Today, I approached an employee to request the opening of a locked cabinet to retrieve an item. Later, I learned that he was actually the store manager. Initially, he did not acknowledge my request and simply passed by. I had to ask again, saying, "Can you please send someone to help me here?" In response, he replied with irritation and a raised tone, stating, "I'll be right there." When he eventually arrived, he asked, "What do you need?" I couldn't help but notice his stern expression, so I commented, "You look upset, man." To this, he replied, "I always look like that.So, what the heck? He genuinely gives off a menacing vibe, seemingly maddogging people. It's extremely unpleasant to encounter this perpetually frowning individual. His lack of manners and a downright lousy attitude make him difficult to tolerate. It's as if he's constantly smelling his own unpleasantness.

Pharmacy is a joke. They kept trying to make excuses of why we are waiting over 2 hours for medication. The workers wouldn't help anyone in line but would service other walk up customers who spoke their language. Racist place. I guess we have to be Asian to get customer service and screw anyone else who has been waiting patiently without a fuss till now. Corporate is being contacted and I will not spend any of my money/insurance to fund this place.

Arrived at 2 for my covid and flu vaccine appointment at 2:15, pharmacy didn’t open until 2:30 after pharmacists got back from a late lunch, continued waiting in line, checked in at 2:45, had to wait for manager Marc to input my info until 3, and was told at least another 45min-1hour before they’d be able to give me the shot. So I left! I didn’t want to wait til 4pm for a 2:15 appointment. Definitely will not be back.

the worst pharmacy service I have seen in San Jose. Two days ago my daughter left the emergency room and they don't have the medicine, the staff is inefficient, they have three computers to look at prescriptions and they spend almost 15 minutes looking for them. It really is lousy service. I will not go back there and I do not recommend it to anyone. 😡

DISCRIMINATION EXPERIENCE!!!!!FedEx Ship Center (710 Dado St, San Jose, CA 95131) helped me arrange a package pickup at Walgreens(350 N Capitol Ave San Jose, CA 95133). During this process, I happened to be wearing a mask for personal safety. Upon retrieving my package from Walgreens, I was surprised to receive a notification from FedEx indicating that the package had been delivered and signed for by an individual identified as "C.OVID." As someone of Chinese descent, I couldn't help but interpret this situation as a possible instance of discrimination.

I came in with an appointment for my booster and flu shots. There were 10 people in line when I arrived. Everyone in front of me had a problem: they couldn't find the prescription for one lady, they didn't understand that one old man's insurance wanted them to fax something, one old lady was arguing that another pharmacy took her insurance so why wouldn't this one accept it, and a poor girl also waited 30 minutes because she got a message saying her prescription was ready, just for them to say it's not ready and "it might be ready today or possibly tomorrow". She was so nice asking "what time?" because her doctor wanted her to start her medication that day and obviously "possibly today or tomorrow" is an unacceptable response. I finally reached the front after 35 minutes with 19 people behind me and 4 in the waiting area for shots! Turns out they were out of the flu shot so I could only get 1 of the 2 shots I scheduled. After ANOTHER half hour of sitting in the waiting area, I asked them to cancel my appointment and return my vaccine card. What a waste of an entire hour of my evening!

Waited for an hour in pharmacy line. Only 6 ppl in front of me. Sure, for appointment at 7:45. Then 1 hour later, my turn at the window. 8:40, “sorry we are closing in 20 min we still have other 6 waiting for medicine, please come back tomorrow”

You will literary put your life at risk just waiting for them to have your medication ready . The line is long and there is always a delayed . I had to wait 4 days to get my prescription . Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I live 3 minutes away and I rather drive to a different location.

The worst pharmacy experience ever. First they make you wait in line even if you have an appointment. I came 30 mins before my vaccination appointment and waited 45 mins to get to the register only to be told to ”wait" for the pharmacist to come. How ridiculous is it? I have spent a total of 1 hour 30 mins to get my vaccine.

You spend about 45 to an Hour very understaffed. They will notify you that it is ready. Get here and then still have to wait for them to fill it. Poorly understaffed not there fault-blame Corporate Wallgreens and Manager / Pharmacist.

I had an appointment today for a booster shot and I had my insurance, confirmation number; basically everything I knew I needed. The girl told me that I needed to bring another insurance paper proof? I dont even know what she was talking about. The card I gave her was my insurance card with all my info. She seem lazy to even help me out more and just didnt want to give me my shot. I didn’t want to bother her or argue. My appointment was at 5:15 and I came at 5. I understand it was getting late but really? I understand why this place has such bad reviews.

This is the 5th time I’ve tried to get a prescription at this pharmacy. I wait on hold for 45 min at a time and they usually hang up on you after that anyway. The medicine is never in stock and they cancel the order without making you aware of it. My son is in severe pain from surgery for which I need his pain medicine and they can’t answer phone longer than to say “HOLD PLEASE!” And then back on hold we go until they always always hang up. Management will respond to this review and say, thanks, leadership has been notified. But it will not make a difference. Nothing will be done to fix it. It should be illegal for them to operate a pharmacy this way.

I understand pharmacy is always busy, so, "slow" was not my complaint, and yet this was the worst and most ridiculous experience.I was told my prescription would be ready in half an hour and confirmed I'll be waiting on site. An hour later no text message nor call. Went to the window asked, was then told "you won't get your prescription today"!Me:"But she(the pharmacist) started my meds, right?"Staff girl: "yes, she did but she didn't finish, she is off work now"Instead of asking other pharmacist to finish my prescription, the girl at the counter said "we won't have your meds done today."There were still two hours till they close! No apologies, offer to help nor find solutions what so ever...... I had to tell her how to do her job: you will ask another pharmacist on duty to expedite my meds... I didn't tell her to apologize for her lousy service and attitude because there's no sincerity here.Seems to me they are trained to be this way because any normal people wouldn't do things like this on their right minds.

