I visited target today and came across a Dyson vacuum. It was was on sale, but hooked up to a security fob, so I needed to find an associate to help me. After about 40 minutes of looking for an associate while calling the store to also find help we finally found a girl who works in electronics, setting up phones.. She tried to help to detach the security fob, but didn’t have any success, She went on to find somebody else to help and that’s when Isaac Came to help. He also tried to release the security fob, but wasn’t able to After 15-20 minutes at which time he went to the back of the store and brought a different Dyson to me. He rang it up and it was regula in the meantime the vacuum is still displayed at the sales price.r in the price and I told him it was on sale. He said he couldn’t find it on sale and he thinks that maybe there wthis or it’s possible for this, and I was looking at them with these words of maybe and possibly and starting to lose patience.I told him to please find a manager who could help, and that’s when he saw a leads person named Jessica Walking. He called out to her. However, she ignored him for about 10 steps, and then turned around to help us. Explaining what the issue was and that I was unable to purchase the vacuum at the displayed price she went to the aisle and investigated. She came back and said because she wasn’t able to tell whether or not it was the customer who changed the location of the.product or the fault of an associate. She said that we were not able to purchase the Product at the displayed price because there was no proof that the customer did not move the product. I was so surprised of this level of service.I’m hoping to talk with Richard who is Jessica’s manager. In the meantime the vacuum is still displayed with the sales price.

I love this Target but was terribly disappointed that they do not have cashiers anymore until after 10 am! Long line for self-checkout. It’s not easy to run in and out anymore. Noticed a lot of things are missing from the shelves. Produce is very good and food was ample.This store used to have many more clothes and was very disappointed this time in this Target location at Westgate.

The manager (?) of the Ulta in this store literally could not be bothered to do her job. I asked if they had Mineral Fusion brand and she just said no. I knew it wasn’t true because I saw it available in this specific store online. She preferred to stand around, chatting with her employees instead of actually doing her job and helping me find what I was looking for. I was able to find the brand and product myself, but I was wildly unimpressed with the absolute lack of effort.

Decent Target location. Most complaints are about time spent in the store. Do yourself a favor and order ahead. I typically choose the drive-up option. 100% hassle-free, and the product gets delivered to you sitting in the car. Love it

So disappointed that there are no longer self check out. Only two cashiers available this morning. Two long lines. I’ll like not shop at Target anymore, until they figure out more efficient check out process. They train us to check ourselves out and now they don’t trust us to do what they wanted.

Target is almost like Walmart but it's a notch better. The place is clean and the employees are very helpful. There usually isn't a huge crowd here when you just need to get a few things. This Target is in the mall right on the Prospect side. We always com here.

Target Mall is a quite big shopping center in Saratoga Ave. It offers clothing, school supplies, stationery, has aa cvs pharmacy inside where you get your toiletries and medicines and vitamins. There is second floor where you can check the men’s wear and electronics, led televisions, audio systems, also luggages. it closes late in the evening.one thing i got here at the soft and comfortable t shirts for less than $9.00 only.you can easily spend more than an hour here. You can also do your grocery here at the same time. it is a one stop shop.

By far the worst target i’ve ever been to, every aisle/shelf was all over the place. It had to be the dirtiest one and also the employees were very unnecessarily rude, particularly this middle aged, brunette. Will not be coming back to this location. Do better with your employees and cleanliness

Stated off the day with a horrible customer service experience that wasn’t looking any better until I arrived on site and was saved by La Roy, he took care of me and had me out the door in no time. From one customer service worker to another I say thank you La Roy and it won’t soon be forgotten!!

I don't really see many options here most of them are expensive anyway. But the nearest place and does its job when I'm in need of house cleaning materials! It is sad that the smart and finale closed thankfully we will have a costco soon.

Has gone downhill recently. Shelves are not well-stocked, inventory that is in stock online is not available when arriving in store and the checkout process has become more laborious since they have closed half of the self checkout stations and not supplemented with human cashiers.

