this hotel. Both women at the front desk (one at check in and another the next morning) were lovely, warm and welcoming and made our stay even more pleasant! Breakfast was great compared to other places we stayed throughout our trip - We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!

I would stay here again. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Nice mission rustic decor. Has a continental breakfast with cold cereal , packaged pastries, and more. The coffee is good. It’s a dog friendly place with a refundable deposit. The lighting in the room could be brighter.Nearby activities: Pizza Factory 900 feet away.

Booked an overnighter in advance and stayed here a couple of weeks ago. Arrived at the hotel and there was a wedding taking place in their plaza that we were not made aware of ahead of time (hotel rooms surround the plaza). The front desk agent advised it would end by 10pm as this is the hotel's quiet time. The wedding ended at 10pm, but the celebrations lasted until 3am. That morning during checkout, I questioned the front desk agent as to why they did not enforce shutting down the celebrations as we were told they would. They apologized and I provided my contact info for their manager to correspond with me. I have yet to hear from a hotel manager. ADDITIONALLY, the free breakfast was NOTHING like the pictures on their website as only coffee,Juice, yogurt cups, and bagels were provided. Terrible experience at this property that lacks true customer service, especially for the rate they charged us.

Stayed at this Hotel for my sons baseball tournament in Salinas. Hotels were ridiculously expensive for whatever reason. So seen this gem for a great price and decided most of the team would stay at his hotel. This place was great!! Super cute and clean rooms the courtyard and grounds were very neat. Kathy who checked us all in was so sweet and patient. Would love to stay here again :)

The hotel staff went above and beyond for my stay. Emma is truly a special hotel manager - she will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has a cozy, boutique feel.I will always stay here because of how the staff treated me & the beautiful location!

Hello, I'm writing this review because I stayed at the Hacienda De Leal for my sisters wedding. The reason I scored the Hotel a 3 is because the staff Lost my sisters wedding favors, when asked about it the Manager showed little to no remorse at all, in fact one might even say completely unempathetic. Not only was this shocking, but incredibly disappointing considering the Highschool Employees who worked the buffet were far more understanding and Hospitable than the Adult Management. However, the manager did have the candies replaced, and wrote notes to make up for the loss of the custom packaging as well. This was greatly appreciated, but did not really excuse the lack of Urgency and Empathy. Location was Beautiful and incredibly convenient, with a 10 minute walk into the town; absolutely lovely. The Room's were well decorated and comfortable complete with AC and a Ceiling Fan the Television was very small, but had a great selection of channels. Otherwise I actually overall Enjoyed my stay here most of the staff I encountered were very kind and amicable, and my stay here is one ill remember for the rest of my life.

Lovely clean place. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We came to a noon wedding at the Mission and were allowed to check in early. Nice continental breakfast and beautiful grounds.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! If you want to feel like you've stepped into a relaxing Spanish villa, come here! We hosted our wedding at this venue and I had lots of family come from out of town (Utah) and they all fell in love with the venue and surrounding area. The grounds are gorgeous, with all the established lighted olive trees, small vineyards and the fountain in the middle of the outdoor dining area. All of our wedding guests loved the venue and enjoyed their stay. The rooms were clean and updated, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were kind and professional. Reema (the general manager) was so kind and patient with us - answered all of our questions and was very accommodating. The best part was that they allow dogs! We brought along our own fur baby and there were 3 other dogs that accompanied our guests. This was a major plus since pets were a make or break issue for some of our guests (some wouldn't have been able to attend because they couldn't find a dog sitter or trusted kennel in time). Thankfully, the walls were thick enough that we couldn't hear anyone next to or above us and we didn't hear any dogs barking. We all had a lovely visit with Hacienda and I would recommend them for an event or just a weekend stay!

I stayed here the weekend of June 12 with my partner for one night! Check in went so smoothly, we absolutely loved the person who checked us in, Kathie, I believe was her name! The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with lots of seating, lights, a bar, and olive trees so it was no surprise that people like to host their weddings here! We happened to check in after all the affairs had ended so there was a bunch of leftover food in the lobby which Kathie implored us to help ourselves to! She also personally walked us to our rooms because the hotel is split into three buildings, told us where we should park to be closer to our room, and even helped us carry the food we took lol! Such an incredibly sweet and vibrant soul, and definitely the highlight of our stay !! The room was very clean, neat, and the beds were comfortable! All the amenities you need were also there, including an A.C. unit. The only downside was that the walls are a bit thin. At several points we could hear someone in the room next to us coughing and sneezing.

