Terrible customer service and attitude from the pharmacist. They kept a child's medication on-hostage and would not take calls / faxes from the doctor to get the "clarification" they asked. Even if I called the doctor direct at the pharmacy and put them on the call, they refuse to talk to the doctor in the name of some archaic "rules". Really, you want to hold a kids critical medication on-hostage ? After fighting a whole day with a half day off from work, they made it the most challenging experience and not to mention again, the pharmacist attitude was poor and displayed ZERO empathy. If you have critical medicines for older people or kids, AVOID this place. Unreliable and cruel to say the least

Pharmacy is never open during the hours they say they are. The pharmacist always takes extra long lunch breaks and never reopens on time. They close early with no notice. The employees are total burn outs with bad attitudes and poor customer service. They don’t care at all about their jobs or their customers. I’m going to stop coming here. Walgreens has gone completely downhill the past few years.

This pharmacy is a Joke. It has happened more than 3 times, I call they say they have our medicines I go in and they don't give them to me because they don't have them, or because the pharmacists is not there. Today they said they will be theruntil 7pm I went in at 5pm and he wasn't there, I ha e an 8 month old baby and need the medicine Asap!

Kulbir Sahota is the worst pharmacist. You're wondering why your prescriptions are messed up or vaccine appointment are messed up- someone who has been there for 20 years still doesn't understand people need their medicine for a reason.I do hope everyone transfers to this walgreens- more work for her.

This is the worst pharmacy customer service I've ever experienced.I was trying to get a prescription transferred from Rite Aid. The assistant said they faxed a request. When I called Rite Aid they said no fax request was sent and a quick phone call would suffice, they even offered to talk to Walgreens. Walgreens refused to do so. Walgreens kept insisting that Rite Aid call them in some weird game of chicken.Stuck there with no one attending to me, I tried to catch the pharmacist after she finished with a customer. She scolded me "Sir I'm with a customer" although the customer had walked away. Finally she said she'd call and told me to sit down.She and the assistant refused to give me any update on the transfer request. After 30 mins the assistant was vacuuming. I tried to get their attention but they pretended to not see or hear me.Finally they responded and said it's coming. How would I know that without any communication?When I confronted them at the end about this lack of acknowledgment and poor customer service, as expected it became about their lack of staffing. I totally understand it can be quite stressful, but I still feel like acknowledging someone and not scolding them for asking basic questions is possible even when not staffed.Very disappointed with this Walgreens after being a customer of one in Mountain View for many years.

Worst pharmacy that I have been. Since the Walgreens pharmacy on the Meridian Ave got closed I moved my prescriptions to this Walgreens and for the last 2 months they never gave my order correctly! They always make mistakes on the number of pills and put it on insurance and the doctor. It worths to go some distance but staying away from this pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. The wait time is always ridiculous. Tried to call ahead, they hung up on me three times after 15 min of hold (wasted 45 min) to go in and wait another 45 min. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible

I don’t know what’s going on with Walgreens? I want to the Walgreens on curtner to get my photos to print my 4x6 photos. After waiting for a while they told both Kiosk computers To load my USB to are broken and I cannot print anything. So I decided to go to Walgreens on union San Jose and I waited for 20 minutes for somebody to help me. I’ll call the lady running a photo department. she said she doesn’t know anything about printing and I asked her to call the manager .This woman had no clue about anything seriously talks back to you with her nasty attitude and showed her dark emotions and uneducated creepy girl with a big mouth and loud .I brought Sophia the manager them to photo kiosk to help me, two photo that I wasn’t sure about and she said there’s nothing she can do for you and she left just like that. As she was walking away she was talking loud as she was walking away keep saying things about me to aggravate me instead of keeping her mouth shut and listen to the customer. I have my own business and customer always come first!Lmao lol.

Worst store ever. Wanted to pick up some photos, they would not serve us. Wasted 45 minutes waiting. Poorly run store that was understaffed. The staff does not care about anyone. Thye will likey go out of business soon. Dont go to this store unless you have an hour to waste hoping to get any service.

I usually don't post reviews, but this one needs to be done.ZI have repeatedly ordered many custom 24 x 36 posters from this location. Sophia and Bobby (the manager) have gone up and beyond to have these posters printed. Numerous times, I call them ahead of time and ask if they can get the printing process going so by the time I get there, it can be picked up.They have such a warm, friendly and welcoming attitude whenever I come to the store. I have even returned numerous of these posters (their quality was fine, it just didn't fit as well as I thought they would in my room), and they have never complained once.I even emailed the CEO of Walgreens regarding these two wonderful employees!

