Home Depot is my go-to for all things home improvement. Whether I need tools, materials, or expert advice, they always have me covered. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making every visit a breeze. What I love most is the wide selection they offer – it's like a DIY enthusiast's paradise! And their prices are competitive, which is a huge plus. Plus, their online ordering and curbside pickup options have been a lifesaver, especially during busy times. Overall, Home Depot consistently delivers on quality, convenience, and customer service. It's no wonder they're my first choice for all my home improvement projects.

In regards to receiving department. This place doesn't allow masonite deliveries in loading dock. They must be unloaded in alley with a pallet jack and forklift. Plenty of employees working in this department to only have 1 employee over 40 unloading by himself.Needs better teamwork or manpower delegated properly.

I was assaulted at Shellenas Cafe by one of their workers who threw a glass jar at my back & started harassing me after telling me she didn’t want to serve me after getting my order wrong 3 times. Now suffer really bad back aches & have to have surgery. No one apologized the owner told me to stop talking to him.. really concerning & I no longer go to Home Depot due to this incident .. they should be more considerate of who they allow to work on their property. Will be taking legal action due to the horrific damage done

I rate 5* before but today's experience is not so good. We waited in the garden for an associate more than 15 minutes. Understaffed it seems. Lots of fall plants..Even tho the plants are in horrible shape, they let them die but won't give for a deal 😠😠.I'm very disappointed this time.

I'd recommend traveling to another Home Depot. It's not a safe place to leave your car unattended while shopping. Illegals, panhandlers, and drug addicts walking around.

I rented a truck from HD for ten days and left my car in the parking lot. No one told me I couldn't leave it there. I didn't ask if it was okay to leave it there since other places where I have rented vehicles let you park your car in their lot while you're renting. I drove by HD periodically to check on my car but never saw any warning notices on it. When I returned the HD truck at the end of the ten days, my car was gone. The day shift supervisor said the employees are not trained to ask if the customer will be leaving their vehicle and said it was my fault for not asking. I asked to talk to the manager, who conveniently, was not available. For a whole month, I was not able to contact the manager even though I called numerous times, left messages and went in person to the store. When he was finally available, after a month of dodging my calls and my in-store visits, he blamed me for the tow. He said I "abandoned" my vehicle. He denied authorizing the tow and said the tow company drives through the parking lot and takes vehicles which are in their parking lot after hours. He said even night shift employees had been towed. He refused to reimburse me for the tow. When I asked to talk to his supervisor, he refused to give me that information. Although the truck itself was great (it even had a backup camera which the U-Haul trucks don't have) the rest of the rental was terrible. They don't provide a dedicated parking spot for customers who are renting a truck for an extended period of time nor do they provide a parking permit or placard stating that you are a truck rental customer. So, if you rent a truck and plan to have it after hours, get a friend to drive your car home for you or take an Uber and go back to get it yourself. That's a lot cheaper than paying for a tow. Wish HD had told me, it would have saved me $670 for the tow.

Not bad, it had some good stuff inside including wood/bricks/plants/and others. I would recommend going here if it's very necessary. It gets very packed inside, and it's a bit stuffy due to it being a hardware shop.

Why do u guys even have phones???!!! Really, WHHHY?!!! No one ever answers them! U have taken a page out of W'mart's playbook. Big mistake. That only pisses people off when they call to ask a question, first, before they waste their gas & time going down there & then find out, in person, that they wasted their gas & time for nothing, when it could've been answered on the phone.Today I called to ask a question about a certain item. I sp w the robot who transferred me. After it rang for a while & no one answered, it again transferred me. It was still ringing 5 mins later when I hung up. In total, I was on the phone, listening to a ringtone, for 6 mins 3 secs & never did sp w a real person to get my question answered. Ridiculous!!!

Nice, clean and organized. Specially impressed by rental area where you can rent for 75 mins and transport large purchases. Jeff at rental counter was great to work with and very helpful.

Thank you very much home deportThe staff of the company helped me find a backup battery. My aquarium will die without electricity, but I don't know where to buy a battery. I thought of a good store in the United States, home deport. Sure enough, the employees in this store are the most responsible. Although they don’t sell batteries, they will help me find other places that have batteries. I’m really grateful. I’m not surprised why you can be the best national chain because of you There are the best employees, and it is recommended to give them a salary increase. The staff who helped me work number 2353 thank you for saving my fish.

Very busy, but got what I needed to help the storm flooding pretty quickly. Self checkout wasn't smooth, however.

I recently visited Home Depot to buy a rat trap and was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of products they offer. While the selection for rat traps was a bit limited, I was amazed by the extensive variety of other home equipment they had available. From tools to appliances and everything in between, the store seemed to have something for every home improvement need. The quality of the products was impressive, and the staff was helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Even though my initial purpose was specific, I left the store feeling impressed by the diverse options they provide for various home improvement projects.

