I took a chance on this location for their self serve dog wash and was not disappointed! It’s recently renovated with very friendly and attentive staff!There is a nice selection of name brand dog food and toys- some of which I’ve never seen before for example, dog-nip.$20 for 20 mins using the dog wash station. I was able to wash and dry my girl with time to spare. Towel and shampoo provided in the base rate. Bring your own conditioner and brushes. I was the only one washing my dog today, but it could get a little loud since the 3 dog tubs are in a smaller room- maybe my only criticism.Overall I enjoyed this experience and will be back!The old pics don’t do this new renovation justice.

We've been coming regularly to have our dogs and foster dogs groomed. Yoshi took care of our dogs when she was at Spa for Pets in Los Gatos. Yoshi pays exceptional care and attention to details. Our dogs come out looking ready for a dog show (she also grooms dogs for dog shows). One of our foster dogs was very ill when she was rescued. To the point the rescue group thought she was a hospice care foster. Yoshi played an integral part of her recovery.

Really great place, friendly staff. We just used the self service station. $15 for my giant dog, they had different sizes tubs and everything was perfect, they offer everything you need to get your pup solider clean! We even got a tie to look shnazzy after. They sold various sizes and designs. 💕✌

This review is long over due. We’ve been taking our husky ever since we got her (so about a year) and I’m always so always so happy with the results. The customer service exceeds my expectations every time. Extremely friendly people and they do great job with my giant fur baby ❤️

I was hesitant to post this review, however after talking with other groomers in the area and them laughing hysterically at the fact that they still charged me $66 for this - I felt I would at least put it out there and let customers make their own decisions.Full Disclosure: This was Mera's first time getting groomed - they said she would not stay still for them to groom. After seeing the MANY cuts on her (none of which were mentioned when I picked her up)...I understand why she wasn't staying still... I assumed groomers were used to this type of thing and had ways to restrain dogs but I guess not.If they had just said something like 'look - we tried, we're really sorry but we just cant do it' I would've understood. But instead, they said "That'll be $60".Had to go and pay full price to take her to another groomer to get the job done right.Old Review: Walked in for nail cutting. Charged me for grinding which is only $2 more. Other than that, fantastic service.

Jose and his staff are friendly and their talent shows by the the "do" Mini sported after her visit here. She looked awesome! And the price was very reasonable and so worth it.

Theu love our pet as much as we do..they are a little pricey but worth every penny. Mocha is always clean and happy after the grooming.

After getting my doodle groomed here 4+ times, i can tell you that they not only do a fantastic job grooming but their staff is exceptional. They are kind, friendly and genuinely helpful. Not to mention you can grab some treats for your good boy or girl while they get their hair did. 11/10 would recommend!

Inflation is 9% but this shop has increased their prices by 50%. I don't get the logic. On top of that, they did not disclose the charges until the dog was with the grommer( $190 for medium size 50 pound doodle). Hair cut is better than Petco but not exceptional. I will not be returning to this shop. Good Luck!Edit: After my review, they called me to check if I'm not happy with the charges and would like to pick up my dog so I did pick up my dog.

Experienced and knowledgeable staff you can trust with your precious pet! My Dog looks forward to seeing them when we come regularly to get his nails clipped! They are wonderful with my dog AND they carrie quality safe products for your pet also offer lots of services with affordable prices such as dental cleanings and vaccinations clinics on weekends... i will never go anywhere else for my dogs grooming needs

I really like this groomer. They are reasonably price and their staff are very nice. The do a great job and are very patient with difficult dogs. I have 2 dogs that I take there that don't like their feet touched and they get their nails done with no problems. I also take an elderly dog there that Petco will not take any more as they say she is to old. She has no problems there. She is always happy when I pick her up not stressed. Great job guys!

Love Quality Pet Spot. I have taken my dog here for almost two years. Even before we get out of the car and into the shop my dog is so excited to be there. Quality Pets Spot is really nice, clean and friendly staff. Also, if you have a specific haircut style for your dog, they enter the notes into your dog's profile for the next visit. Very Happy dog and dog mom.

I always take my dog here for nail trimming and they always do a great job. My dog is very feisty and overprotective so there’s times when he is feeling scared. Yet they always find a way to build trust with him and gain his confidence. The staff is always super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I started with this groomer in 2015. (See yelp review). They are delightful and I am pleased to see they are still there. We are on vacation and I decided that our older cocker spaniel needed a spa day. They did a wonderful job cleaning her up. A great go to shop!

Great place to self wash your dog or make an appointment for full grooming services. Clean well maintained facility with friendly staff. You pay once for use of the facility (no time limits or additional upcharges for extra time, dryers or towels) Individual tiled stalls with a locking gate separate you, your dog safely from other customers. In each stall there's typical shower hardware that allows you to comfortably regulate the temperature, steps up to the large tiled washing tub, plenty of towels, soap, a waterproof collar, leash with anchor bolts (keeps your dog secure while washing.) a blower with a hose and attachments to dry your dog. I would suggest to bring your own brush and conditioner if needed.

Rip off. Rip off. Asked fir omega 3 oil fir my dog itching and skin issues was sold plain omega 3 that did nothing I asked fir plus was 36.90 there and same oil 16.99 online. Nice make up. When told staff about it no real offer made for wring stuff being sold nor the 20.00 marl up. Poor service and a plain rip off. I will never ever go there again. Rip off

The place was recently remodeled and looks very good. I use the self serve wash a couple times a month and get my dogs nails grinded for $30. I highly recommend this place.

I've taken our Maltese Mini to this groomery. The folks here are friendly and have done an awesome job making Mini look fabulous! Their prices are reasonable and the location very handy to me. You won't be disappointed with their service.

Out dog is quite the bad dog. It's impossible to groom him, but the groomers here do an excellent job. I can't wait for Covid to be over, so he can get a fur cut once again.
