I have a cat Manager and a dog Telly. This clinic takes care of my two cuties very well. We almost do everything here. The treatment from them is super helpful. My cat's pillow paw recovered by the treatment here. I love doctors in this clinic.

I’m not from the area and just got a puppy a few weeks ago. Had a first visit with Dr. Brons and was very impressed. The front desk and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I think the copious good reviews speak for themselves!

Before visiting the clinic, I was a bit skeptical about the 4.9 star rating. Now, I came back to rate it 5 star myself! Dr. Kane treated my GSD's digestive issue without any prescription medicine, all from Grocery store! They don't over prescribe tests or Rx like some pet clinics do, and Dr. Kane even follows up via text messages after the visit, which not veterinarians even did in my past 10+ years of experience! If not because of my previous veterinarian retired, I won't know there is such a great pet clinic close to my home! Strongly recommend to switch to this clinic.

My dog was spayed there last November, and Dr. Kane was very helpful and communicative. I was concerned because my dog had been vomiting a couple of days prior to the surgery. Dr. Kane explained some options and all went very well. Everyone is very friendly to humans and animals. They respect your time as well. I am very glad I found them.

Huge fan. I've been to a number of vets, and I don't have any real complaints about them, it's just the WVPC has that added touch of service that pushes them over the top. They're always wonderful with my notoriously squirmy girl dog and rave about my boy which makes him radiate with pride. It's worth the long drive for us.

The doctors here are personable, the techs are well-trained, and even the receptionists are skilled. They gave me a courtesy call when they had an earlier opening. I appreciated that they handled my bird in the room so I could watch. As a veterinary technician, I approve.

Experience was perfect! I love this clinic . Staff could not be nicer and more caring. Dr. Danielle Olsen takes care of my 14 year old greyhound and my cranky 8 year old cat and she really loves them and treats them like they were her own . I trust her 200%! We have been seen by all the other vets as well and they are all top notch!

The staff here are very kind. They remember your dog from previous visits. They work with pet rescues which is how I got my sweet boy. They aren’t out for money and truly care about my dog. They will take the time to discuss things with you and give you options while being cost transparent. I trust them 100% Photos of my baby Alfie just because! Alfie was scared at his first visit and tried to bite but they didn’t hold it against him in the future. Very compassionate staff.

I have been bringing my pets into this clinic for 20 years! They have never let me down. At one point I even brought my rat to this clinic to be euthanized, after i found her in her cage bleeding from a ruptured ovarian cyst, but alive. I was a hysterical sobbing teenager, and they were so patient and kind to me, helped me do the humane thing for Crystal, and even sent the follow up card. She was a pocket pet that just cost a few bucks, but was so very precious to me. I'm tearing up now just remembering. They are truly some of the good guys.As for dogs - I had Luna for all of my adult life, she was my best friend and meant the world to me. Old age was not very kind to her, and they cared for her tirelessly - an emergency gallbladder removal, Cushings disease, SARD/blindness, every step of the way they provided compassionate care and education free from judgement. I've always felt they were honest and straightforward with me about my options, and helped to point out alternatives when I could not afford the recommendation. They pointed me in the direction of care credit, which allowed me a little more breathing room to pay for the care that Luna needed and deserved.Then when it was time to send her ahead to the rainbow bridge earlier this year... Dr. Nesset was immensely helpful, explained ahead of time what to expect, each of the steps that would be taken, and how it would go. She provided me with chocolate treats for Luna and a jar of baby food which proved to be an excellent distraction. Still, I wasn't prepared for Luna to drop in my arms like a sack of potatoes, and when I started to cry, the doctor also shed a few tears. She really helped to ease the pain of that experience, made a huge difference for me.Thank you so much, WVPC, for helping me through that experience, which however necessary, is ever so painful. You guided me through, as always, with incredible grace and compassion.

