Very disappointed in this Walmart. 5 Stars for the Pharmacy, they were excellent, patient, and helpful. (And they had their own cash register - no line) However, the main gripe I have is the very, very long lines for checkout. Looks like self checkout has been shut down, and they haven’t hired staff yet to deal with the volume. There were only two checkers open, each with a line about 10-15 people long. I have never seen lines like that on a normal Thurs evening at 6pm. This was like a Black Friday line. It took me about half an hour to buy a dozen eggs and some tuna. This store also has no produce that I could find, maybe it was hidden (Looking for oranges). I won’t be back if they don’t hire more staff to reduce the lines.

They would rather have employees follow you around like you are a thief, then actually work a cash register. Lines are always way too long, you can walk the whole store, get all your stuff and still see the same people in line waiting to check out. Time is money, even if the prices are cheaper, in the end, you spend more than you would at other stores because you waste 30+ mins waiting in line. I had been shopping at this location for a few years, putting up with the rude employees, long lines, and lack of stock because it was so close to my house. But after today, I will never step foot in any Walmart, for the rest of my life. I've never agreed with how Walmart conducts business. Firing security guards who stop purse snatchers, calling the police on an elderly women who has dementia for $11 worth of items, then refusing payment. Undercutting local businesses by lowering your prices to put them out of business, then jacking up your prices when they are the only business left in a town. Just because something is legal, doesn't mean it's right. Greed is one of the 7 deadly sins, remember that Walmart owners when you destroy people for profit.

Shopping in Walmart on Steven Creek is always fun. I bought bananas but I noticed that the rate per pound was higher than other places. I always go to Walmart for everyday low prices not by itself but by other retailers too. The store is clean and the checkout line were moving fast.

only thieves will like this place: the employees absolutely don't care. Sometimes none of the cashiers doesn't work. There are long line at the self-service. Employees ignore requests for help to get the goods . I will never be their client again.

I was excited to find a nice walmart here in my neighborhood. Plenty of fresh produce vegetables, meat, grocery which is what I need daily. They have plenty of selection unfortunately at the end of shopping they only have a couple of self checkout counters which resulted in this long line. Too bad it could have been a good place to do weekly grocery.

Very bad store , some of the employees are so rude and treat people badly, Diane in the self checkout area is very abrasive and racist, she came to me while I was scanning my items to see if something is missing, I asked why you do this ? I am not done yet , I believe she picked on me because I do look from middle east and I was talking to my wife on phone, such a racist person?! I surprised that Walmart allowed such conduct which is very discrimination! Bad store!

Long lines !!It seems every time I come here in the evening there is only 1 cashier register open and there are long lines like at least 15-20 people in line. It seems Walmart has no regard for their customer’s time.There are self serve counter, but that is busy too with 10-15 people there. Can not believe this is how Walmart service is..

I bought some produce include a watermelon and some kind of yam, watermelon to old very soft inside can’t eat and yam too, please check due date before sale, next time I will report to health department .

Waiting 10+ minutes to get an energy drink out of a cage is ridiculous. No one ever has a walkie or has keys. They’re lazy and they don’t try to help . I have escalated my complaint to corporate because it’s ridiculous.

So many employees standing around at the front, open registers in customer service and pharmacy just watching the line all the way down to cereal aisle. Front registers all 4, no cashier, typical for Walmart. 🗑floor person actually opened the 2 cases I needed in reasonable time.

Got to the customer service desk at 7:50 pm to return a car battery, and got told it was closed, despite it supposedly being open until 8.Also, they always have long lines at checkout around that time.

Shopping carts are scattered throughout the parking lot with none of them next to the entrance. First store I’ve ever been to where the employee shrug with indifference telling you to go out and hunt for a shopping cart yourself.

Not my favorite place to shop, by a long shot. I visit once or twice a year because they tend to carry a few brands of products I prefer but don't find consistently elsewhere.Checkout is slow, and the long line is only part of the problem. The card readers were taking a long time and not working very well. Paying cash and making change was faster. Even the self check seems to form enough of a line not to be worth it. When I visited, admittedly not the least busy time of day, many things were out of stock, and all checkers were busy although there were empty checkstands.Visit if this is what's close, what's affordable, or what has the products you need. Otherwise, skip the inconvenience and avoid feeding the behemoth corporation.Bicycle parking is one wave rack on against the west corner of the building, not that this is a bike-friendly location in the first place.

Pretty clean, but checkout always takes a lot of time. They need to streamline the process and add more self checkout kiosks. We don’t need to wait 5 minutes to buy a handful of items.

They lock deodorants, and it takes them 20+ minutes to get to you, then they have to take it to the front, you can't have it in your cart, then have to ask for it at the front. I actually started laughing, not gonna see me here again.

This morning I was at the cashiers and two Asian-looking people walked by wearing a mask on their mouth. One employee looked at me and said: “I don’t like those people, only Americans”, because she thought I was American. I’m not.Even if I were American, that was a very bad thing to say. Racism and discrimination shouldn’t be allowed in a public working place!

I try to use WesternUnion to send money the customer service person didn’t except my transaction because my ID was expired. I have an extension letter from the DMV I explain for him and he was not cooperate with me, so I ask about the supervisor her name is Mallory I guess. and she was not useful at all this people they don’t know what they’re doing. They should except extension ID letter issued by the government over all bad experience.

Decent Walmart market. Plenty of parking and usually a good selection of daily items you need. We like their ethnic food choices too. Indian, Asian, Hispanic etc. They have a basic selection to get you through till you get to the specialty market.Produce and meat are good, seems fresh and good turn over.You will probably wait a bit in line to check out but it goes fast.

A safe place to shop! There is a free supply of sterile tissues at the door, and some employees distribute masks to customers who do not have masks. The prices of internal fresh vegetables are similar to those in other markets, but some daily necessities and foods are more favorable than the prices of WALGREEN and CVS (as shown in the picture). There are two types of payment: self-service payment and cashier payment. I always choose fast and secure self-service payments.

I came here two weeks ago looking for sunscreen. They wanted $12 for one 3 oz travel size bottle and that was the cheapest name brand option they sold. I didn't but sunscreen but I did buy two bags of chips since I was there.They also had zero employees manning the checkout registers. I had no choice but to use the self checkout register while two employees literally stood right next to me talking to each other about non work related matters.It was way cheaper to go anywhere else and I didn't have to bag my own products. Horrible pricing with non-existant service. The sprinklers in the parking lot were all broken as well and they were watering the blacktop pavement. So I had to walk through a mini flood on the way in and out.
