I accidently found Olly's Dog Grooming. I decided to try it out. The staff was super friendly and handled my dog with the utmost care. He is spoiled with slight touch of anxiety. You also can't go wrong with the price $$.

In terms of work they definitely deserve 5 stars. At first the lady was a bit rude when I told her this was my dogs first time & my dog wasn't very cooperative. But as time settled in the melatonin tabs must've kicked in and my baby was easier to handle. After that the call back and pickup was super smooth and very nice. But the work speaks for itself. Definitely will be going back when she needs another groom! ❤️

I believe professionalism and customer service is essential to any service based business. When I schedule an appointment at 8:30am when the business scheduled opening is 8:00am, I expect to find the business open. I can understand life can happen, but not to be open 45 minutes after posted time is unprofessional. No one from the business has even contacted me as to my missed appointment.

My goldendoodle always looks great after a groom here. Make sure you schedule in advance as they take larger dogs only on certain days. Would recommend.

Karina did great job with my two Pom mix. After groming teeth cleaned and nails trimmed, my white dog always don’t like touch his paws, but here they did it. Right now they are looking amazing and smelling so good. We are love this place. Thanks!

The team at Olly's took great care of my puppy! It was her first time getting her ears cleaned, teeth brushed, and nails trimmed, and they did a fantastic job even though she's a ball of energy! I'm so impressed! She is so soft and smells great.

Been bringing my dog here for the past 2 years and they do a really good job. I was nervous the first couple of times because I never left pablo(my dog name) anywhere. When picking him up I was watching on how he behave when he was coming from the back to me because I have heard some crazy stories how groomers treat people dogs but he was all joy and never showed any type of mistreatment.There customer service is great they are all very nice and if you like a certain groomer you can always have your appointment set with him/her and they will let you know how much it is on what you want when dropping off your dog. They take about 3 hours or less when grooming your pet and if they have a cancelation they will call you to let you know that you can come in early if you like.

I've taken my Migo to a couple places and this one might just be the one! Very professional, they did a great job he desperately needed a cut. I love love how he turned out , didn't get the girls name however this is the second time she cuts his hair and she did an amazing job, super sweet and patient!!

We absolutely love our groomer and I'm very happy with the service we receive. My dog is a senior dog with anxiety and together, we've found a way to make this grooming experience comfortable for him. I feel like he's well taken care of for the 2 hours he's there.

Took my dogs here for nail trimming today as a walk in and they immediately took us in. Normally, my dogs don't like getting their paws touched to the point where one pooped herself, BUT with Victor he showed great care to their sensitivities and knew how to work with both of them.His experience with dogs truly shows. We were shocked at how well our dogs cooperated with him and how clean their nail trims are. I am most definitely bringing my dogs back! The grooming salon is so clean and there are lots of rooms for your dogs to get a haircut. I highly recommend this grooming salon!!

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience with Olly's dog grooming. Had made an appointment and they didn't even offer anything or any add on services and I had to ask them if they did. dropped of my dog and 25 mints later I get a call to pick up my dog. I'll go pick my Frenchie he still smell like a wet dog and they didn't trim he's nails proper and his ears were still dirty and when I picked up my Frenchie , he had so much full of hair that I had a vacuum my car again I felt I got rip off .

we went here a second time in the last few months and definitely see that the customer service attitude has degraded so much. they seem to be rude and treat you like a no big deal for them. I think our groomer was Stephanie and we felt she could have been a little nicer communicating with us. not sure if we would revisit or recommend.

This place doesn't treat your dog well which is a huge red flag.I have been there 3 times. My dog had diarrhea after grooming there every single time which made me think they were not coincidence.The receptionist was rude and didn't hear what we want.

This place used to be great when I first took my dog here(pre covid). They used to be great and had an open platform where you can see all the dogs they are working on.Ever since covid their service has been going downhill. Their service attitude has been really rude and doesn't really care about their clients. They also blocked out all their windows so you can't see inside. My dog has developed severe anxiety ever since coming here. He would start shaking uncontrollably before entering. This was never the case prior. I can't help thinking that this is no coincidence given the complete change in their service style and attitude.I will not be coming back here and would advise people to take their fur babies elsewhere.

My family and I had been bringing our dogs here since they opened. I referred so many people. Now I'm very disappointed in this place. There was absolutely no need to be rude. It seems they have many new clients now and don't care about treating their existing clients with respect. I will be letting the people I referred know about how we were treated here and tell anyone who ask me for a dog groomer recommendation to avoid this one.

I have taken my dog here two times since her previous owner gave her toe and the first time I took her, she looked great.. Stephanie does an awesome job! THEN the second time I took her, someone else groomed her and they kept her for four hours! No phone call or nothing. She's usually out in an hour to hour and a half. I was pretty disappointed with her cut. I asked for short all over and the hair on her legs was still kinda long. I'm going to keep taking her here because that was one incident and her previous owner said he's never had a problem..mistakes happen!

The receptionist is very rude. I had taken my puppy once for a bath & the first person who took us in was very friendly & accommodating that same day but this time that I called the person was very rude. She said her only availability for a hair cut was 3 weeks out.. & her responses to questions are so dry & unprofessional. Definitely not how a receptionist with experience would answer

They are the best. I can't plan ahead for anything and they allow walk-ins for my anxious dog who screams bloody murder that could be heard around the block from seeing nail clippers. This place is the only place where my dog eventually stopped screaming and just goes in to get his nails done. I let them take my dog into the premises and wait for them to come back out. Super professional and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We drove 15 miles to get our Portie his very first grooming session and it was worth the drive. The lady I spoke to on the phone few days earlier was very patient given that I am first time dog parent and was not really sure how things are done at the groomers. The staff is courteous and friendly; the place is clean and tidy; the dogs are kept in rooms with doors. Very reasonable in price.

I love this groomer jackie. The place is super clean and what I loved about it was the care she took with my dogs. She was really good with them and she did a beautiful job with my dogs hair. She did exactly what I asked for and she was quick. I have gone to other groomers and they have managed to take 4+ hours and that was not the case here. I definitely would recommend them. It's not just the service but the care.

I’ve been taking the King here for the past two years. Victor is the only groomer I personally use because my dog is very particular and he also has a Yorkie. I’ve never been disappointed w Victor’s work. I know my fur baby will come home smelling great and looking like the royalty he is!

My babies were treated with patients, understanding and care..The groomer explained everything in detailMy dog has anxiety and gets nervous when she's having her nails trimmed .So in regards to all these I really like it they're patient and they always have an opening when I need one

Victor the manager or owner needs to understand that emergencies do not happen with an alert or a prior notice. $20 fee or cancelation due to an emergency even though I have a proof and my daughter called . This is just outrageous,. In running a business one should be courteous and provide customer service which Victor needs to learn and apply.

My family and I had been bringing our dogs here for about a year already. I even referred people. Now I'm very disappointed in this place. There was an incident recently where they scheduled us for the wrong time, which is no big deal, but instead of treating us with respect as their clients, they told us that we made them waste their time and that it was our fault, why would we possibly schedule for a time when we're busy? how is that our fault? there was absolutely no need to be rude and blame it on us. We were not rude to them in any way. I believe Victor was the person we spoke with. He was extremely rude to us over the phone and in his way of handling this. It seems they have many new clients now and don't care about treating their existing clients with respect. I will be letting the people I referred know about how we were treated here. Overall, if you plan to bring your dogs here, don't expect great customer service especially from Victor. He needs to check his attitude and be nicer to his clients.
