Worst place.Wait 1+ hour and tell you that they don’t accept Kaiser insurance. And they allow you to make the appointment one week earlier without a warning or reminder. The lady there say that the only way for people to know that they don’t accept Kaiser is by waiting to meet you and check in their system……. If they already know Kaiser insurance is not accepted this year, why don’t they put a warning at the Entrance. Wasting peoples time and they said that they refused many people from Kaiser already before you and why didn’t even put a tag or warning for the later people!

This probably the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. The line is always long and there’s only one cashier. Plus they’re really strict when it comes to picking up your medicine it’s kinda ridiculous most pharmacy lets gives you a One or two pick up but this place don’t even do it for the customer. They also act weird and strange when it comes to narcotic medicine it’s really uncomfortable it’s like you’re doing something wrong. The new pharmacy I’m at now is way better no lines fast service and they dont act weird when it comes to your medicine Walgreens is the worst to go to at least this one is I imagine all the other ones are the same as well I would definitely double think before using this pharmacy it’s not worth the stress

Absolutely the most inefficient pharmacy I’ve been to. Went here on two occasions.First time picked it because it was nearby and they had barely anyone waiting and they said it would take 30min for an ointment. It was past 30 min and they didn’t call my name and I went up to check after having to wait in line and the medication was just sitting there.Couple days later I asked my urgent care to switch pharmacies because of this and when I went to a new location they said apparently it wasn’t switched but that it was ready for pick up at this location. I asked if they could just switch to that one since I was already there but they said it would be faster to just go there since it was ready already.Unwillingly I came back here only because they said it would be ready for pickup. Got there only to have them say it wasn’t ready and would need 30min. I said it’s been over 3 hours since the order was put in. So they said the fastest they can do is 15 minutes. They are definitely not understaffed because I see quite a few people back there but there just must be a flaw in their system. Or people who don’t care. Definitely don’t recommend this pharmacy if you need to pick up medication.

Inept management, horrible service, nobody in charge, nobody to complain to. Appointments made for vaccine shots are meaningless. Had to wait 90 min for a flu shot with a scheduled appointment! Was told we have an "overbooking" situation!!Not just me, but the line was going to the back of the stores. They made appointments online to get customers.... but walk-ins and appointment customers treated the same - first come first served! Never have I such gross negligence and ineptitude- felt like I was in a 3rd world nation, not US. And as always Management is nowhete to be found. Dont even know how ro complaint to the Head Office.

I have been coming here since 1980 and think the people here are sensational, especially in the pharmacy. I had one time when my insurance changed and I was forced to go to CVS. I did not like it and was thrilled when my insurance changed its mind and let me go back to Walgreens. I am not great at prancing or spelling names but Ashma, Jennylynn, and Van are very outstanding. They always found the best prices for me and helped me whenever I had a problem with my RXs. My contact with the pharmacy began with Eileen and it was wonderful. I was so upset when she retired until I found the above. The clerks are always willing to help me in anyway they can. I had one bad experience with an employee that upset me but one time in more than 40 years is a good record. I have dealt with all the different departments. Christine is particularly friendly as a cashier. I would dread having to go anywhere else.

Long queues for Covid shots n flu shots although appointments taken. Avoid and prefer some other place. Already been 1.5 hour waiting. Understaffed.

This place is terrible. I made an appointment of Covid vaccination for 10:10am, and now it is 11:14am I am still in waiting. I do not know how long I need to wait more.

I've been going to Walgreens my entire life and have had several major surgeries on my back and neck and Walgreens has been good to me until I moved here to California four years ago. This particular Walgreens is the poorest run lowest quality Walgreens I have ever been to and I have had multiple problems with this location and their staff. My last experience here was my last experience at a Walgreens ever. Went to the doctor for an inner ear infection and I was so dizzy I could not drive. I was told the prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. Two hours later I got a call from their computer saying come get my prescription. I called someone to give me a ride down there and they did not have my order ready, only one of them. They told me I would have to wait until Monday to receive my prescription. Meanwhile I am so dizzy I cannot drive and I am nauseous and they want me to wait 4 days. That is unheard of. What if it was heart medicine that I needed. Wait 4 days? Wow. Needless to say Walgreens eventually cancelled my order and I had to call my doctor who I had saw at 10:30 a.m. so he could send a another script to CVS at 4:30 p.m. that day. Yes I waited all day for my prescription that was never filled at Walgreens. After the prescription was sent to CVS I received the phone call 30 minutes later and picked up my prescription with no problem. I am now a CVS customer for life and will never look at another Walgreens as long as I live. This Walgreens is the worst I have ever seen in my life and has forced me to ban Walgreens forever.It's a shame that there is a Walgreens logo on this location.

Made appointment online for Covid booster only to show up at my appointment time to find out they are out of booster shots. Very disappointed , waist of time taking off of work for nothing!

AVOID THIS WALGREENS! I went in to get my prescription filled and wanted to use the Good Rx coupon specific for Walgreens and they said they would not accept it.Of course they would rather charge me over $36 for my medication rather than the $4.53 which was the coupon price. Price gouged. Terrible!!!

I visit this drug store to buy pain relief tablet and cough syrup , sanitizer, baby food and medicine . Sometimes I go there to print photos. I like internal photography lab and offers on various products. Rest of these , I buy electronic BP monitor and temperature thermometer. Area inside store is clean and staff also helpful. This store is near my location so I always prefer to visit here to fulfill my need . I recommend this Walgreen store . Thank you for good service 😊🙏

Drop off a prescription last week, and was told that one of the medication is not in stock. The pharmacist said they will give me a call when it's ready in a couple of days. After almost a week, I called back to check, and was told that they cancelled the prescription because I took too long to pick up the medication. THEY NEVER CALLED OR LEAVE A MESSAGE. Now I have to wait another couple of days again for the medication.... If you have to use this Walgreen, don't expect them to call you.

11/13/2014. I'd like to recognize Vicky, the pharmacist, for her assistance to get my son the Rx in an emergency situation. She went out of her way to solve the problem which I cannot give details due to privacy issues. My son and I appreciate the service Walgreens provides to us and we are very satisfied customers. Always short in staff. I have to wait for 10 minutes, everytime, to get an answer.Good inventry. Prominent location. Enough space for car parking. Huge scope for better customer service.

Not much to say it's just another Walgreens where no one is standing at the ice cream spot when you need a fresh scoop of ice cream other than that they have some pretty good deals
