So glad to have a hardware store back in the neighborhood. It’s at the site of the old Pier one.As with most ACE hardware, the stores it is well stocked for a home owner, clean and friendly helpful staff. I usually go to the LG ACE so am super happy this is in my local neighborhood.I stopped by to get some keys cut and happened to be helped by Darren, one of the managers, he was so helpful and very nice to deal with.Looking forward to more trips to this store.

I've been missing Orchard Supply Hardware, and Ace Hardware has picked up the mantle nicely. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I've only been to this store a couple of times since I became aware of it (it opened about 6 months ago). Both times, they were able to help me find what I needed - and tell me if they didn't have it or suggest other options.

Always helpful staff, and almost always have what I need. Conveniently located. I used to go to the Ace on Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd, glad to have one close like this with lots of inventory. I like to order online and pick up too. Makes it fast and easy.

Super nice hardware store. Well stocked. Very helpful and friendly employees that greet you when you enter the store. They have a nice dog with a name badge. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking.

Amazing new store that opened up. You can get knives sharpened for $6.99 apiece. Darren was amazing at explaining the process of knife sharpening. Staff is super helpful and the store is well stocked.

I just visited this Ace hardware store today. What a great location, right between Trader Joe’s and Sprouts supermarket. So convenient. I was worried about some of my refrigerated groceries in the car but the second I walked in I was assisted and showed the item I was looking for. The cashiers are so ridiculous sweet and friendly. I was in and out in no time. I love this store. And I got their red bag which took 20% off my item.The store is so clean and well organized. Everything seems to run like a well oiled machine. Overall, a great experience.

Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good to have a local hardware store with lots of home repair and DIY items, paint, fasteners, etc vs the big box stores.

6 star customer service! I bought a screen door and they provide free delivery which Home Depot would charge me $70 for. The door was defective and they quickly pick it up at no time too. I am so glad that Home Depot finally has a competitor in this area. I will send all my order there instead of Home Depot.
