My appointments have been repeatedly canceled. Yesterday was the last straw. They called at 12:15 apparently and left a message canceling the appointment for 2.p.m. which I did not receive. When I showed up without knowing the appointment was canceled, I was given vague reasons on why they cannot keep the appointment. Though in the end, the manager and I had a good conversation, I am not inclined to go to Petco for my grooming needs anymore. They gave a quick 10 minute bath, explained they are unable to dry my pet citing reasons of her anxiousness in the kennel, did not wash her face or head citing she would be more stressed nor brushed her. But they charged the same amount for the service.

The staff was great and helpful, My dog Kittle was happy, for a puppy it’s not easy to get a haircut, I have tried multiple times with another groomer but this time it was different. April was also great!

Please do not take your pet here. They are so lazy to calm down our pet for grooming. Within 10 minute they gave up with half done and ask us to pick him up. They are not even want to clean up their mess… the lady staff was rude..

Took my dog once and they didn’t shave him as requested. They stated that his hair was already short enough and basically bathed him for 80 dollars. Gave them a another chance and my dog looks ok but i was charged extra because they needed to take extra time brushing him which was due to them not shaving him the first visit. His hair was longer than usual and would tangle within a day after brushing. Expected him to look better for $115 so I won’t be back. Staff is friendly though.

One of the best places I’ve taken my dog for grooming. Christian specifically is incredible with my dog. He’s patient and offers such a personalized experience. This place is super clean and booking appointments is fairly easy. I love that you’re able to do express appointments - meaning don’t put them in a kennel which is probably my favorite part. You drop your dog(s) off at the time of the appointment and they call you 15 min before they finish so you’re there by the time they wrap up.

Lacey listened to me closely and delivered exactly what I asked for. She was super kind and understanding. My puppy comes back happy, looking cute and smelling great every time! I have recommended her to other friends with dogs and will continue to request Lacey :)

Paigey looks adorable. Her cut is very even, the bows on her ears delightful, and Chris was very helpful. I know he had to do some extra work because evidently she wouldn't stand up for her cut. Only issue was that her beautiful fluffy Cavalier tail got trimmed down and now it's just a regular dog's tail. It will grow and I'll make a point of mentioning this next time. I will return and will ask for Chris again.

Excellent groomer, by the name of Christian at the Cottle Rd, San Jose location. He was caring, He was very loving to my dog. He really cares about dogs, Also, Christian was right on when he said how long he would be in grooming my dog. He has an excellent personality too

They told me her bath was going to take 2hours it only took one hour, i feel she’s shedding more than usual now so I dont think they did the “30 min combing”. She was supposed to get blow dried before the bath, teeth brushing, bath, nail buffing, 30min comb, hair dried and all this was done in hour. Plus when I picked her up, her 4 legs where soaking wet..

They did a nice job with giving my dogs a wash and bath. They got them in right away and they smelled great afterwards!The rating reflects pricing...$50 to wash a 45lb dog is pretty crazy...

The services did not provide me with the expected results. The team member shaved my dog to the skin. I could have done that if I wanted my dog to look like that. It was horrific and was a huge disappointment.