I have been to so many targets in the bay, but so far this is the best...!! Very well maintained and stocked.... cleanly maintained. Had so many seasonal collections compared to the other target stores. Even I think they had more collection of items and more amount of quantity compared to the other targets.

Always had great experience shopping there.It’s close to other stores such as T J max, Ross, GAP etc which makes shopping experience great!The overall store experience was great. But unfortunately found very less brand variety in beauty products. Additionally, the brands where L’Oréal was placed was a bit unkept. Some of the lipstick seems to be used.

They have this drive up sign but they don't do drive ups here. I've been waiting for half an hour and no one showed up and no one picked up call. Finally I got hold of a representative "Selena" and she was very rude. While she should be apologizing on behalf of Target for having the drive up sign at the wrong place, she wanted me to cancel the drive up. Very poor service.

Very limited selection of menstrual pads to three or four brands, I am disappointed. I have also noticed they have eliminated a lot of brands from their grocery aisles lately as well. Check the tags on the shelves and see for yourself.

Awesome target store. Great location and super convenient. The selection is fantastic and the store itself is very cleanly and neatly laid out. Wide selection of items and there are great bargins for good quality. I didn't really interact with the staff but they seemed approachable and friendly.

I love Target but the restrooms in this one are a disaster. Multiple stalls with waste and toilet paper flung all over like monkeys live in them. And the toilets flush a zillion gallons per flush. Every time I thought it was done it kept going some more. I normally take pictures of bad bathrooms to "name and shame," but it was crowded and I couldn't hold my breath any longer.

I would like to give a grateful thank you to the gentleman overseeing the self check out at almost 8:30pm today. He assisted me with kindly getting my son to give him a school bus my son wanted to take home (but he already has two at home!) my son is a toddler with ASD and removing the bus prior to checkout from my sons arms would have resulted in a full meltdown. Fortunately with this gentleman’s assistance I was able to whisk my son out the door sans bus successfully.

Decent Target, however there are glaring issues. The cart escalator breaks down nearly every day (or at least it seems like that to me, as nearly every time I go there it's broken). The wheels on nearly every cart are very dirty, causing them to not work properly. There also seems to be issues with the supply, as a good chunk of shelves are empty due to there being no stock, or the stock running out very quickly.

I went to West Gate Target around 10AM today to return two unfit area rugs which I ordered online. No one in front of us yet. The lady at the return services was super nice and friendly. She helped me to navigate the return products information on my mobile app and scanned the bar code from the mobile app. We finished up the process less than 5 minutes.

Extremely long line and waiting time to check out. No cashier is available. Ask front desk said Corporate not approved hours for Cashier. Shame on Target to cut off cost cause no enough staff to help normal operations. It seriously damage the company reputation and customer experience.

LONG LINES AT PEAK Times- at 7PM and only 1 CASHIER out of 10-15 Check Stands, on a MONDAY night!! None of the managers offer to open a 2nd or 3Rd CHECK STAND. I can bag my stuff but occasionally I would like the cashiers to offer. Pretty soon the young cashiers will think it’s normal for the customer to bag their own groceries. I saw a couple cashiers hanging around the check stands but they said they were NOT open. Customer Service has gone WAY…. WAY ….DOWN since COVID. Dry Food items are sparse and expensive so I might as well be shopping at CVS or Walgreens. There is an abundance of clothes , cards, etc on 1st floor but I would rather have more affordable boxed, in jars, Canned & bottled food items. So sad. I used to love coming here.

This will anger a lot of Target shoppers:I've been a long time customer of Target and have spent thousands of dollars here. But this experience, however, just infuriated me. It was about 30 mins before closing, I'd gone in to return some items that didn't fit me. The one who is called LaRoy, who claimed to be the front-end manager, refused to accept two of my items claiming that I'd had them for "a month". Completely livid, I exclaimed that I had purchased them just a week before. I read the Target return policy to him and he said, "I have a right to refuse the items." I asked for him to show me where it states that in their return policy and he eventually walked away and never came back. I also asked for the name of the store manager and all he gave me was a piece of paper with corporates phone number on it. I've contacted corporate already and have reported this. So, I expect full and well to receive a phone call back.