Sadly came in at the last minute to put my pet down. They were so amazing. Moved an appointment to fit me in. Dr. Aleisha Nesset was so patient and kind. Went out of her way to make my pet Alice comfortable and me as well. The front office staff were just so compassionate as well. I live 25 minutes away and will continue to go here. Worth the drive as the office is so clean, the staff so professional and compassionate~worth the effort to drive here.

Took my 2.5 year old bunny here for annual check and RHDV booster. It’s my first timer going to a vet, adopted my bun a year ago. They are legit exotic animal vets. Drs and technician are both very patient, caring and they listen.I missed the entrance as there was construction going on. When you make it there, there are plenty parking spots right in front.

I recently had a very extensive oral surgery with my dog BeBe at West Valley. Considering everything she had to go through, she was barely swollen and in excellent shape. Dr. Brons was her surgeon and did an outstanding job. She was very thorough in her evaluation, and is a skillful surgeon. I have been with this clinic for 18 years and will continue to bring both my dogs here.

Over the weekend we discovered a lump on the side of our dog. I called West Valley Pet Clinic on Monday morning at 8AM to see if I could bring him in. By 9AM we were in with the vet and they were doing test to determine what it was. Luckily, as it turned out, everything was fine. I can not think of any other vet that I would want to go to. All their staff are amazing.

We've been taking our 3 dogs to this clinic for over 12 years. Over the years we have had 2 Golden Retrievers and a Black Lab. Dr. Nesset is awesome to work with. The staff is great and the care is phenomenal. When Dr. Nesset is out of the office we've seen Dr. Bron who is equally wonderful.Separate Dog and Cat entrances help from any possible mishaps. I've also seen birds, rabbits, turtles and more taken care of here.We highly recommend this clinic for your pet's well-being.

Our beloved Holland Lop got an abrasion over his eye and the team at West Valley Pet Clinic fit us in at 5:00 on a weekday. They were kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. They treated Chewie like their own and sent us home with the meds and reassurance that we needed. They also took the time to get him up to date on his vaccine and trimmed his nails!

I dont think I could have had a better experience. Valerie Brons took great care and showed a genuine compassion for Steve's well being. I was surprised by the amount of follow up Steve and I recieved even during a busy holiday weekend. Valerie is our hero! If guinea pigs had thumbs Steve would give two thumbs up!

Our Pineapple Green Cheek Conure, Ladybird, is the most precious girl EVER! She's smart, funny and sensitive. Everyone at WVPC, from the doctors to the receptionists, to the techs, have been so nice and kind to our baby girl.She can be a bit of a drama Princess, when she gets her wings clipped and her nails 'filed', with sporadic squawking and soft screeching. Yet the technicians remain sweet and comforting. After, she hops into her carrier and under her 'breath' says "pretty girl", then she settles in for the ride home.Thanks to the whole team at West Valley Pet Clinic!

I got my puppy last month and have been coming here since then. Everyone has been super friendly from receptionists to technicians to veterinarians. Dr. Brons who is taking care of my senior Shihtzu, Lucky, and Dr. Groundwater who is currently taking care of my puppy, Hana have been amazing. They really show care and passion towards our four-legged family. Reaching out to them was never a problem for me, and what's nice is they'll see me 10-20min early from my appointment which is super convenient for me. Since it's still in the pandemic, you basically park outside and have to call their numbers which have signage everywhere to instruct you, and someone will come out to walk you inside. Mask required. So I definitely felt really safe and they've kept things very organized. Thank you to the team at West Valley Pet Clinic!

Dr. Nesset is an amazing vet. Her and her team have worked tirelessly to expand and be able to take on more clients while continuing to provide exceptional care. All vets are expensive. Her and her team provide great care and treat your pet the same as they would your own. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I trust all of them in her and her teams care. She’s made even our nervous dog comfortable and is patient and gets to the bottom of what’s going on with him without over stressing him. The list goes on — can’t say enough good things about her and her team.
