This store is the worse store. Medicine never ready they always says come back. And then when am back they is not ready yet give 20 minutes. And then they told me the medicine is not available in the store they sent me to another store. Don't waste your time here.

this has to be the absolute worst walgreens i have ever had experience with. they are always short staffed, lines are extremely long (5+ people/families- they never call for IC3). the pharmacy is an absolute joke- i have waited on hold on the phone for as long as an hour and a half- and the pharmacist is extremely disrespectful. i truly HATE this walgreen's! it's totally unacceptable & a MAJOR change needs to happen!

Agree with other comments.We have appointments for 12:15 and have to wait for more than 20 mins to get the vaccine. If the appointment can’t avoid the wait, what’s the point of making appointments?

Curbside pick up at this Walgreens store is a joke!!!Waited 5 mins at the designated Curbside Pick up spot, then called store and someone picked up 6 mins later and asked to stay in the car. Another 6-7 mins passed but no show with my item. So I went in. Then they asked to get in Photo counter line for pick up. The line was already big, so got my turn exactly after 11 mins. And picked up stuff myself. Overall spent almost 30 mins to get my items to use a feature that is supposed to make our store visits quick and hassle free!Big Meh!!!

Completely unacceptable. I have been calling the pharmacy since 10am. It’s is now almost 3pm and I have yet to be able to get ahold of someone. I can hear each time they pick up the phone to put me on hold AGAIN only to be hung up on after the 4th ring. I’ve been hung up on 5 times. I understand being busy maybe answer the phone and say we’ll be with you shortly or offer a callback option. I’m calling bc there was a problem with my refill I can’t imagine if someone were to be calling for something more urgent.

I called to ask for a medication. The lady that answered the call was so rude, she ended up hanging up the phone. She forgot she works with customer service, specially with patients. When we visit or call the pharmacy we don't usually feel well. It's not fair that someone who is supposed to help us, treats us so bad and makes us feel worst... The medication I asked for is to treat depression. Can you imagine how she made me feel? 👎

This Walgreens doesn’t do passport photos without an appointment. I’d recommend the CVS just up the road on Story, in and out in 5 minutes at CVS

I waited to pu money at western union. They had 2 customers when I came in and they were checking out. 2 ppl at pharmacy. I let the cashier know when her line was gone and she called for help. No one came so I left. The cashier said she didn't have access and I understand, I was a cashier and had to wait to get trained and access to western union. They should train that cashier because whoever left it unattended for so long shouldn't be working there or not even handle western union if they can't multitask.

Had a 2pm appoint and had to wait until 2:30 when they reopened after lunch break. there were 7 cars behind me, all left. Recording stated lunch was 1:30 to 2pm. Pharmacy tech gave no explanation other than they take their lunch at 2 to 2:30. No explanation why appoints were being given at 2 when they are closed. Will not go to this location again

Don’t go here if you actually need the service you have an appointment for. I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait in line for 20 minutes because only one person was working. When I got to the front the pharmacist told me she couldn’t open another vial and that I needed to come back.

I wish I could give this Pharmacy 0 stars. Terrible Customer Services. Just spoke with a Pharmacist about a prescription and she was incredibly rude, was cutting me off everytime I asked a question and at a point was yelling at me inspite of me being consistently polite. This is the final nail in the coffin. Never visting this pharmacy EVER AGAIN.

This review is for the front of the store and FedEx services; not related to the pharmacy as I do not refill my prescriptions here based on the horrible customer service with the main store itself.Every time I visit, it appears that they lack staffs. The store is messy and unorganized. Additionally, if you use their FedEx services, they don’t accept your packages unless it’s “easy” for them to scan in. Apparently, they don’t accept packages that need to be shipped overnight, with a prepaid label and packaged. They also don’t print returns for your items - even though the website you purchased it clearly give specific information on where/ how to process their returns.To sum it up, this store is not helpful. People go here based on location and convenient. Otherwise, no one will put up with a messy store; full of rude staffs who’d rather stand around chatting, while there’s a line at the register and people waiting in the photo area/ FedEx.

DO NOT get your Covid test here. 3 days later and it still says the lab hasn’t received my sample and I did my testing on a regular Thursday. I needed the results to clear me for surgery! Should have gone elsewhere and get my results within a day.

I knew if I went into Walgreens I would find what I was looking for. I didn't want to go and wait in a long line at a huge corporate store so I chose Walgreens. This location I have never visited. This Walgreens is a very spacious store. My cashier was Tony and he was very kind and professional. Enjoy my pictures

Three times I ordered on line a day or two in advance. They still didn't have it ready. Horrible service. They said they would fill it while i wait. And wait and wait. Never called my name. They don't seem to be able to interact with the Walgreens phone app. Never use it again.
