If you LOVE your pets and do not appreciate gross service, this is for you......During one of the very heavy rains on exactly the evening of February 3rd, we ventured to this store to get food for these 2 loves of ours. The Nulo medal series dry cat food was tagged on sale "good thru Feb 3rd". At the register the discount did not reflect. The gentleman at the register got very defensive when I asked that the tag on the shelf read "good thru Feb 3rd" and THAT day was February 3rd. The cash register said "I don't know what you read, this is the price". My husband asked the "gentleman" to go to the shelf and see the tag for himself, when the "gentleman" came back he ripped the tag from the shelf and said "THIS ENDED YESTERDAY, THIS IS NOT GOOD TODAY, THIS ENDED at 1AM YESTERDAY Feb 2nd", he proceeded to tell us how different our perception of the world was in that we didn't understand English nor understood the sale price tag. The guy got more and more angry until he went from repetitive and unreasonable to offensive, once he couldn't explain the lie of the sale any more, he finished by saying "AND YOU KNOW WHAT? I DON'T HAVE TO SELL YOU THIS IF I DON'T WANT TO", he grabbed all of our loved ones food that we carefully had shopped for over 1/2 hr! and put it all behind the counter, so we took the humiliation and left the store. There were several other customers in line to pay who looked appalled!.What was more surprising was that the lady on the register next to the cashier "gentleman" who appeared to be a manager, supported all his rude interaction, including "the sale ended yesterday - even though the sale tag read -good thru Feb 3rd".Next we left and called the store a few minutes later, a "Stephanie" answered, we asked to speak w the store manager, we were put on hold, then again the same "Stephanie" person answered again faking to be the manager and faking to be a different person than the one who first answered the store phone, she (Stephanie again) stating to be the manager said we were very rude in the store and that it wasn't illegal for them to mistreat loyal customers. The manager's name is BTW Jaiden W.We also reported this to the PETCO corporate team.That same night....because our 2 loved ones had no food to eat that night (yes bad humans we are for not having food on time) drove to the other PETCO by Oakridge.....goodness! over there is a different beautiful world, the cash register guy (JESSE) was beyond helpful, even offering to bring the bags to the car in the middle of the storm, without even knowing yet the incident at this Cottle Rd location.BTW, PETCo by Oakidge had a similar type of sale "good thru Feb 3rd" except they DID applied it at the register......because "good thru February 3rd" is good...in any language :)We will never go back, would you shop there?

I’ll give this place a one star because every single time that I call to get my dog an appointment for his nail trimming they never answer the phone are they always busy with something going on? I always go to Blossom Hill Petco and they take me in ASAP. So don’t waste your time on trying to call Petco off Cottle for a dog appointment, you’re just wasting your time.

Was there yesterday and today. Both days every one that helped me made it a pleasant experience.Today I took this sweet gal with me. She had an experience with a skunk a couple of weeks ago and her collar and head are the only thing that still has that musky odor.Long story short, too late, left with a deodorant spray and new collar and she behaved for the most part. Sniffed every thing. She got one employee pet because the other knew the skunk issue.I have used this store many times in the past and have always had great service.

I purchased a dog bed on this day. I brought up to the register a large red bed that had been marked on clearance for $44.99. When I brought it to the register it turned out it was priced incorrectly. So I returned it to the shelf and purchased another bed. I recommended to the cashier that the price tag be removed from the shelf because it’s misleading. He didn’t seem concerned and told me it wasn’t his job to price items.

I chose the Cottle location because one of the groomers cut my puppy’s hair; she is extremely active.Months later I made another appointment and when I walked in, not realizing that my appointment had been canceled they informed me that I didn’t confirm on the app so my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled me for the following week.I got a call from someone on Wednesday asking me if I would change that appointment because they were overbooked, but when they realized I had two dogs coming in they apologized and said they’d see me on Friday.I received a confirmation text Thursday morning and a cancellation text on Thursday night.I’ve been going to the Tully location for years and never had these problems. I won’t be going back to the cottle location.

I had beeen going to Petco Grooming for about more than a year. This time very disappointed, the groomer nam Ren which they sai Manager, i was late my appointment not even 15mins. By their policy you have 15mins gap for your appointment. I ever tried to call them but no one pick up. And they know that their problem not keep in touch with phone also. The girl check me in was understandable, but then she got turn away by the lady too. It never been any problems, but this time they turn me away and said they have other dogs, seem like they just took one walk in instead. Very rude and disrespectful, i guess this is the last time for this grooming then. Be aware guys, there are more turn away recently in reviews. Before they were great, but time for me to find new groomer .

