The location on Curtner at The Plant is my favorite. Great service every time. I purchase items for the nearby shelter animals and they go out of their way to help me find special items for all the animals. I have dealt with the managers Shanay and Andrea, as well as the front end staff and found that they all have big hearts. I would not go anywhere else.

Took my dog this morning for a grooming and they gave me my dog back. She would not be able to open her eyes. We went back and they staff just said it was allergies. They had an attitude with us. We ended up making a appointment with the animal hospital later that day. My sister called the PetSmart for questions and they put her on hold and ended up hanging up the phone on us. Also did a horrible job with the grooming

I have the cutest dog but she doesn't like to be groomed. Andrew was very considerate and tolerate of my dog. Very professional and her hair was softer than if I were to wash her.

This place is a night mare for Bettas... only here you can see fish in moldy water. If you gonna buy a fish here be sure to have an antibiotic on hands! I rescued one betta a week ago, and other one just yesterday in this place... looks like no body care of them.

My 5 year.old rat terrier was so happy and in love with the care the groomers gave him he went in shaking and scared and came out happy and active they said Tobey loved his bath and spritz definitely will be a life long customer they have the best prices in town and are in point with there care

We always choose the Almaden Petsmart, this time they didn’t have an open appointment and we had to take Teddy to this location, his groomer was Erika and she did a really awful job on my puppy, when They gave us our puppy he was wet and even the groomer wasn’t stayed to talk to us or even deliver him. We also show them the picture of how we wanted him to be groom,Basically she is new and don’t know how to groom or she doesn’t want to earn our business anymore.Before is what we asked for, After is what we got.We came home and we groom him again, she didn’t do what we asked her to do. I’m so mad,I think we need to ask our money back.

The staff was polite, present, and helpful. I find that sometimes in a "warehouse" style department store, the employees are hard to locate ( or the more embarrassing debacle of mistaking a fellow patron for a staffer cuz of the similar outfit 😬 ) But that wasn't the case for this location. The aisles were clean and well stocked. They even had my cat's favorite treats that I have not been able to find for months.

There super expensive, the rewards are phony and are no help. At times some workers are not welcoming, only to random customers. There pet salon is cool and great with my dog. I have no choice, to purchase my dogs dry food and snacks There only, however, the chicken feet dog snacks are only sold to a rude entitled greedy customer. An employee told me she buys all, and that's why there's never any, even if it's ordered. Not worth 1 star.

I always come to this store and the customer service is always great. However, today when I asked a question I didn’t appreciate the attitude from a female employee. I was hoping to get my daughter a pet and was told that after 8:30 pm they DO NOT sell pets. I asked to see where it was written down & was told that it’s something they do and it’s not written down. Respectfully policies like this should be posted. I do not work here to know the “rules”. It was 8:37pm when I asked for the pet. Then she just said come back tomorrow. No sweetheart I’m not coming back because your store wants to be lazy.

Our blind rescue Yorkie was just rejected from grooming for possibly being agitated during grooming. She has been there 10+ times in the past with minimal problems. Not happy.

I just wanna give a shout out to Marissa one of the best dog trainers she was absolutely amazing with my little man Max. She is very knowledgeable about potty training, puppy biting and Best food meals! Very humble sweet girl! See you in intermediate! Very soon.

worst experience in customer service ever. this use to be my go to store and it seems like the management has changed. lady named venicia was very rude to me and my husband, horrible attitude, unprovoked. seemed racially motivated. i will not be returning, this is outrageous!!! hire professionals

Employees are polite and welcoming. They now have plenty of carts to use. Shelves aren't full, but that is currently not their fault, I don't think. The cargo ships are still having issues getting into port since pandemic began. I found my experience pleasant.

I go here to get my for babies their food. And also tempted to buy all the betta fish that they have. I love those little guys. And my vet is right around the corner so it makes it easy to stop here. And I like shopping so what a better experience to be able to take my dog with me

I had my dogs groomed twice thereEach time they come back with a big cut on my dog skin and a useless apologyMost cuts are in very sensitive areasToday i had an appointment at 2 pmI was delayed by an accident and the second I was reaching to call while driving to inform of my 8 mins ( eight minutes ) delay I got a call asking if they can see one dog as I was late 10 minsI was exactly in front of the Pets Smart when they called and asked to take them both and just have a hair cut instead of the full service for eachI will give them a bath at homeLady was very rude and only offered to see oneHonestly I had 2 cuts each dog on 2 occasionsThat is 100% injury rate and on 2 dogsBeside she being very rude seeing me standing and does not want to communicate but it is not safe to have my dogs thereI had a groomer that retiredNow friends recommended a better one at Blossom Hill areaDo not recommend them for your petsAggressive , rude, dislike their jobs

The store is nicely kept, the greeter at the cashier desk was friendly and nice but unfortunately the staff member at the fish department was not so friendly and did not once asked if I needed any help. I was looking to buy some fish but unfortunately she never approached me so after a while I decided to go elsewhere. I didn’t get her name but it’s not important. I have to give my complements to the nicely kept fish tanks but not the customer service. Probably most likely I will not come back to this particular location. Perhaps it’s lack of customer service training I Don’t Know 🤷🏻‍♂️ it’s too bad.
