GROOMING— the staff at this location is amazing in the grooming salon. Everyone was so sweet to my dog getting groomed for the first time and gave me updates on how she did. Her coat looks beautiful and every part of her is perfectly groomed and clean. Dulce did a great job keeping her calm and making her look great!

I recently visited Petco and was impressed by the friendly staff and clean store. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer my questions about pet food. The store was also very clean and well-organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Overall, I had a positive experience at Petco and would recommend it to other pet owners.

What a joke of a spot. They rescheduled my appointment 3 minutes before, but we have to cancel 48 hours before? I was already in parking lot waiting.. very unprofessional, fix your website. Lady said she had other dogs but clearly was a lie as store hadn’t opened yet and you can tell she just didn’t want to work. Avoid unless you want to be cancelled on 3 min before your appointment

Came after grocery shopping at Foodmaxx. We checked out their reptile section they sadly had a few tanks boxed off. But the abinals they did have were lots of frogs and tarantulas. They had a few snakes. A beautiful blood python that was Gorgeous!!!

Pretty much think it's the worst petco I've ever been to. Smells like pee everywhere. Animal tanks looked disgusting. Some reptile tanks had no water, no lights and I didn't know what was supposed to be in most of them because there was no label or price tag. There were dead fish in almost every tank including bettas. And even the ceiling was falling down in some places. I dont know if sokeoje from their corporate will eventually see this but this place needs some new management or something quick. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here. More likely pet food express or petsmart for my exotics needs.

The grooming service was good! Got my dog in on time & out at a good time. Only thing the cashier did not say hello when helping & greeting me or say thank you. This is like the second time I experienced this with this young lady. Other than that the groomer was nice.

The Tully store was clean and well stocked except they let me in their restroom and it was GROSSLY dirty, the garbage can was overflowing and lots of dirty paper on the side of the toilet, I touched nothing but the knob, management needs to know this.

Good store. But the fish I got from here died several times. One had ick. Another just kind of lost vigor in the bag on a 1 mile trip. You can exchange or refund for 30 days. Staff are not terribly knowledgeable about animals, but know basic stuff.

Visit this location for the firs time and for sure it was the last.2 stars going to the 2 nice guys that was at that shift.3 stars is out cause this place forgot they have pacman frog 🐸 empty cage with no water and forgot to take care of.Hope you will take the time to add some checking lists for each "habitat".Its still lives creatures and not ceramic puppet!

I took my puppy for a bath and grooming service and it was great! I was very satisfied with the service that I decided to tool my pet for a second time and the service was as great as the first time. Nancy G. the groomer in both occasions, was nice, patient, professional and caring. My puppy was happy and looking cute and I was happy too.

I really like this petco and have been going here for over 3 years. I needed to get some medication for my dog who was scared of fireworks. They ended up having some for buy one get one 1/2 off. They also had apparel for $5 each and dog toys for half off or even more. They also have a wide selection of pet food as well and I get bird seed there sometimes. You can also donate to help animal causes at the register. I got the shirt in the picture for only $5 on the fourth of July. As you can see my baby is "as cool as a cucumber" in it. UPDATE: I just recently went back because my dogs had upset stomachs. A very knowledgeable staff member offered me several options. I bought 2 different products and they worked. I highly recommend this store.

This place make me feel sick today! Betta fish is always in trouble there! Some dead for a couple of days, just soak in their cups... other "swim" in a mad of feces and food. But their aquatic area just kill me today. Never seen before so many dead, sick fish in a pet store .. other fish eating dead... whole tank sick tetras with ich, just struggling from desiase!!! Guys, please change a aquatic management in this location!! Today is Sunday, most parents come with kids... pretty sad

Very nice place wide selection of the things I was looking for and all were 50% OFF that's always GREAT less money for you to spend I asked an associate for help and the girl who was stocking products in that area stopped what she was doing and assisted me by taking the Fish Tank to the front of the store after paying they also loaded it up in my car that was very nice I normally shop at this PETCO like I said before the ASSOCIATES will assist you as best they can or ask another associate for help they'll even call another store for a stck check if you like

I think I noticed many of the clerks are significantly younger and probably due to the retirement that occurred during the covid-19 quarantine.The store was clean and orderly and service was good.

2 out of 3 animals in tanks were living in bad conditions. Water on the floor with no sign regarding the spill. Lines were long, only 2 cashier stands were open. Insects including crickets were dead and super worms were also dead and smelt bad. The Exotic section, including bearded dragons, iguanas and chameleons did not have clean enclosures.

I just returned some product that was not working for my dog. It was very expensive and since I didn't have the original receipt they would not take it back. I'm going to call the manufacturer and see if I can get some kind of reimbursement. I think that they should stand behind their product and if it doesn't work there we should be no question about returning it. it was missing like six pieces out of it 60 piece bag. I told him the day I bought it and could show them my debit card transaction there but that wasn't good enough. I won't be back here. What happened to customer satisfaction.

The staff here is always fantastic in my experience. Always very friendly, informative, and helpful. However, what the heck is going on with management here? They are literally the only pet store of any kind that I have regular access to, and this is in one of the poorest zipcodes of our giant city. Yet they regularly are out of VITAL necessities, which is a life threatening issue for those of us working towards helping the skyrocketing population of stray populations on the same block.. and sadly even when they do actually have necessities in stock, they price gouge worse than any pet store I've ever seen in my life! In the lowest income community! They regularly will charge 3× the price advertised on their own website for the exact same item! It's even more heartbreaking with all the suffering caused by the current vet crisis, when even the most basic medications and nutrition are totally unaffordable