Was turned away from the appointment for "ridiculous" reasons. Grooming attendants need an attitude check, no need to be disrespectful. Avoid this center if you don't want to be disrespected

Cayla is a superstar! She went to great lengths to make sure we had the best set up at could get for our fish and was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and setting up our tank! End result is a super cool fish tank with happy fish! Thanks again Cayla... you rock🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

I am so glad I found this clinic for my boy Atlas! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, and absolutely no miscommunications. I feel that Atlas is in great hands here. Thank you to everyone here for making it such a pleasant experience.

I rescued this fish last week in Petco Blossom Hill Rd. Full price, no discounts, no regrets. For them it's a normal healthy animal on a shelf waiting a "happy" owner.. he has a swim bladder desias, poppy eye, fin roots and tumor. Unfortunately, can't appload a video, he can't moved a lower part of the body!

It's really nice to have a Petco nearby with friendly staff and great service! My dog always loves coming here after going to Ramac Park! They have a great selection of treats in which I found myself buying a couple of goodies for the dog.What we got:Dehydrated beef tail2x Nothin' to Hide - (Rawhide Alternative; Chicken & Beef)

WiFi guest connect does not work. Phone Data does not work employees do not ask if you need assistance even after they see you searching down the isles for items. Wasted an enormous amount of time trying to communicate through WiFi to to find out if an item I was buying was the same item my daughter wanted. So reason for 0 score ? I it was a terrible experience shopping at this Petco and will not shop there again. Not recommended for anyone else to either.

We have a really good experience while we were ar Petco Cottle. The associate wan very friendly and helpful. They took their time recommending us the products we needed for our puppy and they were very honest by telling us what we need and what we don't need.

This particular Petco location on Cottle Road I do not recommend. I witnessed groomers in the grooming salon yelling at the dogs they were grooming while I was there, both dropping off and picking up my pet. I will never go back there again. The man and woman employees seemed out of control, while yelling at dogs to behave. Unprofessional and scary at the same time.

The people working at the vet in the front the store were very helpful. They were able to help make sure a kitten that was found in the parking lot was okay. Happy to say Luna is still doing great. She has had her first set of shots and has made herself part of the family.

I got my precious hammie named teddie from here. Vanessa was able to help provide us with information to help us first timers, I appreciate her help and how careful she was with teddie! The employees at this location are super helpful and friendly. Thank you!

I had a WONDERFUL experience with April!! She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and has provided THE BEST customer service I've received in YEARS! No wonder she's the Aquatic person.She worked when she was supposed to be on her lunch because her co-worker had a line 20 people deep. She's a hard worker, and a team player!!!Sadly, when I came back the next day... she asked co-workers for help in the Aquatic area and no one would help her, she should be treated like a treasure for everything this woman does!! April is the BEST!!

We went for the puppy training with Amelia L. I can't express how good she is! Also very kind and focusing on every specific breed's needs. Our pup is loving it and learning at a great pace! Thanks Amelia! Price of the training was also very decent.

For the past few months, the grooming department has gone downhill. They've canceled my appointment and told me they would call me back to schedule another one in the future. 3 weeks went by, and I didn't get any call. I called afew times myself trying to get ahold of them to make an appointment. I left several voice-mails, and they never returned my call. I had to go in person to see what was going on. Only to find out all the old employees are gone and there's not enough groomers to take care of the customers. Ren, I believe her name is pretty rude. I'm not coming back again to this location.

So 3 stars this isn't due to anything other than it's how the store is run and operates. As promotion or good prices, that's not here! Certain services are provided but to which its the average chain pet supply store. They have ave at med rate prices. It's full price and your member or number gets you nothing. What can I say, they are open to 9 pm so there is that! This isn't a reflection of employees or products, it just your ave. Chain store nothing more nothing less!

It's ok but the store pushes their woke agenda. All I wanted to buy some dog food. So I was told to elaborate. I don't want to buy or see grooming propaganda. My dog doesn't feel like a chicken it's just a dog.

Genuinely disappointed in this experience and this is my neighborhood petco. I took my husky to get groomed and the female groomer responses she doesn’t cut. I’m checking my dog and he has knots in his coat. Really disappointed and will not take him back.
