Adding our recent experience:We decided to go on Thursday evening and to weigh our dogs. Closing time is 8 p.m., and we realized we would be able to get there between 7:40 and 7:45 we knew exactly what we wanted and where it was, so it was completely reasonable to weigh the dogs, grab three bags of food, and be out before 8.Nope.The shop was locked up and nobody was visible inside. I knocked on both doors. Someone else arrived and tried to phone them. Two other families arrived and were similarly disappointed. There was no sign on the door that might explain an unusual circumstance. No, just locked and gone.Low prices are good, but not so good if you have to drive there twice to make your purchase..................This place has low prices on premium brand dog foods as well as the grocery store lines. There's a good selection of toys, tools, and other equipment needed for animals. They have a fish and bird section, as well as some reptiles, and sometimes on weekends they will have special pet adoption events. The store is not convenient to me, but I go out of my way for the prices and selection.

Friendly staff and cheap food for my cats. I recently purchased a high end tree from there, (my 2nd tree from P C). The quality is very high and my cat is super happy!. The tuna flakes are a big hit from here and the Scamp kitty litter is the best I've used yet.The cashiers don't accept credit cards, only debit.

pet club is a weird place but there’s lots of good prices on all sorts of food. they carry mostly large brand name foods so nothing too exclusive or fancy. the staff here is friendly and approachable. not a huge fan of the live animals they keep here and how they are maintained it’s a good spot to find some deals on pet stuff though.look at this bunny named cookie dough!!

the aquarium section is horrible and poorly maintained. they don’t treat their fishes and other marine life with care. poor execution on handling the fish and placing them in the bag which causes the fish to always be under extreme stress. they were extremely aggressive and impatient. seems like they’re always in a rush every single time we go but there’s only like 5 people in the store lmao

Dirtiest pet store I've been in, you can smell it before you entered.I called ahead to see if they had a specific line of Blue Buffalo in stock. I asked for the price and the guy hung up... I called back and a girl answered I asked if they had it and she told me they didn't carry that brand. I was in the area and thought I'd stop by anyways. Not only did they have it but it was on sale! Oh, it gets worse.. all of the "sale" items were expired.That shouldn't be legal.NEVER GO HERE

This petshop looks like a dirty warehouse and needs regular cleaning asap. The aquarium section is horrible - dirty and full of dead fish. The prices for food and equipment are also not competitive, especially considering the overall cleanliness of the place. Not recommended.

This place was once a great spot to go for fish and aquarium supplies but now it’s all run down the quality of fish has drop like a rock in water and the selection is pathetic. The employees are never around when you need help or have questions. The guy that works in the fish department has a really bad attitude and always in a rush and never really takes the time to answer any questions. I don’t recommend anyone going here unless you know exactly what you need that doesn’t require assistance.

Be wary of the fish you buy, most of the fish I get from them end up dying within a couple days. This could be my fault however I don’t have that issue with fish I get from other aquatics shops. It’s definitely my fault, I should have realized just by looking at their tanks, and the horrific customer service from the guy who works at the aquatic section. I don’t know if he realizes that customer service is part of his job. However the prices were to enticing. I should have used my common sense. If you are looking for fish or aquatic plants and want to support local aquatic shops. I would recommend either aqua labs or Neptune aquatics. They by far have the best looking tanks and healthy fish.

**UPDATE** -2 stars Posted hours are inaccurate. They close early with handwritten notices on the door. Happened multiple times.5/5 stars. They now carry acana and orijen. Buy 12 and get 1 free.

Great service and savings! Needed anti-inflammatory hemp / CBD and found all dog foods cheaper than competitors!They’re able to refer as well where most pet stores employees know little about what they sell.

Speaking on the dog food, etc., Pet Club is very competitively priced compared to other large pet store chains.It seems it's been around for a while since the floors are worn out and such.Our go-to place for all things for our doggies.

They don't seem to ever have anyone working the floor to help with questions. Generally they will have a good selection of various pet food stocked.The amount of dogs off leash in store should be corrected by the staff.

I come here all the time , they always provide great customer service. All the employees are great thanks so much for putting up with our request . I come here for all my pets needs they have mice and rats for my snakes, and worms for my lizards . They also have samples at the end of checkout my dog loves the salmon flavor dog food. Thanks so much

I go here to get my cat IAMS brand Senior dry cat food. I did peruse their aisles some while I was there. They have an wide assortment of products you might be looking to get your pets. They had what looked to be a pet spay/neuter event when I was there. They had an assortment of Friskies canned wet food for like .67 cents each which appears to be a little cheaper to get a flat there versus the variety pack at Target. I also did my good deed for the day, helped an elderly lady lift hamster/rabbit shaving into her cart for her ha ha!

I will admit. I took one like glance at the store and the interior and snubbed it's worn look. I very quickly figured out that my first judgement was unwarranted and unfair because this store had everything I needed. They had cat food which is usually difficult to find in large chain stores. Its definitely a worthwhile place to check when you're shopping for your pets.I do wish they had a better variety of cat litter, but I was very pleased with my shopping experience overall.