I went to take passport pictures, I nicely asked the guy named Steve, he never answer me, I waited a moment and asked for my pictures again, he never look at me or say a word, I told him forget it, im going somewhere else, you are not in a good mood. The thing is that before me was this girl and he was very nice to her. Never going back

If I could leave zero stars I would. Came here every day for the last week trying to get medication that I need for a chronic condition. Waited an hour+ every time just for them to say my insurance was wrong and not help at all. Finally, they figured out their issue with the insurance but couldn’t fill the script and said to come back the next day. Come back today and they lost my information and had to redo everything just for them to say they didn’t have my medication because their shipment didn’t come in this week. What I don’t understand is why they wouldn’t offer to send my script elsewhere at the beginning of the week considering they had the script since last Monday. It’s now been 10 days and I just got my script. This was beyond frustrating especially when no one had any kind of sympathy or compassion for people who need their medication. Will never be back and warn others from coming to this location if they need medication that is time sensitive.

Worst Walgreens ever!Service score 0Service help 0! Service 0! Long Waits no help, AWFUL!! I ordered a product over 10 days ago that says 3 to 5 days shipped to the store, can't get a refund, can't find out where it's at, WORST Walgreens ever! I Called the corporate office to report their awful service, nothing done. I have called the store, I have been to the store several times can't get anywhere, Worst Walgreens ever!!!

I had a COVID vaccine appointment at 2:30. I got there at 2:10 and got my vaccine at 2:50. Hopefully this gives you some sense how inefficient this place is. The staff were kinda lukewarm towards customers. Won’t go there again for my prescriptions or vaccines.

Horrible! I waited 2 hours for a medication and had to wait in line 3 times!!!! This pharmacy and staff has no compassion for sick people. If you need an emergency medication such as Antibiotics, dont come here! I will never spend money at this location again.

Normally I always listen to the ratings so I wasn’t expecting great service. I’ve had a lot of trouble getting my medications but the pharmacy staff have been wonderful at working with me through the difficulties getting things authorized by the insurance. I felt very cared about there and I noticed they do the same for many others. I feel like rather than telling me there was nothing they could do and was not their problem (disconnected like so many are today), they actually took the time to call my doctor, talk to my insurance, and try to get everything all sorted out. Even if the rules were blocking me from getting me the medication I needed, they allowed me a few until everything got sorted through so I didn’t have to miss a dose. They are human and in a world full of beurocracy, this was a welcome surprise.

I'd say the staff are quite helpful and courteous. I've only had one pharmacy cashier be a bit curt to someone in front of me. I usually visit the pharmacy and flash my receipt to the checker in the front as I leave. I'm always greeted with a smile.

I came to fill a prescription at 3p.m., lady informed me it would be ready at 4:30, and they would send me a text, I waited till 7 to call them and find out why I hadn't received a text, I was then told it will be another 15min, and they would send me a text, 8p.m, still no text, so I decided to just go back to the store, instead of waiting, while I was there complaining about them not contacting me, pharmacist started filling my order. Then she says my prescription card was not valid, so I told her if she had contacted me at 4:30p.m., like they originally promised, I could have contacted my benefits office, and got that resolved, but its after 8p.m, there office is closed, and I told her, if I had not come up here, it looks like you were not going to fill my prescription, seeing as you close at 9p.m., and she just ignored my comment, and said well you can either pay in cash or card and submit it to my insurance. SMH, she had absolutely no empathy for the fact that it was 5 1/2 hours after I Brought this prescription up here. I think I will be taking my business to CVS or Walmart from now on. I wish I could give negative stars, it would be -5.

Got a text about 11:00 saying RX was ready .About 5pm I went to pickup antibiotics for my granddaughter who had been discharged just that morning from emergency room.Many customers ahead of me and after waiting in line for 15 -20 min. I was told by a pharmacist assistant that Doctor had made a mistake on RX and she needed to call him. I told her we needed the RX filled because Granddaughter was in pain and she stated that she couldn't be in pain because she had been given pain meds that morning. (Implying that Granddaughter should be popping pain pills)We asked for RX back so we could go elsewhere which is when she realized thatDoctor had faxed over a revised RX but that one had been filed away without being filled.After waiting another 10 min I was given the the pills but not before being told that if that ever happened again I would have to wait the usual waiting time (which could be hours.) Seems mistakes happen often at this pharmacy!I told her this was their mistake not mine and she proceeded to tell me to next time go to another store.Mind you not once did she ever make eye contact with me . The whole time she proceeded to talk at me not with me.She was not only unprofessional and rude but you could tell she was frazzledby how busy it gets.She definitely needs to get another job where she has no customer contact because after reading the other reviews I can see this behavior is being tolerated by the store.

I have been here multiple times, over several years. The store is as expected. However, when it comes to the pharmacy it seems very few, including the pharmacist, know what they are doing, along with a very poor attitude. It seems they always have an excuse as to why they cannot fill a prescription, at best for hours at worst days. Typically, when you bring in a prescription, you need it then not days later.

This store is awful. The management and pharmacy team have been beyond rude to me and to most of the people I've seen shopping there. I'll never be coming back. You can thank the pharmacist and the manager named Steve. He has long black hair if you'd like to ask him to treat you with dignity.