The store is operating a scheme where young children are provided a kit for handicraft on certain Saturdays. Saw many young children working on the kit to prepare a model / toy.

The store itself is excellent, great staff, obviously really good pricing and value. But, the parking lot is saturated with day workers. An easy hundred every day. They come right up to your vehicle every single time you park. Everytime!!!Other Home Depots have been successful in keeping them out of the parking lot. But not this location. I always try and go anywhere else first. I don't appreciate the experience.

I seldom write reviews, but I want to do it this time. I don't know about other Home Depot stores, but this one is so lousy, there's absolutely no customer support/help. A bunch of employees standing or walking around, avoiding eye contact with customers; because either they are super lazy, or they are completely clueless. This is not an isolated thing; this is ALL THE TIME. I just know that if I go to this store, I will get no help whatsoever. Last occasion: I stand in Aisle 16, needing some wires, employees walk around, I ask for help, they will call for help (because they themselves are clueless). No one shows up, so I go to the registers, a bunch of employees hanging out. I ask for help, they call for help on the megaphone. I wait in the isle, no one shows up. Whole 15 minutes. What a joke! So I left and I drove to the Payless Rockery. They have always staff who are knowledgeable and willing to help.

Absolutely garbage. They have put almost all the stuff in the cages. I have stood for 20 mins and after 4 time paging no body showed up to open up. Pure garbage.

You buy at Home Depot then you fund the Trump campaign, it’s as simple as that. The owner and Home Depot will fund the 2024 campaign. What a terrible business.

Probably the worst Home Depot in the Bay Area. Staff are extremely horrid to deal with, super disrespect. Over charged for rental equipment and the assistant manager is on a power trip thinking he is managing top research at Google. Very unpleasant experience and some staff shouldn't even be working there! This diagram is a joke.

First time at this location. Super impressed by customer service. Top 2 of all time. I went in to get replacement screws since some were missing from 2 the fancy L-shaped brackets I bought at different location. When I asked the greeter where I can find a replacement screw, I happen to make a comment about why I needed them. Greet escorted me to store manager who then told me he would be make up for issue by compensating me for the stolen screws. When I couldn’t get someone to help me, the store manager then went with me to aisle 16 to find the correct replacements. Very happy with overall treatment since this is not the norm. This will be my go to Home Depot going forward.Side note: their snack shop out front made a delicious chicken and cheese quesadilla that cost $6.50. Gave free sour cream, salsa and a lime with order. Recommend trying.

Everything that uses a battery is in cages now, so to buy anything, one has to find an employee who is (1) willing to help get said items and (2) knows the padlock combinations. These things are harder than one might expect, so add extra time if you need power tools, even a Dremel. Once it's freed from the cage, the employee will take your item to the checkout. You are not allowed to carry them yourself until you have paid. I understand that they must be having theft problems, but the system is unwieldy and time consuming. In the old days, I might have shopped in several departments before paying and leaving, but now we get our target item and go.On the plus side, you can use the internet to find the aisle and bay your item is in, and how many they expect to be there. The building construction blocks signal, do your search online before you go in.

AVOID THIS STORE. HIGH CRIME AREA!Much inventory is locked up due to theft & crime - they say. If there is that much crime inside the store how safe is your car in their parking lot?Making their high-crime store worse, is their awful customer service (no wonder online retail is killing brick & mortar - it's not the prices, it's the service). If you wish to purchase an item that is locked up, you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for staff to drift on by to unlock the cage. If you need to read labels to make an informed selection they act as if you are wasting _their_ time. (Whatever happened to "The Customer is always right?")Once, an employee insisted I make a selection without reading labels and comparing them - because they didn't have time to stand around. But they _did_ have time to carry the item to the cashier - to prevent theft. By time we got there I changed my mind because I was unsure about the item - they got mad when I told.If a store needs to lock up inventory to prevent crime you need to shop at a safer store! Do not risk it!

Love this store! The employees are so friendly! The prices are very good, reasonable. It's very well stocked. They help you find items in other home Depots if they don't have it.

Well I have always been a customer of this store but today I had not even entered when a security was outside and I just stopped for a while at the door and he told me that he would take me out of the store I don't know why iso doesn't get in the way of anyone. I was just waiting for a friend that we were going to buy some material. I think it's not the way to treat a person like that, it would be because of my wardrobe Because I was wearing work clothes, I really didn't like the way he treated me

The worst homedepot of all time, employees don't know jack, curbside pick up requires you to go inside to remind them that you already checked in via the app. It's a joke
