I brought my dog here for the first time, The amazing groomer took her time and let me know it would be awhile since this was my dogs first time being at the groomers she didn't want her first experience at the groomers to be a bad one. I picked her up 4 hours later. My dog looked amazing she did recommend an undercoat for shedding which definitely was worth it. I will be back again. Extremely happy with service and kind groomers. It's always comforting knowing people who love animals are taking care of our furry loved ones.

The grooming area has a bacteria in their tool and shampoo products, from not cleaning them properly. I had to bring my dog to the vet. While at the vet, they confirmed with a skin scape lab test, this 100% caused at the groomers, and they see this bacteria problem often.Petco paid the bill, but instead of apologizing and promising to keep their products cleaned properly, the manager told me not to come back. I was shocked and replied this should be my decision, not yours. The manager was very rude and on a power trip about the situation. The manager was almost robotic, unsympathetic with very poor management skills.Beware, if your pet has continual licking and scabs forming following grooming, please get your pet checked by a veterinary immediately.

Kaitlyn is a wonderful loving person and I could see the TLC she was giving Boozer.That calmed him and he was not miserable after the grooming 😁😁

Terrible customer service and hidden charges at this Petco. I accommodated their less than 24 hr notice grooming appt change, and when I dropped off my pet never told me there is a charge for dematting which they charged me after the fact, (my pet only has matting on the tail, very minimal matting). Other petcos never charge me for that. Also told me will charge 30 dollars per hour if I do not pickup after 1 hour they finish, but the second time they call, they start asking to charge soon as they finish if I do not show up immediately! Keep in mind they finish during lunch time, which leaves me only half an hour to finish lunch and rush to pickup since I live 30 minutes away. Very inconsiderate and tries to milk money out of you whenever possible.

I've been going to different salons for 10 years, across California and London, and this Petco is THE BEST dog grooming experience I've ever had.Victor is an amazing stylist for my dog -- the best I've had in the 10 years I've been going to different groomers of all types and prices. My dog is nervous, often gets rashes on his belly post-grooming, has easily matted hair (he's a maltese/poodle), and sometimes comes back from the salon traumatized for a few days. Victor does wonders: his coat is perfectly styled, and most of all, my dog is happy, rash-free, and is completely comfortable with going here. On top of that, the rest of the team we encountered took the time to get to know my dog, ask us questions, and generally create a surprisingly comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Plus, they gave me a little report card after to let us know how it went for my dog! What a great touch.I can't stress enough how much this has surpassed my expectations of a dog grooming experience. And I've been through so many and paid crazy prices. And this experience is the best team I've seen, AND the best value. This is the dog salon I'm going to for life.Thanks, Victor and team, for taking SUCH GOOD CARE of my dog! Will see you again very soon!

Our groomer, Brighton, is amazing with our 2yr old pup, Ember. He handles her expertly, even knowing she hates grooming. He listens to our needs and matches us with a suitable package. She's always soft and shiny, with her nails neatly trimmed.

Great attitudes and service so quick. My 9 year old Chi was out in 8 minutes (if that) for her nail trimming and buffing.Chi made a mess on the groomer's scrub too but she took it in stride and nonchalantly told me about it. Loved that

Had 'walk-in' nail trim and buffing today for my 2 dogs. I hadn't know they offered this great 'walk-in' service - no appointment needed! In just 30 min both dogs were done!

Griselle, the groomer, was very happy see my dogs once again. Both dogs are from the shelter and have special needs. Griselle is extra careful with them. The dogs come out happy and very well groomed. I feel fortunate that Petco has such nice and professional groomers.
