Pharmacy staff did not have any patience even for the smallest things. Simple things like, "can you speak louder" or "can you speak slower please" would be easily done instead of keep repeating "I don't understand" and "I can't understand you" multiple times wasting everyone's time. If I wasn't speaking in English, what other languages could I speak to make someone understand here? If you have a customer, serve the customer like you would with your own family member, not some random guy you can just blow off over the phone.

I've been going into this store once a week for 3 weeks looking for my make-up that's been in the ad for 3 weeks at different sale prices, yet I still haven't been able to get it since it's never in stock! I've asked different sale associates if it's ever coming in and I always get "maybe ". Customer service sucks here. Honestly Most of their make-up section is Empty!

I was in excruciating pain. I arrived 20 min. Before Pharmacy opened. They opened late. The lady had an issue with my insurance even though it was recently updated. She said it would take 30 mins. But it has been 30 mins. she still has not begun.

It would be nice if someone would answer the phone when you call. I understand that people get busy, but the phone shouldn't be allowed to ring continuously without someone picking up and, at the very least, asking you to hold. Pick up the phone!

I had a great experience in store my grandmother came by needed some help knowing the difference of certain iteam she only speak one language wich is spanish i was on my way to help when i got there there was this lady name cindy wich was helping her already and was being really kind to her and really helpful by translating things..,is good to know this rite aid has bilingual employees