Never had problems with this location before. Stopped by many times for quick shopping visits and vaccinations. Yesterday evening, we wanted to get passport photos real quick and send a package. I checked the timings and store was open till 10pm. We were there at around 9pm, but we told they just closed the photo center and we had to come back the next day. We were surprised at the timings clearly showed open till 10pm. Then, I asked the staff - If I could come back with pictures, would I be able to send the Fedex package before 10pm? They replied it should be fine. So, we went to nearby CVS Pharmacy and got the passport photos in few minutes, and then came back to the store. When I asked I need to send the Fedex package, I was told they accept drop offs only, and I would have to use an prepaid label. If they would have communicated that clearly in the first place, I could have saved a trip. Staff is incompetent and clueless. Overall, weird and horrible experience. I will think twice before going back to this location.

James is absolutely the "BEST"!! I really must say he has the best customer service. He is very helpful and has the best attitude, always happy and welcoming. He truly loves his job and will do whatever it takes to make a customer leaving the store with a smile. Thank you very much Walgreens for having such a great employee, it truly makes a difference. James, keep up the great work. You are much appreciated by me and I m sure by many,many more customers!!

I gave it 3 stars, because I have never had a problem here, until today.I visited store #6585 at 8pm today, and had a disturbing encounter with a young man who appeared to be the store manager. As I was checking out, he went past me, not observing social distancing protocols, to speak to the cashier. I noticed that he was wearing a makeshift mask (which looked like an altered headband) that was too small to cover his nose. I told him that it was too small to do any good. He argued that face masks are 90% ineffective, which is not true, but irrelevant to the fact that he felt the need to argue the notion with a customer. I told him that doctors disagree with that, and that the potential for him to spread droplets containing the virus by not covering his nose is much greater than if it were covered. I told him that he could be infecting customers and all of the merchandise in the store. He made a snarky remark about the fact that my glasses were fogging up, and weren't those "droplets"? I said that was from my breathing, and he responded, sarcastically, saying that he "didn't know about any of that", moments after claiming to be an expert on mask efficiency. He then walked away, saying, "this is just for corporate", apparently referring to wearing any kind of face covering at all. I can no longer feel safe in that store, knowing that the manager is not taking the proper precautions to insure the safety of his employees and customers. Something should be done to make this young man follow the suggested guidelines - and to teach him something about customer relations.

Ordered same day photo pickup.Had a such a horrible experience. Waited on the counter for 15 mins without any acknowledgement from The lady on the counter kept.Then started her insulting me one after other.I showed her the phone and said I have pickup - she said I am not gonna read your phone. Is it same day order. I said yes it’s pictures, she said it’s not a order it’s a photo pickup.I kept quiet and said okay. Then she asked what’s name. I told her the name and she couldn’t find the order and said what’s the last name. I gave her my last name and she said you gave me a different name earlier.How can you employ people like that ? Who unnecessary insults customers.I am never stepping in any Walgreens again. I wish I could file a formal complaint.

Every time I’ve purchased from this Walgreens, the merchandise is defective, or stops working. I just purchased an Amazon gift card that came in a sleeve, paid $75, got home… and there was no card!!!This Walgreens is the worst!

The Pharmacy has problems with RX pickup times.They have messed up many times!! I need to pickup RX's for a person who can't Drive & Not Ready when they SAY it will be! So have to wait 20 minutes or longer & all they say is Opps or Sorry which is Bad customer service for a Walgreens on Union& Curtner they should Deliver for FREE for the Patient!!

I booked an appointment to get my mom's vaccine for Covid. We drove there, waited 20 minutes in line, and then the pharmacist said they didn’t have the vaccine, and they could not close the system to do not allow an appointment.

This is advertised as a "nearest 24hr location" on the pharmacy window of a different Walgreens. However the pharmacy is not open 24hrs just the store. I just wasted half an hour traveling here to utilize the "24hr" pharmacy only to find out they don't open until 10am.

Store charges different prices than online.Requires a membership card to get advertised deals. Misleading, poor selection.Rather just go to Target and get every day low prices, than try for deals that you end up not getting.

Supposedly, they close at 10pm according to their business hours sign on the window.However, this is not the first time I have attempted to shop here - only to find that they are closed as early as 9:35. I just tried to enter a few minutes ago at 9:50pm and again, they are Not open.Change what you advertise!
