These guys are top notch pros and helped me with a nail emergency while providing the upmost pleasant service experience.My poor pup’s nail was dangling off the quick and Tatiana told me to bring the dog in, cautioning that a vet may be necessary to treat it. The same thing happened several years ago and indeed required a vet. Tatiana had the skills to remove the dangling nail without further harming my dog. Now I can disinfect the quick and bandage her paw. Tatiana saved me a vet visit and didn’t charge me extra 😊 Thank you Showtime!

We've had our mini australian shepherd groomed here a few times. They've always done a wonderful job with the cut and wash. Our dog has a bit of groomer anxiety but seems to have fewer issues here than other places.

I called them to get grooming appointment for my dog . The lady who picked up my phone was ridiculously rude . I requested for a groomer Miyoko, since I got recommendation from a friend for my Samoyed , she put me on hold and came back right away very rude that he is not accepting any new customers . Guys, I get it you have a lot of customers and a good business but being nice and welcoming goes a long way !

I love this place! My dog doesn’t need much grooming but cutting his nails myself never works out. I bring him here for a nail trim about once a month. He absolutely hates getting his nails clipped but the staff at Showtime know how to keep him calm.The staff is extremely friendly every time we come. They are also fairly priced!This location also accepts walk ins for nail trimming so it works out really well with my hectic schedule.

Have been using self-wash for quite a while. Great experience - clean towel, free shampoo, and all other options. Staff also helps a lot. Definitely would recommend.

This groomer is a little on the pricey side so the service should've been better. I brought my 3 small puppies in for service. Originally they were supposed to take 4 hrs, but it took over 6 1/2 hrs. The puppies weren't ready until after closing hours. The groomer brought them to the car and went back inside. I heard light taps on my leather seats but didn't think much of it. Once I got home and let the dogs out of the car I could hear the taps on the cement. The dogs nails weren't trimmed. I also noticed that one of the dogs didn't get trimmed underneath her chin and the other wasn't groomed evenly on her back. The male dog wasn't trimmed evenly on his stomach nor was his ears trimmed. I phoned the groomers and left a message but didn't receive a follow up call. I ended up taking the puppies to another groomer 3 days later. It's sad because I wanted to give this place a chance after reading the reviews however, I had a negative experience and won't be returning.

Showtime did such a great job making my cat fresh and clean!The cat groomer was very polite and very friendly and handled my cat with absolute care and it shows! I found this place on instagram about a year ago. I took my dog to get her first haircut/bath. This is the first time I pick her up and she doesn’t get depressed. Prior to coming here, I would take her to another shop that would leave basically bald and all she would do is stay in bed for the first two days. Italked to the staff and she told me she would do the best she could do to leave hair since she had matting. I picked her up and she had hair! Not to mention, she’s been running and jumping around. She wasn’t cut at all. If your indecisive about coming here don’t be.

My dogs are nervous in new situations but both adjusted more quickly and completely at Show Time. with the staff's expert care, set up, and love. That these women care about dogs in a sincere, not showy or saccharine way, was felt by my dogs and me. I had no reluctance about leaving them because they. Got calm immediately. Both times I picked them up from Show Time the dogs seemed less stressed then when picking them up from the other groomers I have tried and the vet. The groomers are careful to do what you request, they are knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and have good systems. My schnauzers also look super handsome in their cuts! Show Time is a bit more expensive than the other places I have tried but, the cuts last a good 3-4 months and grow out gracefully like a well done people haircut. Showtime is good about having the dogs ready when they say they will too. My dogs have had small injuries at the other groomers I have tried. I feel confident that Showtime groomers do their work with sufficient care, time, and skill that injuries are no longer a worry.Totally worth the slightly higher price because we are getting good value!

We found them on Yelp because our usual mobile groomer had to cancel last minute and since then we have been going back to Showtime. They take incredibly good care of our pet and do a really good job with the grooming. Typically our pet is an absolute nervous nancy when it comes to grooming but he's been having a very positive experience at showtime. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive for all their services and their care of definitely more personal than the big box stores

The staff are friendly and helpful. My dog always looks gorgeous when I pick her up. I used to go to another groomer that began to charge if my dog was unkempt. Showtime isn't judgey or punitive when I arrive with my sometimes messy poodle. I love this place... they really treat the dogs like they are special.

I take my dog here somewhat frequently. They do a pretty good job with his grooming. On a few occasions they have missed a few tufts of fur, as well as forgotten to clip one of his back nails. I would recommend going here if it's nearby or on your usual route. Just remember to inspect your pup before leaving!

Went in for long overdue nail trim for my dog as his usual place isn't offering that service; called to let them know I arrived which they said someone would come out but didn't for about 20 minutes then when I got my dog back it seemed they'd only cut a few of his nails as the rest were still long. It was only $10 but still would've liked ALL his nails trimmed.

They made us and our dogs feel right at home. It was our first time without an appointment and they were very accommodating. We left our dogs there for a few hours and when we came back they looked happy and clean. Prices seemed fair especially after we saw our dogs. Fantastic service and amazing results!

My dog ended up at the emergency room!I decided to try this place for my Bichon Frisée since her previous place had been fully booked and I wanted to get her groomed since her hair was getting long I told them about her declaws (extra nails) in her paws and to please pluck her ears they did not trim her nails at all or plucked her ears it was my fault for not checking her nails but still I had trusted that I paid for the full service my dog ended up at the Emergency room because her nail hadn’t been trimmed and she chewed it off herself she’s in recovery right now and never again will I be bringing her here I feel like when businesses don’t do their job correctly they need to let the customers know! Or at least refund them

The girls that work here you can tell right away they love dogs. My poor puppy hated getting hair cuts at other placed but he is very happy and comfortable here.

I absolutely love Showtime Pet Grooming! These people do a fantastic job and are far more reasonably priced than some other places. Even a groomer within walking distance from my home charges far more and does horrible work! And SPG is open on Sunday's!I usually go to Vanessa, because since day one of her grinding my Pity's nails, she has done the BEST JOB EVER ---in all of the times and different groomer's I've taken my Pit to!! VANESSA is TRULY EXCELLENT in my mind, and she is always so kind, caring & loving to my pup!As well, Vanessa has worked for SPG for a while now, and I feel confident knowing that Vanessa is always there on the days she is scheduled to work. I can come to her the same day, same time, everytime!!

I took my very shy dog here and the experience was great. I called and ahead and talked to the groomer and she made sure my dog was taken care of. She even called to tell me how he was doingThe only negative is they charged me $20 extra for having him done in 2-1/2 hours even though when I made the appointment I didn't agree to this. I told the person I paid but she didn't seem to care so paying $85 plus tip for grooming my small dog was too expensive
