I'll admit that I don't come to this Safeway often, but I did today. No problem getting lunch, their prepackaged cranberry with Brussel sprouts salad, along with the raisin and broccoli salad. Yum. My healthy day! 😁 Incidentally, I got them 50% off, so that's a win too. I didn't know how to do the 50% off in the self checkout lane, but bam, there was a store employee right there who took care of it for me. Awesome!Old one : Naagh. Came here yesterday to get Unsweetened Pure Leaf Tea. The big 64 oz bottle. What I found was certainly funny enough, but not what I was looking for. Look close at the picture. The little shelf bracket label clearly says Unsweetened, yet all they had on the shelf was Sweetened. If I wanted Sweetened, I'd buy Sweetened. I wanted Unsweetened, which they had zero bottles of. Shame.

Had to go to a store at night, during rain. Because it was the only store except 7eleven open until 2am. Got there at 1:50am and it was closed. I get that stuff is tired and all that stuff but for a chain store it is unacceptable

This branch is 24/7 making it extremely convinient for customers. Have all you may need. Flowers, banking services including western union, backery, done in gourmet food, fish section and more...

Buyer beware of the meat at this location. I knew based on the package that the meat was untrimmed but damn, there was nearly as much fat on this tri tip as there was meat. Of course it was hidden at the bottom so I didn't see it until I opened the package. Extremely disappointed.

Nobody was responding to my pickup order, so when I went in the store I told the manager what was wrong and she promptly took over for Lesley, who offered the best customer service in addition to a gift card. Kudos to the attentive and speedy customer service.

This Safeway sucks. There’s literally hardly no one ever working the customer service line, how do you have 10 checkouts yet 2 people working? Makes no sense. I go out of my way to go to any other Safeway in the area literally.

First time at this location. Didn't find several items that I needed, produce selection not that great neither the meat selection. I prefer my regular store

I initially loved this Safeway location and shopped here all of 2021. Somehow this year in 2022 I experienced repeat issues at their bakery and deli (out of stock or not prepared properly). Their produce is still better than Homestead's locations, but for all the repeated inconveniences I won't be choosing this site anymore.

Not impressed with this Safeway. It’s always dirty, never fully stocked, I have been here multiple times have seen food on the shelves outdated items or rotten. I have approached the deli staff and told me (as the customer) “ what would you like for me to do with it” . Honestly not what you would tell a customer. However had I been a smart mouth. I’d say go figure it out. I mean who wants spoiled food on their shelves let alone in a grocery store. Experience here is less than mediocre.

I was pleasantly surprised about this Safeway & the convenient location. Staff is low everywhere so I cannot ding anyone on that due to this weird upside-down world. Appreciate all the workers willing to do those small tedious jobs that all these engineers/tech employees probably take for granted. Had good customer service & was in & out due to the self check-out line.

Great place to shop the cashier Claudia was extremely helpful. She went beyond to help me with my app, Coupons ,really patient, the store it’s clean and organize. Everybody was really friendly.

Many items not on shelves. Produce, eggs, and half/half are a few examples. Jan 3 2023. Shelves are now fully stocked, 9/5/2023. No changes since 9/5/2023.

This store is large and at a convenient location near the corner of Stevens Creek Blvd and Lawrence Expressway, but that's about it. They often leave expired or close-to-expired food items on the shelf. I visit this store as well as other nearby Safeway locations. Other Safeway locations don't seem to have the same issue. Apparently, this particular Safeway store cares more about its bottom-line profit than its customer's health and satisfaction. The service staff at the customer service desk are unfriendly and not willing to help most of the time .

One of the larger Safeways in the bay area, it's not the newest renovation or construction, but it's still really nice and spacious. The range of products is about as high as you will find in a Safeway as a result.

The store improved a lot and became very professional while, I ws leaving the area!. During the pandemic, the staff were very supportive and empathic to the customers. I am revising my review and providing a five star rating for all the support!Hello Safeway Stevens Creek Team,Writing to notify the unprofessional service I received. I went to get drinking water from the vending machine (usually I take it from the Safeway). The vending machines were not dispensing water and there was no sign saying out of order too. I wen to couple of associates to get some help. All mentioned that that is not their station and they cant answer. I felt very much disappointed and walked out from the shop even without making any purchase. Definitely there are other shops in the nearby areas. I opted this place because of proximity to my residence. Never realized that that will end up trip to other shops for all my needs.

I go here early mornings (630a) to grab either a bagel/breakfast snack, a redbull for the ride, and/or desk-munchies to incite office-envy lol - once a month or so I'll grab donuts for our team. But I love love lovvvve the Dark-haired woman who usually checks us through the lane - she is so sweet, helpful, and friendly, which isnt always easy that early in the morning. So thank you for her! Every store needs more folks like her there!!!

I had a lunch special at Deli, which is a chicken meal.The price was incredible. 2 thighs and a leg with a coleslaw and a potato salad at the price of $9.Couldn't be better!

Slow slow slow checkouts. I left my cart at the front. Just horrible. The lady at the self checkout told me she couldn't help me with my raincheck... and I know at the nice safeway stores they CAN DO A PRICE OVERRIDE AT THE SELF CHECKOUTS. why did she lie? I don't understand this at all.

Very good store for organic products. It is not super crowded, but has enough people at any given time. I do not like to buy things in bulk and this neighborhood store perfectly fit the bill with lot of variety, with a trip or two a week.

I went grocery shopping 🛍 🛒 ☺. The employees were so helpful to me. I bought some steak and they tenderized it for me. To me that means they are willing to go the mile for a costumer.