We had an awesome weekend getaway. The hotel was so clean, authentic, and romantic. It was one of the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed. Its aura under olive trees was so unique and lovely. Employees were so friendly, they helped us discover environment and they did not even charge me for my pet(cat). The downtown is so cute with its historic buildings and small stores.

This hotel is nice and very cleanWhat made my experience more pleasant without a doubt was Reema very professional and friendly. Absolutely great customer service and positive attitude. Without a doubt she made my stay very pleasant from upon arrival and upon departure. I did forget my phone charger and Reema took the initiative to give me a call to let me know that I had forgotten my charger and was going to leave it at the front desk for me to pick up. Absolutely looking forward to staying here in the future. I highly recommend this hotel

We drove about 10 minutes on the highway to the hotel, and pulled up to a beautiful building styled in adobe white, dark wood, and a gas fire pit outside. Across the street sits several run down houses, but aren't viewable from the rooms.Entering a huge, heavy wooden door leads you to a gable roofed, exposed beams restaurant with check-in desk to the left. Complimentary wine was offered (insisted), wedding music boomed in the back and the host assured us that it would shutoff at "10pm sharp."The layout consists of three two-story buildings surrounding a beautiful courtyard lined with light-strung trees.Cute pink paint and gold numbers adorn the room doors, and spacious accommodations. There is a strangely offset ceiling fan, AC, and three lamps, but no overhead lighting which can be a little bit of an issue. I had trouble reading at the near end of the room.Bathroom and towels are standard, but nice, the bed was moderately firm with plenty of pillows. In the morning it took me several tries and exasperated exclamations to get the espresso only coffee maker to work. Complimentary bottled water (2) was great.

Such a cute hotel, lady at the front desk was very informative and clear with instructions and directions. The room was nice and updated and in my opinion a great value. Everything was clean and felt safe. A couple things I noticed for possible improvement was more lighting and area rugs. It was rainy when we were there so maybe it was just the lack of natural light but in the evening we could have used a good overhead light on the ceiling, also there is nice new wood flooring but my feet felt all grimmy after staying, there were no carpets or rugs so I brought my slippers which I recommend, good coffee in the lobby and pastries for breakfast. Again such a cute hotel and such a cute town Will stay again!

A great experience. So close to five stars. The rooms were clean and SO PRETTY!!! but beds and pillows need to be updated, not very comfortable. The courtyard is just BEAUTIFUL! I mean really gorgeous. Dogs allowed too! How nice! Thank you for that! We had wine outside while our kiddos quietly placed hide n’ seek in the beautifully lit up courtyard. Also visited the fire pit. Way to make it magical!!! Keep the lights and fire pit going! Unfortunately we were charged twice, once through booking and once in person. Honestly I’m sure it was an accident and we were reimbursed for the extra charge. Our upstairs neighbors were quite loud early in the morning so I was up at 5am or so and couldn’t go back to sleep, but I got coffee from the breakfast room/check-in area and sat in the courtyard enjoying some quiet time. It would be five stars if the beds & pillows were more comfortable and there were more options for breakfast based on the price. I know it’s in the time of COVID, but some places are beginning to offer more. Just a suggestion to really put this place over the top. Overall, one of my favorite stays on our road trip and sweet families and couples in the courtyard at night made me smile. Thank you for the lovely stay!

My fiancé, Jill, and I have stayed here on many occasions starting in 2019. We seriously cannot get enough of this wonderful boutique hotel.Reema and her crew (esp Kathy) always bend over backwards to ensure every stay here is fantastic and memorable. The service makes an average Sunday stay feel like a special occasion. If you like wine, this is your stop. You can experience Léal wines here, as this hotel is also owned by the vineyard owner. The rooms are super spacious and Tuscan themed. If you can, do yourself a favor and upgrade to one of the larger corner rooms. (117 is our favorite.) If you have any sort of mobility problems, request room 108—it’s a short walk from handicap parking and the room has a complete walk-in shower room with seat. One word of warning: Because this place is so beautiful, many weddings are hosted here. So, it can get loud at times, but that also adds to the beauty of this place—it’s like a small community of its own.

Very nice setting with lots of green space. Built in Mexican style, with lots of nice small details, like the mission bell shaped lights. There are olive trees, vineyards and lavender plants all around that smell very good. The breakfast is very light, with all pre-packaged food. Not my ideal breakfast, but ok if you need to eat something before you leave. We went downtown San Juan Bautista for dinner. The main street was beautiful. Worth stopping by.Overall, a very good experience.
