This Target is supposed to be open until 11pm according to its online hours. However, the employees decided to close early at 9:45pm on a Saturday night because “they feel like it.” They refused to let me in at 10:01pm. I will never return to this location. Very disappointing and be warned if you try to shop here.

Been shopping at this target for years. Never been disappointed once. We have not had any issue returning any items. Staff had always been helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for. They keep this place clean. Their prices are always good and the quality seems better than Walmart. I just purchased some island stools and they are well made and good price.

I'm a regular customer and guess what happens today. They show horizon milk as in stock, I drive all the way only to be told that app stocks are updated by vendors and inventory is not available. Secondly, you look for help and there's barely any staff in the store. You have to walk all the way to the front to ask this question and then go back. Keep self checkout lights on but stations close only to go back to the manual checkout queues. Lastly to top the list, dear friend Rats under the fruit stands in the grocery aisle. Wonder where to shop next.I guess this wasn't enough. The store closes at 10pm while Google says 11pm.

It’s all good until the mice come out to play but today they sent in their back up squad, the rats. The rats are not afraid of you and that alone should make you scared of them. I shop this location when I need something quick. For anything more I will drive the extra miles to Target North on Holger. I’m not saying they don’t have issues, then, just not as visible, I can somewhat deal with Landess’s expired meat, subpar produce and teeth marks in my bags of rice by not buying them. At times I will point it out to an overworked employee that doesn’t want to get reprimanded for caring. Then there’s the Fresh Pet cold case. For almost 5 weeks the display has been not been properly labeled so that you know what you are paying before you get to the register.

I miss the days of interacting with a human. I know it’s only 1 hour after opening but long lines at the self checkout lanes due to some issue. Requires a human associate to help but there are none around to help. Causes a back up and no human target associate come to aid the shoppers. Unfortunately no human cashiers have opened a register lane. Customers are yelling at the return checkout counter asking for help. Where I’m standing, there is still another 4 behind me. Security guard comes over but can’t help either. Pretty sad what this target has come to.

This target has gone downhill over the past 30 years. Long lines, rude customers, long waits in electronics…. I came here fairly recently and security was chasing two shoplifters around who tried to light something on fire so they could steal more. On SEVERAL occasions I have purchased food but after I get home I have found it is past the best buy date (BBQ sauce, salami, spaghetti sauce). It’s just not a great target anymore but it is the best option in the area

Really bad service and unprofessional. I was purchasing my items and the cashier wouldn't let me purchase my item because it supposedly didn't meet the street date. But I spoke with service and they told me I could purchase it. So I went back in line and the lady was rude and kept pushing the item away from me as if I would steal it. All I wanted was to buy the item but they didn't let me. This is so unprofessional, this has never happened before at any Target. I'm never coming here again.

Was trying to buy shaving razors, first off it took forever for the staff to come help me unlock the lock, then the guy instead of handing me off of the goddam razors took them to God knows where and and never came back.Hire competent people Target, not these sort of morons.

The grocery aisle is constantly empty. Not one or two items, entire 6ft or 9ft sections are empty, be it freezers, perishables or canned goods. Almost all groceries on sale were empty, flour, ice cream, dairy, it's ridiculous. I've uploaded some shots from a previous visit but could do this every time I end up there.Surprised at the high ratings because on Next Door Neighbor there is nothing but complaints about the store and the shopping center and the lack of concern for the community from the corp office. The employees at the store are always courteous and helpful though so God Bless Them.

I love the target app, self checkout, item selection, cleanliness and atmosphere of the store, and the ease of price matching and adjusting, as well as there pretty generous return policy! Always my go to location even though I live closer to other Targets.

Good overall service at the front desk and inventory is generally full for baby items, packed food and cleaning supplies. I'm taking off one star because their self-service registers are not always maintained well - also their organic items (i.e. strawberries) are not always the most fresh.

This store is a freaking joke with no punch line...only 1 cashier and about 70 people wanting to check out on a Sat night at 7pm. Self checkout same shot, only 2 working. The security or loss prevention stand near the front doors as people walk past them with full cart loads of stuff they didn't pay for. If they are just going to stand there they should at least get some freaking carts for the customers that want to pay!!

Stephanie, who was working in the fitting rooms at 8pm 7/18. Has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. I could tell she cared. She was attentive and radioed someone to help me as I was in the electronic department. I could feel the willingness.

Target Landess always has what I'm looking for and more. Clothes, toys, snacks, and medicine. The staff are always helpful. Store will close soon I believe. I don't see too many customers here. Either it's weekend or weekdays. Though nice location. But you hardly get any store help there. They whv very few ppl working n most of them are on checkout only. 3 starts for no crowd as you get the stuff quickly

BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased counterfeit airpods pro 2nd gen at this location. I mistakenly took it to apple to get an issue fixed, and they held it for 10+ days before I was able to pick it up. My genius bar receipt had no service done to it. I had to talk to them to find out it was denied repair due to “unauthorized modification.” Nope. I only had it for 3 days before sending it to apple. No modification except put a silicone case on it lol Just my luck, I was out of the return window for this product. I talked with someone on the phone for Target and the next day I was able to get a refund in the form of E-gift card.. But unfortunately I can’t buy the same product for $50 off, which I originally did.If you’re here for a discount, make sure your product is 100% genuine and working fine or return/exchange it before the discount ends.I am wondering how this happened. I’m sure there are some shady employees replacing genuine with fake products. Hope you get caught soon.

The place has really gone downhill. I tried using the self checkout since the staffed checkout stands were so limited. The scanner would not work on my larger item and no one was available to help. No shopping carts in the store. Trash cans are overflowing. I abandoned my shopping cart and left the store.

Used to shops here all the time. Recently bought a travel sized Advil (36 capsules). When I recently opened it while abroad, the foil was already torn off and it only had 11 capsules. They sold me a used Advil. California is so scammy as it is - this just takes it to another level.

Had a whole cart filled with groceries. Went to checkout. Only self checkout was available! I'm not spending my time being my own cashier without being paid or getting a big discount! I don't like being forced to use self checkout, especially with a ton of groceries. Next time I will go to Trader Joe's or Safeway when I buy groceries. They never force people to use self checkout. I might never go to Target again.
